Our second trip to Savannah and tried Graffito tonight. Delicious! We're from NJ and used to the "good stuff" as far as pizza goes and this is by far the best pizza we've had since moving south. Got the chopped salad too and swapped the vinaigrette for the creamy garlic dressing...so good!!! Will definitely be back....maybe tomorrow lol! read more

Most disappointing. Had the mushroom pizza. Had zero mushrooms that I could see. The cheese was a cheese like substance, not cheese. It was the same thing on the garden pizza, sorta like Velveeta on pizza. I would avoid the pizza at all costs. The staff was nice and the beer was good. read more

I'm an avid pizza lover and search far and wide for the best pizza in town. We went to this place to get kids some pizzas before adults had some random eats along the outdoor restaurants by jw Marriott. We ordered two Margherita pizzas. They both only come with a few quarter size pieces of fresh mozzarella (it was basically tomato sauce pie) and both pies had different sauces on them. One tasted like pizza sauce and the other pie tasted like they used pasta sauce. That pizza was also pretty badly burnt on the bottom. The kids wouldn't even touch that pie. Then onto service- it was horrible! We at outside, our waiter hardly came outside or was attentive towards our table and even forgot refills for water and drinks. And on top of that after I told him about the pizza sauce being different and the burnt pizza-HE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING!! All he said was sorry and didn't really even mean it and to me that was not good enough. Will never eat here again and definitely don't recommend the place. read more

Exceptional service! Was served in a timely manner with a large variety to eat. Would definitely eat again beautiful views with some beautiful food! read more

Great pizza and salads right on the water! Excellent service. The building is a modern industrial type design in the JW Marriott complex. Very unique read more

The bartender "Katie" was incredible...incredible customer service, created an inviting atmosphere and her drinks were top shelf.

This pizza is AWESOME! Probably the best pizza in Savannah and possibly anywhere. Very delicious and friendly staff with a great atmosphere. I am a permanent repeat customer! Thank you. read more

Super busy district but this spot is worth it elbowing through the tourist. Go on an off night. Sit at the bar and spell the fresh dough and open fire. Meatballs, pizza, mussels, and pasta are great. Nice bartenders and staff. read more

ILGIARDINO is awesome! Thin crust loaded with veggies. Our server Jennifer was the best! Highly recommend this place and will be back on our next visit to Savannah. read more

Super good food. The focaccia is unlike anything I've had. So good. I recommend this place and their drinks.

This was an awesome experience. We sat at the bar. Our bartender Billy did an excellent job. The drinks were on point. The food was great. The pear salad ahead a great mixture of salty and sweet. M Better than I expected. I can't wait to come back to try a different pizza. Great vibe. Loved it! read more

Came in for a late dinner on our last night. The greeter and waitress were very friendly and the guy cleaning tables was very prompt clearing our dishes. We shared an Italian chop salad and Margherita pizza...both were delicious! Would definitely recommend! read more

Great service and was good for my large family of 16. Food came out hot and fresh, and all that we ordered was delicious. A good amount of heat and spice to the arancini. Nice variety of pizzas. Great view of the river, and a green space in front of the restaurant so that the kids can run out and let some energy loose while you sit inside the air-conditioning while watching from a distance. Great for groups for sure! read more

The hostess was incredibly rude to us. We were offered bar seats but opted to wait for a table. 20 minutes later we were paged for our table. The hostess attempted to seat us at a bar area. We declined and again said we would wait for a real table, we were not upset at all but she was extremely annoyed and angry at our request. Eye-rolling and all. We walked to Vinny Van Go-Go's pizza. They were so nice and the pizza was delicious:-) read more

Great pizza and salad but the hostess who seated us was not nice AT ALL! She needs to be fired. If she were the face of my business I would not have a business. Note to management, find a new hostess. read more

Highly recommend this pizza place! Everything is so fresh and you can really tell! The Bruschetta appetizer was perfectly balanced. The bread served with it was warm and crispy.. the bruschetta was cold and briny..they complimented each other very well. Margarita pizza could have used a little more cheese for my liking, but the sauce was very well seasoned. If you get the chance, ask if you can sit at the chef bar. You get to watch the chefs make your food from start to finish. Definitely a cool experience! read more

We had a great experience grabbing a quick lunch mid-week at this spot. The service was fast, the pizza was good and we were all fans of the slightly sweet doughy crust. read more

Absolutely delicious! Had a pasta bowl and a pizza....both were exceptional! Service was friendly and fast. Drinks were tasty snd atmosphere relaxing....especially looking out at the water. read more

Right on the River walk, this spot is super convenient for indoor dining or to go orders. I was extremely impressed with the resilience of the staff, specifically Brittany and Nae. They were understaffed and overwhelmed on a holiday week yet they still managed to serve with a smile and great attitude. I personally don't know how they did it I would of gone crazy with the demand in this place. The pizza was delicious and very unique! We had the pollo pizza. I would highly recommend this place! read more

So first time visit on the waterfront in Savannah's historic River St. We just drove into town from about 11hrs away and my daughter was dying for pizza. We arrived around 9pm on a Wednesday evening and there were only a few people at the bar and maybe two other tables with customers. The hostess said we could sit at the bar if we wanted which is accented by a very cool artistic graffiti painting. After getting waters and menus from the bartender we were ready to order. only to then be told we couldn't be served at the bar because my daughter was underage. No big deal, but could have been made aware of that when we sat down. So we went back to the hostess and waited. She sat us at a table and we waited... and we waited... and waited. There was maybe 3-4 waitstaff on duty, two bartenders and only two tables sat. The wait staff seemed more concerned about cleaning up and chatting with each other. I would understand if we walked in at closing time but they were open for another hour. Eventually we were served and things got a lot better. The food is truly epic here! Hats off to the senior chef who designed the recipes and insists on fresh made ingredients. It shows! We both got pizza and were well satisfied with our meals. I would definitely return again at least for the food. read more

Pizza and salad were excellent. We had pizza, meatballs and a Caesar salad and there is nothing you could pick apart.

Didn't like the pizza. Had me and my new wife puking all night and into the morning. The drinks are what screwed us up I think

The only tomato based pizza sauce they have is made with sliced carrots and diced onions! I don't need to talk about anything else. read more

Hot honey pizza with pepperoni was delicious and also the Caesar salad was great. Very quick service and friendly waiter/staff.

Great service but food is just mediocre. It has the location going for it but it just disappoints on the food. Find other better pizza joints read more

Interesting decor with amazing food. If you like IPA or wine this is your spot. Full page of drinks!

You have to eat here! I literally fell in love with the pizza. I have never ever sat and ate my entire entree before at any restaurant. The food is straight from Italy and puts the American version of pizza to absolute shame. This restaurant is very well kept and has a outstanding staff! The cocktails are a wonderful addition as well. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Our server keshawn was very informative. My wife and myself literally helped the dishwasher out by leaving our plates empty. read more

4 of us had different pizza to try them out. My favorites were the funghi and RCK. Pizzas are my type - thin crust and fresh ingredients. Service was great. Spacing of people was good. Staff were constantly wiping down areas where people sat. Masks were in use by servers and most guests. read more

This place is good, but they have no vegan options. It would truly be an easy fix, all they need to do is buy vegan cheese and list it as an option. read more

I tried to like this restaurant. Day one: I popped in for lunch. The restaurant was empty but they told me it would be a 25 minute wait to be seated. I said, there is nobody in here, she said, we only have two servers, I cannot seat you. I left. Second try: popped in for dinner. Just me. She said I could sit at the bar, or wait 45 minutes to an hour for a table. I did not want to sit at a bar to have my dinner. I said, there is an empty table for two right there, may I sit there? She said, there is a list of people waiting for that table, so I added my name for it and I waited 10 minutes. Eventually a seat opened at the bar, so I reluctantly went there. It was getting late. The entire time I sat at the bar, that table for two behind me remained opened. At the time I was leaving they seated somebody there. It wasn't somebody who had been waiting. This had been 45 minutes after I'd arrived. Really strange. While seated at the bar, the bartender was SLAMMED. She was obviously the busiest person in the place, and she was doing her best. We all waited quite a while for any request, or to even just to make requests and place orders. Oddly, she did card me for a beer. I'm 45. Another woman came over and sat down next to me and ordered a glass of wine. She got carded also, and she announced that she was 50. She didn't have her ID so they turned her away. Neither of us look anywhere near 21 or younger. Maybe it's a city thing, given the location. Who knows. It affected the customer experience nonetheless. There were dirty plates in front of guests at the bar who were waiting for them to be cleared. At least 3 stations. Others at the bar were waiting on checks (with their dirty dishes), one couple waited forever for their drinks. They just kept glaring at the bartender confused by all the drinks she was making, but sending away. We all kept looking at each other like, what is going on in this place? At one point the assistant manager, Eric, brought over two pizzas for some guys sitting at the bar, but hadn't cleared their dirty dishes before setting the pizzas down. After setting the pizza down, he took the used plates. He also took their forks, used with appetizers, and never brought them new cutlery. He did the same thing with me. Eric, if you clear, be sure to mark prior to bringing fresh food out. People need something to eat with. Clear, then fresh cutlery goes down, then the food. He was also clearing empty tables to the side of the bar where nobody was seated, while those of us at the bar waited for somebody to clear our plates and check on us. Eric, pay attention to the customers currently dining. Empty tables can wait a minute. Don't disservice those currently dining by keeping them waiting. Chime in and see how it's going, clear anything not being used. You kept walking by the bar and looking at the dirty plates but never once, until I said something, did you think to clear them. You had two empty hands, and all you were doing was walking back to your station to check receipts and look at your phone. Grab some dishes on your way back and drop them off in the bus bin. Maximize your time. Also, get a paper towel to wipe off the top of the red pepper dispenser. It is against food safety regs to use your hand. Yes, I watched you do that. You hadn't even washed them after clearing, serving, and using your phone. Lastly, be mindful of the blind eye you currently have to what's going on in the bar section. That position needs support. Where is the barback? You need one to support the bartender. You also need to keep an eye on your team and have a proper pulse for what's going on in that place so that you can jump in and pick up the slack where needed. You do not. The customer feels it. You need to take leaps and strides in the customer experience department. You really come across as though you do not know what you're doing. The food was not bad. Mostly tasty, but it's definitely not worth coming back for, given the current standard of customer service in that place. From what I could tell, if anybody seated was experiencing good service it was the result of hiring the right servers who had experience. They knew service protocols and had their eyes on the right things, the assistant manager did not. read more

This was a last minute stop by because we had just arrived in Savannah and hadn't had much time to plan. The service was a little slow but that was only because they make everything to order. No pre cooking anything and all fresh ingredients. The pizza is brick oven authentic. Crust is perfect! Meatballs were also very good! read more

Wow, this place was good. Our flight out of Savannah was delayed so we stalled for time. My wife wanted pizza. Stopped in here. Some of the reviews weren't great, claiming too fancy. It's fancy in a good way. Pizza was great! We got the funghi. Mushrooms, carmalized onion and mushroom aioli (whatever that is, but it was damn tasty) read more

Atmosphere was nice and the wait staff was great, but the food was less than stellar. We ordered two pizzas and each pizza was $20 for 6 slices. One of the pizzas was terrible. It had arugula and fig and maybe that's someone else taste but not mine. Also not a fan of super thin crust pizza and maybe it was slightly undercooked. I won't be returning . read more

EXCELLENT! This place is located in the new riverside plant district. Everything in the district has been truly amazing and this place certainly did not disappoint. The pizza was some of the best I've ever had. My fiancé and I sat at the bar. The place itself has a really cool vibe. The bar tender was super personable and provided excellent service. He told us about different places in the new district to try out for drinks and what not after dinner. He also noted that the pizza ovens they use are imported from Italy! So cool. The pizza came out very quickly. To accompany the pizza I enjoyed a delicious Italian wine and my fiancé had and IPA-- all excellent. Highly recommend this place! read more

Cool atmosphere, good music, food was great. Service... Not so good. Drink order taken 15 minutes after we were seated. Food order taken 15 minutes later. Food arrived 40 minutes later. And it was hot and very tasty. But I would expect more from a place that has full staff and only half seating capacity. read more

Food was good, service was quick and friendly, a lot of windows and right on the river so the view from just about any seat was great.

We should have read the whole menu first. The pricing was ok for pizza and salads but $16 bucks for "A" glass of red wine is ridiculous. Esp. Since there's only 6 or 7 options. We enjoyed our pizza. The crust was delicious as was the toppings. They could lay of the salt. The whole pie was very salty. read more
