I'm a mom of two kids with a full time career that leaves me very little time to myself. Since I have half an hour every morning to get out of the house, doing my hair is at the very bottom of the list. Luckily, Nansi solved my problem. She gave me a beautiful haircut, dyed my hair to a shiny black, and gave me a Brazilian blowout. Which means...I can wash and go in the mornings as I usually do but now my hair will look amazing! The Brazilian blowout lasted about three months the first time I tried it and I received so many compliments on my hair. Needless to say, I just got the same thing done a second time. Nansi did a great job with the haircut, hair coloring and Brazilian blowout. The price was fair. She has her own space which means it was more private and even put on the television for me. I really liked that she gave me space too. She listened and talked to me but also gave me some space to play on my phone, which I never get to do with two kids. I was really Excited to come here and get my hair done. Having a previous bad experience with bleaching , I have a lot of breakage. I told Nansi I wanted my roots redone with highlights to match the rest of hair. I made it clear I didn't want redness tones or brassiness. She said don't worry that's not going to happen. After lifting some highlights with bleach and toning the first time was orange looking. I didn't accept it. She toned for the second time and it is now dark red to tones making my hair worst than how I had my natural roots. My experience is a total disaster. Now I have to go on my vacation for a week looking a mess, my roots have brass looking highlights not matching the rest and it now looks like i have different tone patches. I am very dissapointed and mad at myself for trusting this place. I will have to seek help to fix the problem elsewhere. Will never come back or refer anyone here. read more
