Some ladies have better results than others, but there is a big chart outlining different styles for guidance which makes communicating a specific shape easier. I highly recommend you always reiterate what you want/dont want changed re thickness each time if that's a concern. This has become my go-to threading place. Logistics: They take walk-ins and it's easy to sign in and request a specific person if desired. Payment can be card or cash, with tip preferred in cash. Parking can be a little challenging with the classic compact Trader Joe's parking spaces but you can usually find something if you circle around. read more

I just want to give a shout out to Fiona. I came in with my 6 week old baby who was crying and needed to be comforted / nursed during the middle of my threading. She gave me space and time without judgement and accommodated completing the service while I held my baby. So beyond disappointed. Went to this place tonight because it's 5 min from my house + all the great reviews, and was ready to be impressed. Got there around 7 pm with one person in the chair and no one else the whole time I was there. Came in with thick brows, explicitly told her I wanted to keep them thick and had been growing them out for YEARS. They're destroyed. They're not even at all, and somehow the bushier of the two is now the thinnest. She gave me a huge bald spot that can't be combed over ( I tried many times) and the ends are completely different with one brow just ending in one hair. Insanely thin. The patchy one looks even worse from a side view. I could feel her pulling out huge patches but stupidly trusted her. No apology, I guess she thought they looked good. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and actually will advise people not to go here. My eyebrows looked so much better before, I wish I never wasted my money here and just kept them how they were if this is how they'd turn out. $17+tip to get my eyebrows butchered and now I will have to spend the next couple years growing them out again (my hair is thick but grows very slowly, hence why I clearly emphasized I had been growing them out and wanted to keep them thicker) to repair the damage. Wish I could name who did it but I don't remember. Huge mistake on my part trusting them to do a good job the day before I go to a wedding. 2 stars because they were nice and gave me some promotional card for next time, which I clearly won't be using. If you want someone to smile and be polite while they make your eyebrows uneven and pencil line thin on one end, go here. Not exaggerating when I say these are the worst brows I've ever had done. This was my first time ever getting my eyebrows threaded and I am impressed!! I had a 5:45pm weekday appointment with Stivani (which I was able to book a couple days in advance), but since I was stuck in traffic I ended up calling in to let Stivani know I'd be 10 minutes late which was perfectly fine. When I got there there were no other clients being threaded, and honestly I feel like it is because this process takes so little time! I was literally in and out in 20 minutes, and that was including a whole consultation about how I wanted my eyebrows to be shaped/recommendations. In the photo the eyebrow on the left is the threaded one, versus my regular eyebrow on the right. (I have super sensitive skin so any minimal scratch I'll temporarily turn red so don't mind that! It went away not long after my appointment) You can see that the left threaded side is more angular and the lines are cleaner compared to my regular right eyebrow which is more rounder. Stivani was able to work with what I have to make my eyebrows on point!! I would definitely recommend threading with Stivani if you're considering getting it done! She is a woman of her craft because she was able to flawlessly execute with precision in minutes. Plus it only cost $15 (with $1.50 discount if you're referred, making the total $13.50), which is honestly really cheap for beauty services. Highly, highly recommend seeing Stivani!!! read more

I haven't had eyebrow threading in a few years, I've just been plucking them on occasion, but I had extra ClassPass credits I needed to use up so I booked an appointment for 10am this morning with the hopes I'd have my brows looking sharp before the holidays. When I arrived, there was already a few ladies there (popular place!), we were greeted by Yusor, she calmly and efficiently helped all three of us. She was patient with me as this was also my first time using ClassPass for a beauty service, it all worked out great. Yusor had great skills and the threading did not hurt as much as I remember. She even helped me understand how to get my brows to look a little more even, something I've been wanting to do for a while now), and after threading my eyebrows she helped draw them in to give me a better idea of what I needed to do. I have stopped coming to this place for a while now for my threading needs. I go to another place and come here only when the lady I go to is unavailable and I need to get my brows done for some event as this is pretty close to my house. And every time I do I really regret coming here for threading. The last three times I have been here I have always ended up with cuts on my skin. A few months ago when I was here I had 3-4 cuts around my eyes. And today the lady doing my upper lip was so careless and rushing that she cut through my entire lip. I don't get it. Do they hire amateur brow artists with no training? The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because I like their waxing service otherwise I would never come here. Like guys , what's wrong.
