Im not one to leave so many reviews I'm not upset either . The reason I'm writing is to share my experience . I'm a stay at home mom and haven't gone out much anymore or gone to a salon anymore and I decided I wanna start trying again to keep up with nails and hair. My friend called before I came to ask about how much it would be for ombré hair . We sent pictures of our hair she said around 160 . She said depending how long our hair was maybe a bit more or less. So I get there and she is very friendly and takes me in right away she helped choose a color and I agreed. Very excited I sit down she's getting her tools she said she has to add 30 more for a treatment she was gonna add on the dye. She asked if it was fine I said umm she's like u need it it's great for your hair . I pretty much felt like I had no choice and agreed. I ask so how much is my total with that treatment she said 260! When in my head it was 160 + 30. By then she's preparing everything so I feel embarrassed to up and leave. I text my friend the price and she decided not to show up to her appointment because that was way more then we were told. This is the owner of the shop too. Well I'm getting my hair bleached I'm put in the chair with the heater on my head not sure what it's called while she had lunch. The heater turns off like 10 min later she comes washed my hair and said your hair was starting to break we took it off right in time . I have no idea what breaking hair was. So she dyes it brushes it and does Some waves it looks nice took pictures of it . I'm about to pay and she brings me all these products to buy from her. I'm like um how much ? She's like 20 38 and some other price I can't remember . I was like which one do I need most I don't have that much money as it was I went thinking I was paying 160 turns into 260 plus 30 so I'm at 290 . She hesitates a bit said I guess this one u Can come back for the rest. It was 20 so I paid 310 plus tip because I believe in tipping. I think like 15-20 tip. I got so many compliments my friend said I should thank her because it looked so nice I was happy but felt a little ripped off. But hey I never go to a salon I was like ok fine so I thanked her on Instagram. No one ever knew how much I paid . So my hair is looking good that day I go out and I'm happy the next morning I shower and see all the damage that was done . My hair was fried and still is . My hair has never been as messed up and damaged as it is now . It feels like a Dolls hair really hard and dead. It's horrible! I paid 330 dollars to mess up my hair . I hate it ! Never in my life has my hair been this way . I wanna cut all the damaged hair off but I would end up with a mans hair cut . So now imma wait for it to grow out more so when I cut it then it won't be so short. It was a waste of money for me this is my experience. So 2 weeks later I decided to use the shampoo I bought from her and it isn't even the same color ! So the shampoo died my hair silver when my hair was ash! I had some silver streaks. I didn't even know there was hair dye shampoo. But this wasn't explained to me. The girl who did this was the owner and I think she was just in a hurry. But if someone goes to your shop and you see they're a little confused and clueless about hair you shouldn't take advantage of them . Hey and say I paid 320 thinking I was gonna Pay 160 ok fine! But don't mess up my hair! I know she knew my hair was done for I mean she's the expert she's the one with a salon for years now. If you messed up it's fine! Things happen ! I know! But you should've pulled me aside and told me what was happening with my hair. I would've totally understood. Maybe look for a solution together. But she instead fixed it pretended it was fine and tried to sell me more stuff. I'm sorry but me and my friend will never go here again and I don't recommend it because if anyone there is in a hurry I would hAte for anyone to go through what I went through . read more

Don't waste you're time here and GOD knows they WILL waste your time for sure! I swore I'd never go back to this place a few years ago when I was waiting for 3 HOURS for My appointment. I never even got my hair done that day and just left in tears because I felt stupid being so patient for so long and when I saw them accept a girl that just walked in and left me Still waiting thats when I lost it and left. Today because my husband and I were desperate to get our hair cut I just decided to book an appointment to get both of our hair cut together since we have a baby at home we figured killing 2 birds with one stone would be more efficient. Silly me for thinking anything changed. We made our appointment for 1 and we walk in and there are 2 customers and only 2 stylists. 1 barely getting her hair washed and the other barely laying down the foil in the others hair. I wouldn't have been pissed if these women were close to being done but it was easy that it was clearly going to be an hour or 2 before they would even take us. WHY GIVE ME AN APPOINTMENT AT 1 if youre not going to at least start on me by 1:30?? (I should say 1 but I'm being generous) Our kid is waiting at home and we have a lot to do. We don't have time to WAIT ON THEM. I don't understand why they would offer me a booking if they CLEARLY had clients who were going to take a while. This is ridiculous. If you're not a buddy of someone there be prepared to wait MULTIPLE hours. They should learn that instead of just booking appointments mindlessly maybe they should take a moment to consider how long an appointment will actually take so they don't have people waiting forever. Ok so I followed her on Instagram for a while before making an appt because a friend went to her and she did not disappoint!!! Mind you it's a small salon and I wasn't familiar with the area I was supposed to be there at 3pm I told her I was going to be there earlier but of course got lost and arrived @3:30 she was not upset she was so sweet and we discussed my haircut and style before anything she gave me the price upfront she takes cash/Zelle cards and she did such a beautiful job I seriously love my hair it was damaged and dry before and she made it look so beautiful and healthy!! I booked with Juan and moved my schedule around only for him to not show up to my appointment. I called and texted and no response. I booked at 10 and he replied 11-ish said he was sorry and he overslept. He offered to rebook but this is very much him. 3 years ago I booked him and he made me wait almost 1 hr before he worked on my hair. I waited because it was my 1st time getting my hair done in a salon and i was excited. I hoped this time would be different, but he lacks time management and professionalism. I really wanted to like this place, the stylist there were very friendly. Although, I arrived 15 min prior to my appointment time and want seen until 3 hours after my appointment time. My original appointment was cancelled because the stylist left his keys at friends house. Now for the hair, they fried and ruined my mom's hair, she wanted burgundy highlights and got plain burgundy color. They burnt, correction, FRIED my hair and made my hair green! They convinced me I could go from red to blonde in one session without damage (paid extra for "Olaplex") and ended up ruining my hair. I had long hair and walked out with super short, damaged, tainted hair! They charged me $300 and didn't even bother to apologize for destroying my hair. I was devastated and disappointed. I've been coming here for over 4 years now and not sure why I haven't written a review yet lol! I come here for everything whether it's updo, makeup, color and cut. Everyone loves my read hair so much, one time I tried to change it up they demanded my hair go back the way it was because my red is beautiful! I also come here twice a week for a blow dry and they always do an amazing job. I get asked constantly where do I get my hair done, I literally carry cards and tell them the prices are awesome as well. Jessika the owner is a sweetheart. I love the vibe of the place and the stylist are great. Lifetime customer I am gonna be. 7 rejections and back to blonde. It was a process to get my hair like this. Jessica is very honest, instead of taking my money she told me your hair is too damage. I want you to leave with all your hair instead of being bald. First, I didn't know my hair was damaged after getting my highlights. I wasn't notified. Second, my hair was so damage if I was to do the blonde, there was a chance I would lose my hair. This happened in November 2018 and I'm just writing this down now bc other people should know what they are getting themselves into. The owner of this place completely fried my hair off. My hair fell off when she was washing off the bleach. She had left me under the heat for over 30 min while she was on her phone, distracted . I went in to touch up my blonde and I came out as a bald bi**h. She apologized and told me that she was gonna take care of me until my hair grows back. She installs tape ins to cover my baldness In the back. It was baddddd. My real hair didn't match the extensions so you were able to tell the difference. Each month when I wanted to go in so she can raise the extensions she made it difficult to be seen, as she wasn't making any money from me I wasn't priority. I decided to pay $300 elsewhere to get sewn ins instead and to be treated as a paying customer. My hair has yet to pass my shoulders , it's so short and choppy. Jessica was nice but don't go in there if you love your hair. Bleaching my hair with her is my biggest regret. Losing your hair is like losing your identity. Growing out your hair is a pain. Jesse burned my scalp, destroyed my hair, & pulled my hair out with his hands, he should not be allowed to touch anyone else's hair. He was so rough that he lifted me off the seat by pulling on my hair several times. Even though I complained several times he kept doing it. My hair was cut round on one side & longer and chopped on the other . I am naturally blonde and been dying my hair black for about 2-3 years now. I have decided to start taking the black out of my hair and i remembered my sister went to this local spot and got a really great haircut. So i decided to make an appointment. I needed to have my hair bleached, then dyed, washed and cut. Upon bleaching it was discovered that my hair turned more onto the red side so i couldnt go back to blonde tones just yet. But my stylist, jessica H. was on point and knew what she was doing. We went with a copper color and i will start working my way into the lighter colors. Tho my hair was bleached it doesnt feel damaged or dry at all. Furthermore my haircut was amazing also. She is a very attentive stylist and she listens to her customers very well i got exactly what i wanted and i couldnt be happier...i am one picky lady with my hair so i will definitely be returning to Jessica H.
