She is consistently meticulous with her work, and I never leave disappointed. LashBar La Jolla is always clean, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. Everyone I've seen there has been great, but Anralina has definitely become my go-to. Scheduling appointments is easy, and the membership and payment plans are straightforward. Unfortunately, I recently had to cancel my membership after developing a sensitivity, likely to the lash adhesive. The team was very understanding and genuinely tried to help troubleshoot the cause of my reaction and accommodate my needs. Overall, I've truly loved my experience at LashBar and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful, consistent lash services and excellent customer care.

The retention is amazing (my lashes last forever), and I constantly get compliments. Beyond the results, the team is just incredible. Super professional, talented, and genuinely kind. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about their clients. It's one of those places where you know you're in good hands every single time. Advertised validated parking however, owner could not find the stamp. Pricing includes a retouch however, difficult to contact and setup follow up. Attempted to reach the business a handful of times over the course of several weeks. Despite taking proper aftercare, my brows have faded and no other brow place willing to provide follow up unless you pay them full price-same as getting a new procedure. Positives: Owner did a great job on my brows and happy with the shape. Since it was my first time, I have nothing to compare it to but it was almost pain free. Quiet and clean facility. Plenty of parking. After disputing the follow up charges to BBB, I received a refund. I understand things happen in life but communication is key. The amount charged was intended to cover a follow-up appointment but if I had not reached out to an outside agency for help, I truly think I would've been out $200. Wish it worked out. I really wanted to like this business so I could recommend to my colleagues and friends.

I didn't have my contacts in , so I couldn't see clearly why the right lashes are shorter and I trusted her explanation even though I sleep on the left side mostly . Once I was able to see properly it was obvious my lashes were noticeably shorter because they are bent and over permed on the right eye . What upsets me most is that she noticed the damage before I did, yet blamed it on me instead of taking accountability and being honest. UPDATE in response to the owner: You obviously did not look at the photos I uploaded. I am not referring to the natural length of my lashes. The photos show that the lashes on my right eye are bent, overly curled and over-processed My concern is the condition of the lashes after the service. As for contacting you first, I'm not sure what could have been done to safely correct already over-permed lashes without risking further damage. You're blaming the victim here, whixh is not a good look . take accountability and learn from your mistakes.

It's only about 8 minutes from me, so basically my lashes and brows have no excuse not to stay maintained LOL. Great music, comfy chairs, and such a relaxed atmosphere. (See pics) Parking is mostly street parking with a small private lot (if you're lucky). I went on a Friday afternoon and had no trouble finding a spot. Customer Service: Five stars all the way! Melanie, the owner and my lash/brow aesthetician, was AMAZING! She is truly an expert and was professional, sweet, warm, and so easy to talk to. I had a lash lift, lash tint, eyebrow lamination, and eyebrow tint and Melanie absolutely nailed it! In love with them! Booking was super easy online and my appointment started right on time. Everything felt professional and relaxing from beginning to end. I especially love the Korean lash lift because it's gentler on the lashes and includes conditioning steps. I prefer this method! Verdict: If you want someone who genuinely knows her craft and makes you feel gorgeous, Melanie's Wilde Beauty Co. is the place to go! I tried hard gel for the first time after loving it on a friend. She recommended this place. My one request was for it to be not too thick because I hate when gel nails feel chubby/bumpy/bulky. It's a personal preference that I advocate for. Now, I'm sitting in my car wishing it didn't look like I have little balls on my finger nails. I don't know how I could've communicated my request differently to have the outcome I was hoping for. Oh well. I hate it right now but I will practice being open to enjoying it while it lasts. Also there was no hand massage, finger soaking, cuticle organization. That whole process just didn't exist. I don't know if it's practitioner-specific, but a heads up if that part matters to you. I'm a mama and personally was really looking forward to this time to feel pampered and walk out loving my nails for the coming weeks. On the upside, it was a quick and pleasant interaction.
