Billie is so sweet and so professional! After going to a previous lash place, where I felt like my lashes were always falling out on me. I was so super happy to find B lash studio!!! The studio space is clean and pretty and the chair you lay in is super cozy too!!! read more

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. After lash lift and tint before I even looked in the mirror, the technician told me that lashes on right eye were shorter and blamed it on my sleeping habits. I didn't have my contacts in , so I couldn't see clearly why the right lashes are shorter and I trusted her explanation even though I sleep on the left side mostly . Once I was able to see properly it was obvious my lashes were noticeably shorter because they are bent and over permed on the right eye . What upsets me most is that she noticed the damage before I did, yet blamed it on me instead of taking accountability and being honest. UPDATE in response to the owner: You obviously did not look at the photos I uploaded. I am not referring to the natural length of my lashes. The photos show that the lashes on my right eye are bent, overly curled and over-processed My concern is the condition of the lashes after the service. As for contacting you first, I'm not sure what could have been done to safely correct already over-permed lashes without risking further damage. You're blaming the victim here, whixh is not a good look . take accountability and learn from your mistakes. read more

My lashes looked wonderful at first but am disappointed with my overall results. Some of my lashes are sitting crooked and they feel pretty dry so mascara isn't looking the best. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this service. read more

I've been going to Billie for over 2 years and am so happy I found her! In and out under 45 minutes for about 3 weeks of amazing lashes. The appointment scheduling online is super easy as well. I love the outcome and the overall time savings on a daily basis- no more curling, primer, mascara, eyeliner needed or the eye makeup removal process before bed! I also get my eyebrows tinted which is helpful as well for daily makeup time savings! Billie is great! read more

Great lashes! Very I'm very happy with the service and the vibe but especially the quality of the lashes. Highly recommended!

I've been getting my eyebrows and eyelashes done by Billie Jean, and I couldn't be happier! She's not only incredibly skilled at what she does, but she also makes the whole experience so comfortable and enjoyable. Billie Jean is such an awesome person - friendly, easy to chat with, and always makes me feel at ease. Her location is super convenient with easy access, which is just another plus. I absolutely LOVE going to Billie to get my lashes done! Her space is adorable, comfortable, and extremely clean! You can tell she puts a lot of thought into curating a relaxing space for her clients and keeping it as hygienic as possible. I never have issues booking an appointment with her and I always leave so happy with my lashes! I like a more natural look for my lashes and she really does such a great job. I am constantly getting compliments and people always think my lashes are my own!! Billie is also just an absolute angel and I love our little chats during my service! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a lash tech in SD read more

I have been getting my lashes done with Billie for around a year now. I would like to begin with her studio, It's so cute, clean and & bright. You can tell she really makes an effort to make her studio look good and welcoming. She has a really comfortable reclining lash chair she has her clients sit on, which I appreciate because lashes can sometimes take longer than an hour. Additionally, she is always ok time, and never tries to rush during your appointment! Billie uses really great products too. I have had my lashes done by other people in the past and they never seem to last or they have irritated me. So far, I have had no problems with the products that Billie uses. I appreciate that Billie makes sure you are content with the final product and even before she starts she likes to do an overview of what you would like, and depending on your eyes or eyelash length she will determine what best fits. The products she sells in her studio are also great. I have purchased eyelash makeup wipes from her that lasted me a long time and did not damage my eyelashes at all. I also have a eyelash serum that I got from her and it works really well. Just like her eyelash extensions, the products have always been really affordable as well. If you have or have never had eyelash extensions I would recommend going to B Lash studio either way. You will really appreciate the work she does. She is truly talented! read more

B Lash Studio - Love my eyelashes Done by Billie Jean - Eyelash Service Near Me - La Jolla, California

I have been going to Billie for a couple months now and she does a great job every time. They always look so beautiful and last so long. The first time I got them done was for a trip to the Bahamas for two weeks, after 2 days of not getting them wet and allowing them to properly dry, I went swimming in the ocean, in the pool, took numerous showers and I still had a substantial amount of lashes still on. Even after 4 total weeks they were still quality looking lashes. Now I will not go to any other place. Besides her quality work, Billie is so nice and her studio is always clean. She was extremely fast and friendly! My lashes look great! They are actually more full than I wanted, and I couldn't believe how much she got done in less than an hour. Definitely will return for my fill! *Update: I originally gave five stars, but after just a week my eyelashes looked awful. I just moved to the area and have had the same girl for the past three years, and my eyelashes were never like this after a week. Some were glued on so far out, it looked as if they had grown out for weeks and were drooping into my eyes. Some of my actual lashes were glued together too; they were just not applied well. I had come straight from work and had makeup on, and she never cleaned them. That is probably why so many fell out so quickly, especially on my right eye for some reason. (I sleep equally on both sides.) After one more week, I ended up having to get them removed and a new full set, and the new place charged me $50 less! I originally got a half set from her, and it was $150. read more

Billie is nice professional, reliable, accurate and a lovely person. I really appreciate that she listens to your requests. I like very natural looking lashes and easy to care for. My lashes last a long time and look amazing! There are so many options out there and some are closer to my area but I would rather drive 30min to have Billie do my lashes. I also recommend the brow lamination...Thanks Billie! read more

I love my new lashes from B Lash Studio! I chose to have Billie do them after reading her great yelp reviews. I went for the natural look (50 pc) to start l, as this was the first time I've gotten extensions, and I was afraid of looking too theatrical for my age, not being a young woman anymore, lol ! Billie was gentle and competent and very quick at applying the lashes. I plan to be a little bolder and go for a little more length and volume next time:) read more

i came to see Billie for lashes on a Groupon originally and have been with her for over a year now. She is very professional and personable at the same time. After trying different places and doing my eyelashes for years, I found the best place in town. Billie not only will do an awesome job and she will ask you what do you want: more a classic look or a volume look or even an extra volume look. She is also fast which for me is one of the most important things ( that and to look good of course) . I have been in places that they will take almost 3 hours to do a full set!!! She will do it in 45 min or so. Not only that, the time goes fast because you enjoy a nice conversation in an awesome massage chair! The place is clean and cute. Her price is really good to. Her product it's really good and my lashes last forever...if u take care of them they will last you even a month. But the best is the result, she always does an amazing job! I always leave happy from her spa. Its and amazing feeling to wake up with a beautiful face every morning and no need for make up. read more

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Billie! I have gone to her for over 6 months now and I will keep returning. She doesn't lash us for the money, she genuinely does it because it's her passion. All her products and supplies are top notch and she puts love and care into all she has to offer. She also teaches you how to keep them healthy and last as long as possible. Her prices are perfect, in my opinion. You also get a quality service and perfect placement everytime. Billie makes me feel comfortable and the process is quick and efficient. She doesn't take forever like other places. She has done this for so long and you can absolutely tell. Case and point, my lashes are spectacular every single time. read more

Love Billie & her studio! I've been going to Billie for 6 months now, and I cannot be happier with my lashes! I started with 40 lashes, and then upped to 50. Both look SO natural. I get compliments on my lashes all the time about how beautiful and natural they look. Before finding B Lash Studio, I was an on-and-off-lash-extension-getter. I'd get them randomly, but I'm Asian and I always felt that the other lash places I had gone to made my lashes look fake and not full like I wanted so I would just let them all fall out. I definitely did want length, but it was more about looking like I had more lashes than I normally do for me. I couldn't really ever find a studio that understood what I meant when I went in. The first time I went to Billie, we had a convo where she explained the different options and the end result was exactly what I had been looking for! Finally, I found someone who can do Asian eyes and make it look natural! Billie is always fun to talk to too. She has the best stories, and asks about my life or events that I've told her I plan to go to. Sometimes I get so wrapped up in the conversation I don't even realize how much time has passed. The other thing is that she works so quickly, which is crazy because the end result never looks rushed, and the lashes last forever! I've been going in every 3 weeks lately and even by the time of my appointment, I feel like I still have plenty of lashes. I'll keep going to Billie for my lashes forever, I couldn't think of going anywhere else! read more

Yup. This is it! This is the place to go. Billie Jean not only is professional, and does such amazing work on your lashes, she is also a super nice person, very down to earth and just all around someone you want to work with. This was my first time getting lash extensions so I didn't really know what I wanted, but she helped me decide and made sure I started my lash adventure with something a little less dramatic. I'll post pics if I can! But during the session we chatted it up, and I had my friend there as well. She made us feel so welcome! I didn't feel a thing, and I think I dozed off a few times haha. I'm not going anywhere else, and I seriously am getting refills. I'm in love with my new lashes and I feel super confident. Go. To. This. Place. You won't regret it! read more

WORST SERVICE EVER!! I'm very disappointed in the customer service. The first time I went they overbooked my appointment, told me to redeem my Groupon, did half my lashes and then told me to come back another day so they could finish. I booked the appointment at while I was still there. On my next visit, I called while I was on my way. I was notified that they OVERBOOKED AGAIN!!! The next time I called in to rebook I spoke to the owner. As if the experience wasn't bad enough already, the owner was horribly RUDE! She yelled at me and told me she was not going to have anyone do my lashes free. How is it free if the service I already paid for was never performed?!?!?! At this point I would prefer to get my money back. read more

Best lash extensions I've gotten!! I've had them from a couple other places and never liked them so when I went to Billie, I didn't expect to be so obsessed with them!! Now I can't live without them. Since my last review I had a few conversations with Billie. She offered to fix my lashes and blamed my issues on the moisture in the air. Unfortunately I had to go out of town so I requested to get a partical refund. She agreed and stated as long as I remove the review. Today I received another text messages asking for me to remove my review or add more stars. I explained to her what I can do is provide an update on the situation but could not add more stars per her request because I was only speaking from "my" personal experience which was accurate to "me" and anything else would be a lie. Thanks Billie for reaching out and handling the situation the best way you were able to handle it at the time. read more

I love my lashes by Billie, they last long and look great. She even did a quick fix when I wanted an adjustment on the ends and the result was fabulous. Billie Jeanne was so amazing! The studio is cute, clean and professional. The actual work was quick, painless and as beautiful as ever. And Billie herself was so kind and sweet! I go for the $40 for 40 lashes deal and I am so in love. It's so natural and beautiful. I honestly can't find lashes like these anywhere else. Not to mention, they lasted almost 3 weeks before I went in and got them re-done, but they could have easily lasted another week or two. I go to school out of state, but I truly don't trust anyone else to do my lashes and will gladly wait until I get back to come see Billie! read more

I am in love with my lashes! I found this place on Groupon and saw that their reviews were really good. The results were great for me, as I told her that I wanted something really natural! read more

I've gotten my lashes with Billie for months now and she's phenomenal! I actually really don't like having dramatic lashes. I'm a "natural makeup" kind of gal, big fan of fooling people that I woke up like this haha. I get 40 lashes, and it's absolutely perfect. No one else has been able to get me that 'you but prettier' lash look, for this amazing price, and with her professionalism/speed! She knows what's up. read more

I found Billie on YELP and she is AMAZING! I was searching for a new lash artist for several reasons. The previous lash studio I was going to was actually located in Encinitas. Getting lashes done from the previous lash artist always took forever and the lashes NEVER lasted. Also, I never felt comfortable going to the "so called" studio "home". So, I began my search and found Billie. Billie's lash studio is in downtown La Jolla and parking is always easy to find ( street or parking lot). Her studio is clean and bright. The first time I meet Billie, she is so welcoming, kind and funny. I love getting my lashes done with her. She is fun, makes me laugh and is fast whether you are getting a fill or a new set of lashes. The previous lash artist I use to go to, I would dread visiting. Billie knows how to design lashes that fit your eyes. She is fast and her lashes last a long time. I'm very active which includes taking spin classes 5-6 times a week. (If you've ever taken a spin class, you should know how sweaty/drenched you may get!) Anyway, Billie's lashes last a long time. I have never had an issue where sections would fall off. I always receive compliments from work associates/peers and clients about my lashes and how real they look. My job keeps me busy and I'm traveling often so (sometimes) it takes me 4-5 weeks until I can get a fill. Even after 4-5 weeks, I always have tons of lashes still on. My previous lash studio, (after 4-5 weeks) I would have no lashes and get stuck getting an entire new set. Billie is affordable, quick, efficient and she always takes her time to make sure you look good and are happy with her work. If you visit her for the first time, I would recommend showing her photos of the lash style you would like. Keep in mind that everyones eyes are different but Billie will always make sure she styles your lashes that fit your eyes & facial features. Definitely go see Billie! read more

Billie Jean is great! I've been going for about 9 months now. She explains the process and style options and let's you choose your look. She always lets me try new styles and gives me exactly what I want, natural oomph. On time, professional, fun, courteous and accommodating. Great for new sets and 2-week fills. Comfortable recliner and blanket, in a cute modern studio... for sure I've fallen asleep a few times haha. read more
