I came in for the deluxe pedi, listed at $43 on the menu I was handed. It was the most painful pedicure I have ever had. The technician used an extremely rough file on my feet and cut me while clipping my nails, at which point I asked her to stop using clippers altogether. Not a relaxing experience by any stretch. As for the hard gel mani, she was not distracted or splitting her attention, she simply took two full hours on my nails. I went slightly short in length and chose a plain solid color. Nothing complicated. She had the same aggressive approach with the nail file throughout, and two weeks later I am still dealing with hangnails and rough skin. That is ultimately what pushed me to finally write this. Then came checkout, handled by the host himself. As warm as he is, the math did not work out. I was told my mani was $55 and my pedi was $48, coming to $103 cash/venmo or $104 with card. No explanation was given for the difference. Nice people do not always equal a good experience.
