In April, I had the misfortune of fracturing my ankle. One of the few bright spots in my recuperation was finding We Pay Clothes Attention and the lovely, professional and extremely personable Chanelle. Unable to get to the basement to do my laundry, Chanelle threw me a laundry lifeline. Prompt pickup and delivery, perfectly folded and yummy smelling. But, most of all I enjoyed my few moments with Chanelle as she picked up and dropped off, cheering me along during my recovery. Thank you thank you thank you! Top notch service from top notch people. read more

We are in love with this place the service is superb. We use them for our family the clothes come out smelling so clean I feel like I am putting on new clothes each time. We text them when we want our laundry picked up Wella they are here promptly with the nicest people to pick up and deliver the laundry. Thank you guys you are the best !!!! read more

I'm giving them four stars because I think they are a really great team. I think maybe I have been unlucky here. When there have been issues they are always quick to respond and reach out for help. Unfortunately, I have received bedding and clothes ruined. As a clumsy person I would usually thing it was me, but even brand-new items have come back with chemical stains or tears. Chanelle always tried to be helpful after the fact. However, it adds up cost wise getting my items picked up and pieces coming back ruined. :/ read more

Recently use their service very efficient ; very quick . I drop off my clothes on a Wednesday & got them back Thursday early afternoon ; very affordable; they had my clothes smelling fresh . They are very nice ladies and you won't be disappointed definitely will keep using them and you should too . Note use the parking lot on the side to avoid any parking tickets read more

The customer service and end products, washed and folded clothing and dry cleaning, are exceptional. The team models a rare heighten level of intentionally in their communication and overall business operation. I absolutely Loveeeeee how my laundry came out! Chanelle's professionalism, communication and patience is a major key! For the service the price is very fair! I've wasted so much money at other laundry drop offs I'm so happy to have found Chanelle. Money well spen and time saved lol read more

We needed a reliable quality at your door pick-up/drop-off laundry service and figured we'd give WPCT a try. We couldn't be happier with the choice! Friendly, professional, and they do a really great job with our clothes. Chanelle is really the best. I couldn't recommend them more. If you're looking for this type of business and are in the area, this is the place to go with. read more

An update: Still awesome. Employees, including owner, are super sweet and professional. Prices are affordable (IMO). They actually follow directions when you ask them to wash something a certain way. Takes Venmo as payment. Deals with my nasty ass laundry with a smile (umm sorry, we love you!). The only thing I wish they could do is help me lug it up and down the stairs, as I live in a 4th floor walkup, but I don't think their business insurance allows them to do that. My clothes are always folded perfectly, as are my sheets (that witchcraft y'all do to fold my fitted sheets....wtf). They smell so good I find myself taking a whiff before putting it away. I've noticed that they've gotten busier, so apparently word has gotten out! read more

I love these guys. We have a good texting relationship. I text for pickup they come I'm texted with price and when they're coming back with the clothes. They are prompt and the clothes come back nice and clean. Can't get any better than that. read more

My mom and I finally had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful Chanelle yesterday! We were in a bit of a panic after our laundry person of about 15 years stopped doing pickups and deliveries. Upon my research, I saw the glowing reviews of We Pay Clothes Attention on Yelp and after much discussion with mom decided to call and schedule our first pick up last night around 6:00 pm. I spoke with Chanelle and her very friendly and confident demeanor instantly put me at ease. She advised me of all the options they offer such as scented, organic detergent and multiple payment options. I like good old cash, but I was really impressed! Chanelle texted me ten minutes before arrival with her ETA and arrived right on time. Chanelle and her son greeted us so very warmly, took our laundry bags and said they'd be back tomorrow. (Tonight). Again received a text several minutes before arrival. Her communication here is really stellar. Our clothes came out fresh, soft, clean and beautifully folded. We have never experienced such extraordinary service and are beyond thrilled to have found Chanelle. Very highly recommend. read more

Satisfied first time customer. CHANELLE IS AWESOME!! I Never. Ever. Ever, ever, ever , ever, ever, ever get my clothes washed/cleaned by a wash & fold. But today was the day. I needed my laundry done due to a medical emergency and my boyfriend convinced me to get a wash and fold company to do it. I reluctantly searched on Yelp and came across We Pay Clothes Attention. I chose this company simply because of the rave reviews (reviews are everything). I reached out and Chanelle, who is the sweetest person you'll ever meet. She kept saying "whatever you want, whatever you need." The pick up and drop off time was prompt (right before work..and I wasn't even late to work waiting on my laundry!!!). I just unpacked my clothes and found them to be neatly folded and smelled DELIGHTFUL!! I mean even my underwear was folded!!! (TMI but I'm impressed!!) Also, all of my clothes were accounted for. And most of all, the price was AFFORDABLE and THEY HAVE VENMO!! Simply put convenient. Professional. Delightful. Amazing. Talk about coming thru in the clutch!!! We Pay Clothes Attention, YOU HAVE A NEW CUSTOMER!! I am forever grateful and will definitely spread the word. Thank you read more

OH MAH GAH!!! FINALLY! After moving here over a year ago and desperately missing the luxury of my washer/dryer combo I have been frantically searching for a good pickup/delivery laundry service and I've finally found it! Chanelle and her crew are not just good, they are great! Chanelle is an excellent communicator, her prices are fair, pickup/delivery is quick and convenient and the wash was all done to my specs. I was so sick when I called Chanelle for her service and the ladies at We Pay Clothes Attention were LIFESAVERS!!! Thank you SO MUCH! read more

Ok, where do I begin. First off let me just say that Chanelle is so personable, professional, kind ,and an expert. That's a rare combo. I felt like I was drowning in laundry (don't judge me). I found Chanelle on Yelp and called her. I knew immediately over the phone that I would be a making one of the best descions of my life. It was if my big sister swooped in and tamed the ugly Laundry monster that was trying to consume me. CAPTAIN SAVE MY CLOTHES!!!!! I've used Chanelle's service 4 times so far within the last month and each time I have been completely satisfied with how amazing my clothing feels, smells, and with the immaculate folding. I also couldn't believe how inexpensive her services were. She did a way better job than I would've ever done. I've been bragging about We Pay Clothes Attention since my first experience. read more

This place is pretty awesome. Most definitely two thumbs up. The customer service from the moment Chanelle picks up the phone, to the moment she drops off the clothes of herself is very impressive. Coming from someone who is very picky and very specific about how his clothes should be handled. "We Pay Clothes Attentiton", is definitely a place I'd recommend. read more

I can't believe it's taken me this long to write a review! Chanelle is absolutely AMAZING. She is responsive, helpful, kind, and funny! The prices are reasonable and communication is so easy. I can't imagine ever using another service for laundry. I have tried at least 3 other companies and every time it was a nightmare. From the moment I scheduled my first pickup, it was clear, this was the only laundry service for me. Honestly, I don't write a review unless it's necessary that everyone knows how amazing a company is, and this is one of those cases. read more

I'd never considered using a laundry service before but it was suggested by a friend. I did a quick search online and found We Pay Clothes Attention. They had super high ratings and now I know why! Chanelle and Erica were an absolute joy to work with. My clothes came back perfectly clean and folded, and they were able to fit me into the schedule on short notice. Very accommodating, attentive, friendly, and patient with me and I will definitely be utilizing their services in the future and recommending to friends! read more

How do people still use laundromats knowing Chanelle's service exists !?!?! I've been using Chanelle for awhile now and I'm amazed on how professional her team is. I'm about to leave on tour and texted her at 7am asking if she can help me out... an hour later she's outside waiting for me. Always prompt service always a smile and the best folder/washing machine ever! High quality service with a smile. I'm never using anybody or any machine again!!!!!! She even uses the good kind of detergents so my clothes are extra soft and smell amazing Thanks for always coming through Chanelle!!! -- beyond satisfied customer read more

Chantelle was so helpful and answered all my questions. She texted when she arrived and when my clothes were ready. She was so sweet and helpful with everything! read more

I've been using WPCA for a couple of months now and would highly recommend their service! I diverged this summer and tried another service, which I immediately regretted. Scheduling pickups and drop-offs is simple, and their team is friendly and communicative. They were kind enough to let me know my hang-dry garments were still damp, and we scheduled a new drop-off accordingly. They don't pickup at your door, but that's not an inconvenience for someone who is able-bodied and needs to get a few extra steps in! Everything arrives nicely folded, submitting a pickup on their website is easy and convenient, and they follow care instructions really well. read more

I absolute love & appreciate this service... I never before let someone else do my laundry... What an AMAZING experience, service and person!!! Chanelle and her staff are absolutely kind, friendly and professional... This will be a service that I will continuously use regularly... Thank you so much for all that you do!!!! read more

Wow! Like Wow! I found this business yesterday by the grace of god and can I just say, I'll be a customer for life! The ladies were so responsive, kind, funny and ON TIME! Within an hour of requesting service one of the kind ladies was at my front door and also here bright and early the next day! I really really appreciated you ladies! Truly amazing how you guys understand how important great customer service is! I will be using you guys in the future, I've already sent a mass group chat to my Brooklyn friends! Thank you so much! read more

I am going to cut to the chase, take my word on this one. Chanelle truly cares about her business and customers, this is one owner who is truly dedicated. The minute I placed my order online I got calls and texts confirming the pickup and drop off times ( its curbside delivery by Chanelle herself). When I wasn't even home half the week to give and receive my loads she was extremely accommodating. I also find the prices are fair considering its delivery, I paid 55 dollars for about two loads including the sheets and pillow cases. I love how the website has so many detergents and top name brands to choose from its amazing how you can customize the orders. If you are a person with sensitive skin or eczema or allergies to scents she even has brands for that. There is also good options for fabric softeners and temperatures ; also there is dry cleaning options that you can add to service. Chanelle takes debit credit cards apple pay venmo or pay pal , its really easy to submit payment. When i got my clothes they smelled clean they were super soft and i felt like my jeans looked better then ever, she was able to revive them. I am a tide lover so I knew what to expect anyway but there was no terrible surprises in store, she took very good care of my items. Only thing that holds me back from giving 5 stars is that they don't go upstairs in apartment buildings to pick up laundry if its over two flights of stairs, I would've loved that have that door to door service option as opposed to curbside. read more

Chanelle is a GEM. A wonderful lady, great professional and an amazing local business owner. Please note this is not your ordinary laundry service. She picks the laundry from your house and delivers it clean, folded, and ready to use; with a BIG smile. It's too bad that I can giver her only a five star. She deserves 10. Thank you. read more

This is an incredible laundry service! Very nice staff. You can tell that they work hard and hustle! They are always on time and they always return my laundry clean and folded in less than 48 hours. I was hesitant to use a laundry service (even though a friend in my building recommended it) for fear that they would lose my clothing, but Chanelle and her team seem to he highly organized and they are definitely efficient and careful with your laundry. I suggest the unscented option since the scented option can be a little bit overpowering, but if you go with this service you will be thankful that you used them! They have never lost anything and I have given them more loads of laundry than I could ever hope to count! read more

I've expanded my use of this great service to include dry cleaning. Not only do my clothes look newer and fit snugger, but she delivered them with lightning speed and at a great price. read more

We Pay Clothes Attention is my go to laundry pickup/drop off service. If you love attentive, personalized customer service and super fresh laundry, it should be your company, too! Chanelle is amazing at scheduling on the fly, and delivering wonderful results. I wouldn't trust anyone else to care this well for my clothes, even - dare I say it? -myself. read more

I've used her a total of 4x already and she's really amazing! Everything is super conveniently done through the online service request, text messages, and Venmo to pay for the pickup & delivery. Her turnaround time is usually 24-48hrs and she's really flexible on the pickup/delivery times for those of us that work odd hours! read more

Chanelle is completely awesome! Like seriously. Being someone who's not a NYC native, going to a laundry mat or letting someone else wash your clothes for you was completely foreign to me. I feel foolish now, but I literally was hauling my clothes back & forth to my sister's house in MD (yes I said MD). As with most people, the turning point came when what - I was down to my second to last pair of unmentionables in the middle of the week. I knew then, I was in trouble. So I hopped on Yelp to find the best option and happened across We Pay Clothes Attention. For starters, I LOVED the name. Secondly, I loved that it was a boutique laundry service, which, in my mind, meant I wasn't sharing a washer & dryer with all of Flatbush. Lastly, it was well within walking distance! I used the online system to set my preferences & Chanelle picked up my clothes within a few hours. She was SUPER nice and when she dropped my clothes back off I was floored at how nicely they were folded & how lovely they smelled! It was like when I was younger and my grandmother folded my clothes for me. I definitely had all the warm & fuzzies! Anyway, Chanelle is completely awesome & she takes her business to heart & always makes sure that her customer is satisfied. My roommate know uses her and we both couldn't be happier! read more

They picked up my call right away and where super nice and kept me updated on pickup times. Even though she was only accepting a few bags of laundry at this time and I have a bunch she still agreed to pick them all up, over all sweet encounter with her . Will leave another review once my clothes are washed and brought back to me but I have to say with the pandemic going on I am so greatfull for their service and kindness read more

Me and my wife love this service! We are very picky and ask for all types of laundry work (i.e. cold wash, warm wash, air dry, no scent detergent etc.) and these folks handle it with ease! Also they fold everything beautifully. Can't believe we waited this long to escape laundromat purgatory! Also reasonably priced. Highly recommend. read more

Chanelle is very accommodating, the website is so easy to use and I love how I can pick and choose what I want. My clothes were folded to perfection and smell so fresh and clean. Chanelle will text you to keep you updated, which I love. I look forward to getting my laundry done again. read more

Chanelle is so nice! She was very careful with our laundry, and we had a lot -- blankets, towels, jeans, blouses, you name it. It was all handled with expert care. I just got the standard detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets. She returned our bags the same day. All the laundry was folded perfectly and it smelled great! I am definitely a fan. So happy we decided to give it a try! I loved all the soap/softner options they had avaliable including the option to use both liquid softner and dryer sheets. The customer service was excellent, they accept chase quick pay, the clothes were supper soft and nicely folded. They will be hearing from us every coupple of weeks from now on! read more

Chanelle is the best! When the laundry service I'd been using for four years closed out shop without any announcement or explanation, I was left scrambling for a new one. All the good reviews here are absolutely right - We Pay Clothes Attention is the best and I wish I'd been using it for years. Once you become a customer it's easy to arrange pickup/dropoffs via text and Chanelle is friendly, flexible, and great at communicating everything about the service you're receiving. And of course my clothes are taken great care of! Everything comes neatly folded, organized, and smelling great. I really appreciate the one day turnaround time - my last service required two days - and that I can pay via Venmo. The price is comparable with all other wash & fold services I've used, and really... all I can say is... Chanelle is the best! read more

I have to say I am very pleased with this company. Chanelle very pleasant but above all professional...a great balance. She is super approachable...and literally washes your clothes to perfection. loved their service so much I recommended it to my best friend. I am very picky when it comes to my clothes and she takes care of business, down to using the precise laundry soap of your liking. Give "We Pay Clothes Attention" a try they are great, my clothes are always clean, they are in great condition, they truly sort your clothes (I think Chanelle is more OCD then I am :-) ). They are timely and affordable, and it saves the 2-3 hours or more at the laundromat. You won't regret it!!!! read more

I've been using this service for months and they are great! I get my laundry picked up and dropped off the next day (they also have same day service if you don't need items hang dried). They always text me to let me know when my laundry is on its way. My clothes are always clean and neatly folded. Chanelle is super courteous, professional and accommodating even when I have a request for a last minute pick up. read more

This is the best laundry service ever!! Chanelle is a great person and she does a wonderful job with my clothes/bedding/etc. I've never encountered laundry that smells so amazing!! Great service, I've used them about 4 or 5 times now and Chanelle is always able to work with me. I definitely recommend them.

With the convenience and speedy service, which never lacks quality. I can honestly give this business a 5 review. There's never a problem with pick up or delivery and the price is usually better than the drop off laundromat around the corner. I use the service about twice a month on average and the service is always exceptional. read more
