Ok so I have had a few experiences buying vehicles from dealerships so I know beforehand there is a process that has to be followed, meaning there will be SOME waiting. It was unbelievable the amount of time (3+ hours) we had to wait for the "finance department" to print a total of 10 papers to sign. I couldn't help but think maybe the "managers" behind the front desk in the middle of the showroom could put their food down and get the paperwork moving. Very unprofessional. Woah. Ultimately this dealership had the car I wanted, so I bought it. But what an awful experience! This is one of those old-school dealerships where your salesperson needs to talk to the manager about any kind of price adjustment. Of course, this starts at the top, the manager doesn't empower his employees to truly service customers. This place is totally void of customer service, and the way they service their cars is terrifying. I bought a car with bad rear breaks that was overdue on transmission fluid. I got those resolved the day after purchasing, but would absolutely never trust this dealership to service its cars or customers well. read more

My daughter dropped off her car (that she bought at Graff AND paid extra for an extended warranty on) to be repaired. The repairs were scheduled to take 1-2 weeks and they did not even provide a loaner. She has 3 kids that she needs to take to school each day and now will need to pay for a rental car (for 2 weeks) just so Graff can collect the Insurance $ for the repair. Should have gone somewhere else! read more

I brought my car in for a recall for my brakes to be fixed. They came out 40 minutes into the "fixing" and asked me if my car has ever had issues starting. My car NEVER struggles to start EVER. They claim it won't start now so I have to pay almost $70 for them to fix it. Seems pretty sketchy especially since I'm a young female who seems to be the people taken advantage of at places like this. Convinced they temporarily or permanently did something to my car so I would have to pay them money since the recall would've been cheap to nothing. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WHATSOEVER. Update 2/22: I was contacted shortly after I posted my review below on google about receiving a free oil change as an apology for the poor experience I had. I scheduled the service on the phone with the woman who called me. When I was brought my vehicle back, after they were finished, I was asked to pay. When I expressed that the service was supposed to be free, the guy asked who I had scheduled the services with. After three months, I no longer remembered what her name was. He went to the back to check on it. When he came back he said they would comp the service this time but next time I would need to remember the name of the person I talked to. The way he said it made it sound like they were doing me a favor and I should be grateful they weren't going to make me pay for a service they told me would be free. I should not have to provided documentation of an offer for free services when they called me to make the appointment. Especially when it's supposed to be in compensation for a poor experience in the past. I can not express how truly and deeply disappointed and angry I am with the service I've received and the experience I've had. -------------------------------------- November 2020 I was having an issue with a piece of trim coming up on my car that I had already had fixed once. I brought this issue up at a recent oil change and they scheduled me an appointment to get it fixed. When I brought the car in, I waited over 30 minutes and was then told that nothing had been done because they didn't have the glue they needed. I can understand a little mix up like that normally. But I had this same issue with the same piece of trim a year ago. That time I waited over 45 minutes for someone to tell me they didn't have the correct parts to fix it. It took three visits to fix the issue the first time and even then I had the take it in again a year later for the same problem. The staff are always nice enough but there seems to be poor communication between the people who schedule the appointments and the mechanics who fix the cars. Why would you schedule me an appointment without having the parts to fix the problem? Why would no one check before I come in, waste my time sitting in the lobby, only to have nothing done to fix the issue I'm having? read more

I bought a BMW 650i at this dealership. The vehicle arrived and i took it too BMW for a inspection and discovered there is a massive oil leak underneath coming from the engine area. No services was done on it even down to topping a cheap washer fluid. I bought the vehicle "AS is" but this dealership didn't disclose the mechanical issues the vehicle has. I bought a vehicle that is a moving time bomb and could potential blow up on me while driving. I have taking it to more than 5 certified BMW mechanics and no one will touch it. I have called and not one single person picks my calls at the dealership after being transferred. S I tried to speak to the manager Lindi Larue ( As shown on the invoice). But apparently she doesn't work there anymore. I am interested to know how far long she has stopped working there before an invoice using her name was used to sell this vehicle to me. It's a hassle speaking to the sales person "Daune" that through him i purchased this vehicle. Since no one will speak to me i will get an attorney that will speak to someone in your legal department. How do you treat customers like this? I am stuck with a vehicle with over $6000 cost in repairs. You could't disclose the mechanical issues or sell as a "mechanical special" . Look at the pictures of underneath the vehicle, some nasty work was done to conceal and hide the fact and the problem. You guys are terrible! read more

Had to take my car in for routine maintenance with oil change and get my front wiper blades replaced for my 2012 Equinox. I am definitely one to let the professionals do the job instead of me not doing it correctly and have one fly off during our next snowstorm. LOL I was able to get in the next day for an afternoon appointment. Dropped my car off for service in the morning on my way to work and by 2 PM my vehicle was in top shape. The team at Graff are very professional with interactions from both the sales of my vehicle to me and servicing my vehicle. OnStar Diagnostics help keep me in check with what service items need to be done and I trust Graff to be able to perform requested maintenance with my vehicle 100%. We are a GM family and I can say that I have dealt with 4 other dealerships in my lifetime but Graff ranks the top in my satisfaction. read more

Oh, boy...where to start. First, let me say that the "bait and switch" is alive and well. After receiving a flyer in the mail from this Graff dealership we played the 'slot-type' lift-the-tab game and read all the fine print. Apparently, we had won $2500.00. There were even pictures of 'real people' on their flyer which listed the prize they had won. This was the first-time any car dealership sponsored flyer seemed legitimate so we decided to visit the co-sponsoring website. The website, Fatwin, also said I had won "one of the prizes: cash, apple watch etc.". The website did not go into any detail about the $2500.00 and this should have been my first clue something was fishy---the website just stated, "You are a winner". The flyer said to come to the dealership to claim my prize. When we went to the dealership the sales associate avoided speaking about the prize multiple times and instead took down information on a vehicle we currently own, because, we are in the market for a newer vehicle later this year. He also wrote down that our budget was $250-350 per month. I have to say that the associate seemed very genuine and we enjoyed his attempts to show us different vehicles and my husband even test-drove a couple. My husband is very frugal, and he really just humored me by going to the dealership, but he really doesn't mind paying for quality. He really liked a newer truck, which surprised me because he doesn't usually like to pay on a 6-7 year loan-- We told the sales associate we didn't want to spend over $300/month. We wanted to know what the bottom-line would be for the 2017 truck with around 15K miles--we got a handwritten 'estimate' of a 3-year loan for $500-600 per month. ?? My husband got a little defensive a told the associate that we couldn't pay that and asked how much the truck was, the associate said he didn't know. We should have walked out. It got worse from there. At the end the manager and associate were rushing to sell us a vehicle--pretty much any truck my husband would look at, but after being there for 3 hours I couldn't count the number of times I heard, "are you ready to buy the truck?". Really was not a good experience. My husband politely told the associate and manager he wanted to think it over, but when I looked over the associate was writing up a contract on one of the trucks. My husband looked on his phone at another dealership's website and when my husband found a similar truck with same year, less miles, and $2500 less he showed it to the associate and the response was confusing-- the associate just said something like, "that's not possible". We left. The experience was so awkward but I guess we won't be back and it's like the joke says, "A man sees a newsboy calling out, 'Extra, extra, read all about it, two men get swindled', the man says 'hey I'll buy one of those papers', he then says, 'Hey I don't see anything in here about two men being swindled', he then hears the newsboy calling out, 'Extra-extra, read all about it, 3 men get swindled'. Know a swindler when you see one and walk the other direction. What a waste of 3 hours. Oh, and other customers were sitting at tables with flyers they had received as well. I bet they were "winners", too. Know a bait and switch when you see one and don't give this dealership a second thought. read more

do not go to graff!!! ever!!! go to burt watson in freeland!! its worth the drive and they actually care about you. customer service is their top priority. ask for charles. got talked into getting a lease truck at graff. even though we wanted to buy a truck. they had the perfect truck. we wanted it until we checked it out. says 4 wheel drive but wasn't 4 wheel drive. we had to tell them that they had no clue. the response was "oops!". i didn't want a lease. i was worried about the miles. was told they had a special deal for us. when needed we got a loaner car. was fine at first they honored the deal for over a year. then they got a new manager who was so rude and told me i didn't matter because i only leased a truck and laughed in my face and said "why would i do anything for you?!?! a real prick. so please save yourself a lot of stress and heartache from them lying to you and not fulfilling what they promised you. its all a scam to get you to sign then they laugh and say should of read it better. so run out of there!! read more

I've owned 8 cars all from dealers this one is a joke bought a warranty for my 2011 Silverado in aug 2018 now in May almost June my paperwork was messed up and I have already been told to wait till the next day to get paperwork around for the warranty be very cautious using this dealer I still haven't received a title yet I had to cause a seen to get a registration from the dealer I spent 22000 on a used 7 year old truck and gave a 2010 flex for trade in and got screwed on the value of it this place is a great spot for new car buyers that haven't been scammed yet read more

Dealer runs typical Bait-and-Switch advertisements. DO NOT FALL PREY TO THEIR SCAMS. The FTC has some guidelines about what is "bait and switch" advertising and what isn't. Basically, "bait and switch" deals with a disingenuous advertisement. If the seller does not intend to sell you the "bait," and does any of the following in the course of selling other merchandise, then it's probably the "bait and switch": Refuses to take orders for the bait. Fails to meet anticipated demand for the bait without disclosing the bait's limited availability in the ad. Consumer laws consider the bait and switch to be fraudulent because the manufacturer is advertising a product that it does not actually intend to sell at that price and mandate that no advertisement should propose to sell an item that it does not actually intend to distribute at the advertised price. First day of a recent promo, no one responded to my inquiry and by the second day when I did receive a reply (after I had begged 3 different Sales reps via email) all advertised vehicles were unavailable. For days afterward, the dealer's website continued to advertise the special when there was absolutely no chance anyone could take advantage. Very sad and desperate. read more
