I'm giving them four stars because I think they are a really great team. I think maybe I have been unlucky here. When there have been issues they are always quick to respond and reach out for help. Unfortunately, I have received bedding and clothes ruined. As a clumsy person I would usually thing it was me, but even brand-new items have come back with chemical stains or tears. An update: Still awesome. Employees, including owner, are super sweet and professional. Prices are affordable (IMO). They actually follow directions when you ask them to wash something a certain way. Takes Venmo as payment. Deals with my nasty ass laundry with a smile (umm sorry, we love you!). The only thing I wish they could do is help me lug it up and down the stairs, as I live in a 4th floor walkup, but I don't think their business insurance allows them to do that. My clothes are always folded perfectly, as are my sheets (that witchcraft y'all do to fold my fitted sheets....wtf). They smell so good I find myself taking a whiff before putting it away. My mom and I finally had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful Chanelle yesterday! We were in a bit of a panic after our laundry person of about 15 years stopped doing pickups and deliveries. Upon my research, I saw the glowing reviews of We Pay Clothes Attention on Yelp and after much discussion with mom decided to call and schedule our first pick up last night around 6:00 pm. I spoke with Chanelle and her very friendly and confident demeanor instantly put me at ease. She advised me of all the options they offer such as scented, organic detergent and multiple payment options. I like good old cash, but I was really impressed! Chanelle texted me ten minutes before arrival with her ETA and arrived right on time. Chanelle and her son greeted us so very warmly, took our laundry bags and said they'd be back tomorrow. I've been using WPCA for a couple of months now and would highly recommend their service! I diverged this summer and tried another service, which I immediately regretted. Scheduling pickups and drop-offs is simple, and their team is friendly and communicative. They were kind enough to let me know my hang-dry garments were still damp, and we scheduled a new drop-off accordingly. They don't pickup at your door, but that's not an inconvenience for someone who is able-bodied and needs to get a few extra steps in! I am going to cut to the chase, take my word on this one. Chanelle truly cares about her business and customers, this is one owner who is truly dedicated. The minute I placed my order online I got calls and texts confirming the pickup and drop off times ( its curbside delivery by Chanelle herself). When I wasn't even home half the week to give and receive my loads she was extremely accommodating. I also find the prices are fair considering its delivery, I paid 55 dollars for about two loads including the sheets and pillow cases. I love how the website has so many detergents and top name brands to choose from its amazing how you can customize the orders. If you are a person with sensitive skin or eczema or allergies to scents she even has brands for that. There is also good options for fabric softeners and temperatures ; also there is dry cleaning options that you can add to service. Chanelle takes debit credit cards apple pay venmo or pay pal , its really easy to submit payment. When i got my clothes they smelled clean they were super soft and i felt like my jeans looked better then ever, she was able to revive them. I am a tide lover so I knew what to expect anyway but there was no terrible surprises in store, she took very good care of my items. Only thing that holds me back from giving 5 stars is that they don't go upstairs in apartment buildings to pick up laundry if its over two flights of stairs, I would've loved that have that door to door service option as opposed to curbside. read more

This is an incredible laundry service! Very nice staff. You can tell that they work hard and hustle! They are always on time and they always return my laundry clean and folded in less than 48 hours. I was hesitant to use a laundry service (even though a friend in my building recommended it) for fear that they would lose my clothing, but Chanelle and her team seem to he highly organized and they are definitely efficient and careful with your laundry. I suggest the unscented option since the scented option can be a little bit overpowering, but if you go with this service you will be thankful that you used them! I feel foolish now, but I literally was hauling my clothes back & forth to my sister's house in MD (yes I said MD). She was SUPER nice and when she dropped my clothes back off I was floored at how nicely they were folded & how lovely they smelled! It was like when I was younger and my grandmother folded my clothes for me. I definitely had all the warm & fuzzies! OMG!!!!!!!! I cannot begin to tell you how great Chanelle and her staff are!. First the online setup is a wonderful experience. You can pick the brand of cleaning products you want used on your clothes for detergent to bleach to softners to any other additives. She sorts the laundry for you. All we do is dump the clothes in the laundry bag. Once you have setup the kind of service you want in the online process, all you have to do is send her a text and let her know when you want the pick up and delivery! My daughter and I don't like to have our delicates put in the dryer so if we request same day service, Chanelle brings them back damp for us to hang or for next day service they come back dry! She offers dry cleaning and minor repair service as well. The pick up and delivery service is right up our alley. I cannot recommend Chanelle strong enough!
