She answers any questions you have and explains the process as she's doing it so you know you're in good hands. I'm new-ish to San Diego, and I'm sure anyone that's done a move can empathize: how to replace one's old brow person?! I had a great person in NYC, and I'm happy to say that I found it. Both times that I've been so far, I had a lady that wasn't Heidi (unfortunately didn't get her name). She was extremely detail-oriented and my eyebrows were shaped as I had wanted them. With any new threading place, I'm worried that they'll either make it too short or skinny. Not the case here! She was very sweet when I asked her to remove any additional stray hairs (not too many). I just wanna say that I love Heidi's Threading. The atmosphere of this place is very comforting and clean. I've been looking for a good spot to get my eyebrows done since I just barely moved to the area and safe to say this place is going to be my go to spot! Now for services, their prices do fit with the quality of service that they provide. I got a full face threading with brows and the price is worth it. Heidi and Sana did my full face and they both made sure that everything is done correctly and looks great. They were thorough and very efficient. Throughout the whole process they were also very careful and we actually chatted and it eased my nerves. Before hand I had called and they immediately picked up the phone and I had let them know that I'm a bit of a drive after going somewhere. They were welcoming and I didn't feel rushed to leave and that immediately tells me that they are a good business. The store hours are perfect. My personal schedule fluctuates. While other salons close early, they are open and in the website it tells you how long their services are which makes me feel more comfortable especially if I have something after. This place came highly recommended and I am extremely disappointed. I went in for eye brow lamination and have very defined brows and stated exactly what I wanted. The lady who did my brows was extremely distracted the entire time leaving for me for 25 minutes at a time with no explanation. I was impressed with the review photos however that is nothing like my turned out. My eye brows look awful. I am left with hairs cut far too short and full bald spots on my eyebrows with my natural shape destroyed. I am calling to request a full refund. My eyebrows are thinner leaving then when I came in which is the exact opposite of what this service is supposed to do. I don't know how this place has 4.9 stars, I've never had a worse experience. Reasonable prices, clean and adorable set-up, nearly painless execution. Hidden on the second floor, facing Governor Dr, Heidi's Threading offers various threading and lash services. They accept walk-in's for threading. Eyebrows are $14 but they also offer a brow and lip combo for $20. Both Heidi and Rosa are incredible and I would trust them with my face 100%. Heidi usually does better shaping while Rosa makes the process painless. They're more than happy to thread your brows to your desired shape. Make sure to ask for or agree to the post-threading rose water application! I found it soothing for the skin and it smelled great. Despite several visits, I haven't had a single breakout or reaction to the threading. Also sign up for their rewards program as they occasionally have deals and you can exchange points for services. Located on the 2nd floor facing Governor, I have been here several times especially since this is where my neighborhood Sprouts is located. Aside from the convenience of location, they do a great job of shaping brows. I've tried several places and the place I used to go to is in Hillcrest which I don't get to often. I was elated to find a place so much closer that also knows what they are doing. At times there is a wait. I have gone at what I thought we off peak times (1:30pm) to be the 5th in line (but they had 2 people) and other times when I was only waiting for one person (4:30pm). Clearly I don't know what peak times are for them but they are efficient and effective not to say they are super quick. They take the time they need to not make you feel rushed even if the line is really long. Definitely recommend their services! read more

My eyebrows were done PERFECTLY today but I forgot to ask what what the woman's name was :/ it wasn't Heidi but she had light colored curly hair and long lashes and was really friendly.
