You only have one face and if you want to take care of it seek her out. The relaxing music, comfortable warmed up bed, a nice massage, and a clean plump face made me so very happy. Her warmth came through from our very first phone call, and she was so helpful in explaining aspects of Indian weddings that I was learning about for the first time myself. Reena did my bridal mehendi, as well as mehendi for our friends and family at our sangeet and welcome event. She did an amazing job showing me different design options and then merging the elements I loved into something that felt perfect for me and even captured little pieces of our story. Having her do mehendi for our friends and family at the welcome event was also a huge hit. Everyone loved it! Reena was also with me on the day of our Hindu ceremony, doing my hair, makeup, and saree draping. I had booked her without doing a trial beforehand, and I was so impressed by how perfectly she understood and created the look I was going for. I received so many compliments, especially on my saree draping, which stayed beautiful and completely secure through the entire ceremony and all of the dancing that followed! Beyond how talented she is, Reena was simply such a wonderful person to have with me throughout the wedding. Through all of the events, excitement, and emotions that came with the weekend, I was so glad to have her by my side for it all. I'm incredibly grateful for everything she did to make the weekend so special!

I kept seeing amazing reviews about Reena, so I called her and she was able to fit me in later that afternoon. She is incredibly sweet and really took the time to analyze my eyebrows -- where I was missing growth, what shape was realistic for my face, and how to get me there over time. She even intentionally left some hairs so they could grow in more before shaping them in future visits. You can tell she's a true artist and actually cares about long-term results, which I really appreciated. I'll definitely be coming back. I will say she's a little on the pricier side for eyebrow threading, but that may just be the going rate in San Diego.

The threading wasn't painful as I thought, and the detail to get all the hairs was remarkably detailed. I experienced little redness too afterwards, as my skin is very sensitive. I'm so glad to have stumbled upon Threading by Aneta, and will continue coming here for some clean ups when I can!
