She was able to get us on the schedule for the next day and said it would be a $150 service call fee. The electrician who is also the owner showed up and repaired my son's ceiling fan and also found a wire that was not connected in another outlet. He was very nice and explained everything to us, gave us electric upgrade advice. I recommend Blue State Electric to all of my friends and family looking for electrical repairs and or upgrades. This company cares about their customers and it shows with their wonderful customer service!

Came through ahead of time, quickly looked at a few possibilities and narrowed the issue down within minutes of being there. Repaired our breaker, had to go back to grab some spacers for an exposed slot, came straight back and repaired that, pricing was unbelievably reasonable for the problem. He did all the work with friendliest tone and demeanor. Also this guy knows what he's talking about and what he is doing. It's rare these days to find such a detailed professional thats such a pleasure to work with, but Erick is that person. Highly recommend.

The scope agreed upon in June 2026 included replacing the existing subpanel with a new 125-amp, 24-circuit subpanel; installing conduit and wiring for a new pool-equipment subpanel for a future hot tub and sauna; upgrading that subpanel from 70 to 90 amps; and installing conduit and wiring for a dedicated 20-amp sauna outlet. On July 22, Tony texted that the pipe work and pool-equipment subpanel were installed and that he only needed to pull the wiring the following week, so I paid the remaining $9,000 balance. He did not return. On August 13, he promised to come "next week," and on August 20, he said his truck had broken down but would be fixed that day. On August 25, he stated that only pulling wires through the underground conduits remained and estimated that approximately $2,000 of work was still incomplete if I hired someone else. Because I had to find another electrician, I requested a refund. On September 3, Tony said a refund check would be mailed the following day, but it never arrived. On September 12, he asked for my Cash App QR code so he could send the refund electronically, but no payment was received. I have saved all written communications documenting these statements. In my experience, withholding payment for unfinished work while repeatedly promising a refund and failing to provide it is extremely unprofessional. I am writing this to alert public not to use this business as they could be victims like me. Be aware !!! Will be filing a formal complaint with ROC of Arizona !

Fantastic experience! We got a price and scheduled later that day. Isidro Alcudia was the person…read morewho gave us the estimate anc fortunately he was also our installer and did an amazing iob. We have had a lot of work done on our home and I must say they left our garage cleaner than most trades left our home when they were done. I cannot say enough about the staff and how well everyone kept in contact with us. If you need electrical work done, don't hesitate to give Cactus Vallev a call. We had a level 2 charger installed and also opted to have a whole house surge protector put on. Best decision for peace of mind. Our electrical pane is on the opposite side of our garage, so Isidro had to run a line all the way through our attic.

Very happy with Johnson Power and Air…read more Jacob and team installed new lighting in our kitchen remodel. We wanted under-cabinet lighting and got great results. On top of good communication and being on time, the team helped us with designing the lights and switches. Having their experience provided us confidence and comfort from start to finish. Also, the price was good. We had another bid, and the other guys were talking about an overly complicated process involving the attic??? and thousands more dollars. I think Johnson Power and Air is well-priced for professional work. I recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for future projects.

Todd and Brian showed up on time for our appointment and patiently listened to my tale of woe - a…read moreGC I hired (and fired) had made a mess of my garage renovation project. Todd and Brian rapidly diagnosed problems found in my breaker box and sub panel, answered my questions, explained the issues in a way that I found easy to under. In fact, they were fun to watch and listen to as they went to work confirming what was to code and what was not. After investigating everything and said "no problem". Then I showed them the rest of the mess made by the GC I fired and again "no problem". Then they walked me through the work, to confirm what I wanted done, and recommended some much needed maintenance on some old breakers, which I was happy to get done, and then they gave me a quote. I hired them on the spot. On the scheduled date and time, they showed up and got to work. While they worked, they discovered a number of additional issues, and took care of them all. They discovered a brand new motion detector installed by my GC was wired wrong and was actually fried (my GC tried to tell me was completed work despite the fact that it never worked). The good news is: Todd and Brian finished all of the work on time, including the extra work. They were a pleasure to chat with and work through decisions, throughout the entire process. They were great even at the little things like: - letting us know before they turned the power off - recommending which appliances to turn off first - letting us know before they brought the power back on. - letting us know before they left for lunch, which doors they locked, and when they expected to return. ...this is just good customer service. When all of the work was done, they walked me through everything I asked for, showed everything they fixed or replaced, or installed and they even tripled checked some lines that went to my pool equipment that turned out to be extra. In my humble opinion, they went above and beyond in every way. Every problem I asked them to fix, got fixed. Every installation was exactly how they told me it would be during the estimate. And the work areas were clean (no snipped wires left all over the place, etc.). To me, having just gone through a nightmare scenario? Todd and Brian were exactly what I needed in terms of a positive experience from two qualified electricians, who were easy to chat with, and simply did a great job. I highly recommend Gorsuch Electric!!
