He was the same plumber who replaced our water heater about 11 years ago when we experienced the same issue, and we were happy to call him again. Although it was already late in the evening, he was able to come out and assess the situation. Initially, he offered to return the following morning to replace the water heater since it was after hours. However, recognizing that we would be without water throughout the night and into the morning, he made sure to get our new water heater installed that same evening. The work was completed efficiently, and he was honest, trustworthy, and thorough in explaining everything. Just as we remembered from our first experience with him, the service was excellent! It's reassuring to find a plumber you can count on, even after 11 years. We truly appreciate his professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile when we needed help the most. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and dependable plumber.
