I gave Billie the creative freedom to create a custom lash look for me and she did not disappoint. I have been getting my eyelashes done by Billie for a couple of years now. This is the one non-negotiable extravagance I keep. Billie is an amazing professional. I rarely wait for her. My lashes last between appointments and I frequently get the best compliment imaginable, "are those your lashes?They look incredible!" Where do I start... I have been coming to Billie for my lashes for about a year now (every three weeks) and somehow every single time I go she does an amazing job. Beware. Enjoyed my experience the first time with Billie and returned. Bad idea. It was not the same experience as the first time. She is busier now and service quality has drastically gone down for returning customers. She snapped at me mid service and I also left with WET glue still running into my eyes. Overall, a very poor experience unfortunately, and I will not be returning. It's important to remember to maintain your customer service regardless of how busy you get. And most importantly, just be polite. Her bedside manner was also A LOT nicer the first time, when she was first starting her business.
