Came with my sister and cousin to get our eyebrows done before her wedding. The women working were all so nice and worked quickly. They payed attention to how we like our shapes and were attentive to getting all the hairs. It was nice and peaceful in the store despite there being a line for service. However they kept the shop very clean and plenty of waiting room. The prices are reasonable too for the quick service and quality job. I'm not from the area and the closest threading to me is in the middle of a busy mall. This experience was a nicer contrast to that and made me wish I could make this place my regular! read more

I've been coming here for a few years. It's hit or miss depending on the threading specialist. I just wanted to give feedback on my threading experience today because I believe it would be beneficial for the staff to handle things differently next time. If a customer is expressing that they're experiencing pain or being cut (which was the case for me), please don't dismiss it and proceed to ask if it's the first time they are getting my brows done. I could feel the thread cutting me, and now have a nick under my brow, confirming the skin was being cut into. Looking at other reviews on this page, this person has been mentioned several times as giving bad service and messing up people's eyebrows. FYI for anyone new to threading-- nicks and cuts are NOT normal, and neither is the sensation of the thread pressing deep into the skin. read more

Had very bad experience in Scripps Ranch with Grace Threading. Staff is very rude and unwelcoming. They are unwilling to answer your questions and make you feel uncomfortable. I asked them about facial, she said visit website, I don't know the details. How can anyone trust thier staff if they don't know what they are offering or doing. I've been coming to grace threading for years until last time I came I left with barely any hair on my left brows, I have my brows micro shaded but even tho I have them done I still have hair on my brows, I'm not sure why she had to remove the brows on my left side instead of jst following the shape , I came in for jst a clean up then she proceeded to offer me microblading!! It took me years to grow my brows jst for her to mess it up, mind you she only did it on the left side !! Like what was your purpose! I mostly use their walk-in services for threading but the facials have to be booked ahead, although I can usually find something that works for me the day before, if needed. Been coming to Grace Threading for about 4 years now! Thought this place would be nice to try out as my old brow place shut down in UTC a couple years ago. Just a couple minutes drive from my place and consistent work keeps me coming! I'm not too picky when it comes to my brows - meaning I'm not particular about the style, shape and "perfectness of an instagram brow". I honestly come in for simple cleanups so I'm happy to see any stylist that is available, theyre all wonderful and anyways have me check their work before I pay. Just wanted to show my appreciation for this shop, especially as they're opening back up after quarantine. I'm not on an email list, however they have kept in touch through text and notified me that they're now practicing social distancing by seeing guests by appointment. In shop they've separated the two outside threading chairs and keep the middle one with cleaning supplies and they wipe down and sanitize after every client. They wear gloves (which must get in the way of the thread so this is much appreciated!) and masks. And seating for waiting is also spread out. Grace threading is a wonderful and respectable business, glad to have found this place for my brows! read more

DO NOT BOOK SONYA. Terrible service and she over threaded. Right from the beginning, I was clear with what I wanted- just a clean up and no thinning. She said she understood and we had a verbal agreement but clearly she was not competent to ask any questions or for clarity if this is her definition of no thinning. You can clearly see here in this photo she threaded WAY TOO MUCH especially because you can see the tan lines of my where my eyebrow hairs were. I have yet to receive a call from the manager and I've called multiple times. It's the closest threading place near my residence that has reasonable hours... so I keep returning when I've waited too long and just need to get threaded. But each time I go... I keep regretting it. See most recent photo. I came in with super bushy eyebrows... and the faint tattoo that I've had for many years.. it's really a no-brainer threading job. Not only is the brow choppy and uneven, they were done so thin with hairs scattered all over... I had to knock off a star for good and remind myself not to return here. I hate to say this because the service is nice.. and I feel like there is an attempt to do a good job... but I don't think I will return even if i'm desperate...
