My nails never feel bulky or overly thick, and they really take their time to make sure the shape and overall look are perfect. They're also both super easy to talk to and make the whole appointment feel like you're just getting your nails done by your home girl. I'm always happy with how my nails turn out and they last really well too. They are both super busy, so if you can get in with either Liz or Jocelyn, you're lucky lol. The receptionists are always friendly, I'm usually seen quickly, and the prices are affordable compared with other salons I've visited. On a previous visit, a technician even mixed two colors to help me get the shade I wanted. That kind of care kept me coming back. Today I came in for a builder gel fill and a pedicure. I had a Pinterest photo of the light, milky, almost translucent brown I wanted. I couldn't find anything close in the color books, and the shades suggested to me were very different. The pedicure technician brought several more books and opened them on my lap, but one of my hands was being worked on while the other needed to go into the UV light. I couldn't turn the pages easily. They kept asking if I'd chosen a color, and I felt so rushed that I finally picked a random brown for my toes. I'd also asked for my longer nails to be shortened and shaped to match one I'd broken. When I noticed the builder gel was pink, I said I wanted clear so I could wear a nearly translucent color. The technician assured me it would be fine and continued. I had to ask more than once for the longer nails to be filed to match the broken one. With the pink gel underneath, I ended up choosing dark brown for my hands instead of the light color I'd wanted. At checkout, I explained what happened and asked to pay to have my toes changed to match my hands. The owner came over promptly and kindly said he'd cover it since I'd just had the pedicure. I appreciated that. But the same technician did the color change, applying the dark brown over the polish already on my toes. She made comments about how I'd originally wanted a lighter color. By then, I just wanted to leave. I've had mostly good experiences here. I even returned after earlier visits when two technicians cut my toes and another cut my hand, because I understand mistakes happen. Today was different because I felt rushed, unheard, and like I was bothering them by asking for help. I left frustrated when getting my nails done is usually a chance to feel pampered. You may have a different experience, but I wanted to share mine. It's the reason I won't be back.

Brian was my…read morenail tech, and the amount of detail he put into my nails especially around my cuticles was incredible. He took his time and was so gentle during the removal process. Instead of aggressively drilling down or yanking my old set off, he removed them with so much care, which I really appreciated. He gave me the exact shape I asked for, and although my design was simple, the execution was flawless. The quality of his work speaks for itself. I visited this salon about a month ago and was happy with that visit, so much so , that I told my…read moresister about it and we both went in today at 6pm for a pedicure. ( They close at 7pm) . Last time , they offered me a drink , I ordered a mimosa and the tech took her time making sure my feet looked and felt wonderful. My pedicure this time was probably the worst I've ever had and I have been getting pedicures religiously for 30 years!! I noticed as she was going along that she was rushing and was very sloppy . ZERO attention to detail . ZERO. She didn't fully remove the cuticles, every nail is a different length and shape . The massage, my favorite part , was a 30 second joke , as was the scrub. Why even try ? As she was applying the polish , the difference in every nail became even more noticeable . She was leaving a whole area by the cuticle unpainted, it looked like I had a month old pedicure! I asked the tech to please fix them, pointed out some of the most noticeable areas she missed to paint and how every single nail was shaped differently. With an attitude she "went over " the areas I pointed out and asked me to check before she finished with oil . At that point , there were still areas where my nail was bare , no polish and they were so uneven... but I felt like I was being treated poorly and I simply said "it's fine" , even though they look awful , I was over it. I'm not the nail tech , I'm not paying myself $40 , I should not have to tell you how to do your job . I would not recommend this place again to anyone, especially because there were two other techs there that could see my frustration and neither stepped up to fix the problem, they simply don't care. We thought maybe we were treated this way because we went in the last hour , but damn , next time just say you don't feel like doing it . So so bad
