The lady who threaded my eyebrows was very nice and reassuring! I've been the most satisfied with her doing my eyebrows because they look amazing. I will be coming back! Usually other threading places thin my ends out but she took her time and found my shape. She also threaded my eyebrows with patience so it didn't hurt as bad.

Came in yesterday to get my eyebrows threaded for the first time and she did an amazing job! Shes also very friendly and socialized with me during the service. Will definitely be going again and recommend to others!

The vibe in the salon was so peaceful and relaxing and the staff was very nice! I usually don't have this service completed here, but they cleaned up my brows and lip perfectly, I'll be back in the future!

Came in for a blow out and had a wonderful experience. The establishment is very clean and cute. The staff were all so friendly. They were getting very busy as it was a Friday, but I noticed they were still so kind to everyone who walked in. They did a great job with my hair. I have very thick hair and there is a lot of it. I end up disappointed as I have a hard time finding someone who can do my hair well in San Diego. Trust me I have tried so many different places with the "master stylist". I usually end up going to LA or OC to get it done. The woman who was doing my hair I could tell knew what to do right away. She was using a round brush the correct way and was emitting the proper amount of pressure/force to tame my mane. I went in looking like Mufasa and came out with shiny smooth hair. It is still looking great a few days later! I am so happy. Also the prices are so reasonable. I will definitely be returning for regular blow outs. read more

This place is the BEST. I have never gotten my eyebrows threaded before and I was so nervous. Gazal was so sweet and she totally listened to what I wanted. Fantastic work! I come to San Diego frequently and needed to get my eyebrows done. Everything went great: from the booking, consult, knowledge to threading. Gazal also gave me great info on the other services the salon provides. 10/10 would recommend. Shop was very clean and upscale vibe. It was a little hard to locate at first since there are two identical buildings, but I figured it out with minimal effort. I wish I had a better photo to share. I've been coming to Gazal since 2021 and still continues to see her for eyebrow threading. Every time I get my eyebrow threaded with Gazal, I am always satisfied. The result is always consistent, that's why I keep going to her. The salon environment is beautiful and spacious, there's other services that she offers which I haven't tried but I'm sure the service is as good! One thing I love about her is she's so accommodating. Whenever I need to reschedule or I come in earlier than my appointment time, she will always try to make it work. read more

Gazal is amazing. She is really good at recommending what shape brows will compliment your face and eye shape best. She is a great listener and also helps you understand any growth challenges you might be having. For example I went to a place where they didn't listen and made my brows so thin. Thankfully I found Gazal and she was able to help me be patient and have a plan on what they would look like growing back. I have been coming here for 3 years now & Gazal (owner) is absolutely amazing! She always listens to what you want to do & make your experience amazing. I understand that she has to expand her business but one of the employees here who's her daughter I believe. She is not ment for this type of business. We called asking if we could come in & they said no that they were busy. We were in the area and though maybe they will be able to see us after all. We walk in & she is just on her phone while everyone else is working. I let her know what I wanted to get done & they she did then thinner after I said keep them thick. I let her know I didn't like them because of how thin they came out. She they tried to argue with me about it. She they started doing my fiance eyebrows then left to treat another costume without confirming if he was okay with being seen by someone else. This has been the worst experience ever & none of the worker tried to make the moment right and still charged us both full price when we expressed not being happy with the service. read more

Gazal spent less than 10 min on my eyebrows and charged me $40 without disclosing. Rip off!!! My eyebrows are not even that good. Average at best. Her argument is "check my reviews to see price for corrections that's why I charge more" like what??? Just charge the same price if you're spending the same amount of time... I like the owner as she is very good at threading. I have been coming here for a while since its so close to my school. Unfortunately this time i was charged double the price to get my eyebrows threaded. I was told that she will charge extra due to my eyebrows not being even (which now that i think about it, no one has even eyebrows really). i just wasn't aware that it will be double the price. Saying "i will charge extra" is different that actually charging double the price! I unfortunately will not be coming back because i don't justify paying $40 when others charge $17 for same type of service. If you are looking for someone who does a great job then this is the place to be but be aware of the $$$ read more

Been here twice so far and each visit was very pleasant. The first time I got my eyebrows and lip done, Gazal took her time and you can tell she wants to make sure the job is done well! The second Ms. Maneesh( I'm sure I spelled that wrong, I'm sorry!) serviced me and she was Just as detail-oriented as Gazal. She's only there Thursday, Friday and Saturday just fyi I found this place just looking for somewhere close to work so I can make a quick trip, and I sure found the best! I got my eyebrows done here twice and gazal was lovely! I've been getting my eyebrows done since I was 12 and I am now 20. I've never experienced such a light hand on my face like gazals. Getting your eyebrows threaded is honestly a painful experience but gazal minimized the pain to the point where it was almost painless! My eyebrows came out amazing thank you gazal read more

This was my first time coming to Gazal and I am happy I came to her. She was very detail-oriented in threading my eyebrows. Gazal told me exactly how she was going to do my eyebrows and what needed to grow out, places that had to fill in, so she could improve them even more the next time I came. She was quite rough with my hands and didn't show any care or professionalism. To add to that, the salon itself felt outdated and not well-maintained, which didn't help the overall impression. I've lived in the area for over a decade and had never visited before, and now I can see why. It's definitely not a place I'd want to return to for any nail services, especially given the high price and the poor customer care. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this salon, and I won't be coming back. Update-- looking through reviews to see if other's had experience similar and came across this photo warning of nail tech (sharing) --same nail tech -- rude, rough, lumpy thick polish application, micro aggressive -- her energy was absolutely draining.

I got the volcano fancy pedicure…read moreand with gel it cost about $86 which is expensive I would say but it was great the first time besides the actual quality of the polish application which had a pocket of uncured polish which I saw when I got home. I went again today and I got the same pedicure and when I got to my car I was honestly shocked at the quality. There was pieces of orange pulp and globs of lotion left over on my legs which was sticky and unpleasant and looking at my toes they were all different shapes, cut too short so they were rounded weird, and there was almost no callus removal at all. There was dead skin and dirt still under my nails. "It looks like you did it yourself" my partner told me after he looked at it. I told the manger and he brought out a hot towel to wipe my legs off and told me the technicians try their best to remove the skin and whatever else and I let him know for $86 it should look much better than it did. He gave me a gift card for the $18 gel polish up charge after telling me he would refund it. I don't know I'm just disappointed.

I regretfully must award this establishment only one star. Over the past four months, I have consistently visited for my full-face treatments, and my experiences with Gazal have always been exceptional. As her business continues to flourish, I genuinely wish her the utmost success, as it is a delightful space filled with wonderful people and an overall incredible atmosphere. I'm willing to endure a lengthy one-hour round trip via public transportation because of the trust I have in her skill with my eyebrows. However, my most recent visit took an unfortunate turn. My eyebrows were attended to by one of her newer employees, who, I must say, is a delightful and charming individual. Despite my prior request for caution and a reminder about the length I prefer, a significant portion of my eyebrows was inadvertently removed. The extent of this mishap only became apparent after my mother pointed it out, as my face was slightly flushed at the time. The result was so distressing that even with makeup, it appears artificial. Regrettably, I must refrain from returning to this establishment until my eyebrows have fully regrown, and I find an alternative place for my treatments. read more

Incredible service! With the ongoing pandemic it can be a little worrisome to get any facial hair removal services, but they take incredible precautions. A mask was worn at all times, hand sanitizer was provided prior to the eyebrow threading, and overall it was a very clean and safe environment. On top of the great safety precautions taken, my eyebrows have never looked better. I am planning on recommending Gazal Threading to all of my friends due to the high quality work done, as well as the overall service. Definitely will be returning. read more

Amazing work! I absolutely love my brows and will definitely come back! I didn't need to stop her or take any breaks and she really understood what I wanted! I love how they came out and she really does care for her clients! After the threading she asked if I would like witch hazel that she steamed over my brows (felt great and did not irritate my sensitive skin) as well as eyebrow gel which was free of charge! She is so sweet and took me in as a walk in and was very quick and efficient with her work! read more

I called in the afternoon to make an apt and was able to be seen 15 mins later. She took her time and was meticulous with my eyebrows. They looked fantastic after. Would absolutely recommend you go to Gazal. read more
