Lashes turn out beautiful, I just wish it was a more personal experience. I had seen my lash artist Amber at least 4 times and she didn't remember me on my fourth visit. For the price you pay (which is a LOT) you would just think it'd be a bit more personable. read more

Hello Lashes! Location: Nestled in the heart of Mira Mesa, this studio is in a small shopping plaza with plenty of parking. The space itself is inviting, stylish, and impeccably clean--definitely a huge plus! Customer Service and Experience: Jessica is an absolute gem! She works magic with eyelash extensions and made the whole experience so relaxing and enjoyable that the time flew by. The process was incredibly hygienic, and I felt confident I was in good hands the entire time. Results: The results are stunning! I opted for classic extensions, and they're exactly what I hoped for--beautiful and natural-looking (see pic!). Convenience: Booking an appointment online is super easy, and they offer membership options to save money if you're planning on making this a long-term beauty routine. Additional Services: Beyond lash extensions, they also offer lash lifts, brow lamination, shaping, and tinting--so there's something for everyone. I highly recommend Jessica, and from the reviews I've seen, the other ladies here are equally talented. You won't be disappointed! read more

LashBar - Scripps Ranch - Love my lashes!!! - Eyelash Service Near Me - San Diego, California

Valery did a great job transforming my nearly lash-less eyelids into wham bam thank you glam! I had my baby shower and maternity shoot coming up and wanted to treat myself to a little luxury. SO worth the time and money! The place itself is very cozy, clean, and they play great music to relax to while they work their magic. I really loved that Valery took the time to go through a full consultation and made recommendations based on my eye shape. I've only gotten extensions about 3 times in my life (at different places), but these have stayed on by far the longest and received the most compliments! Highly recommend! read more

It's my first time getting a lash lift and tint. My experience was great as soon as I came in they let me choose if I wanted champagne or water but I chose champagne. It was good to taste lychee champagne. Their customer service was great with a smile as soon as I came in. The one who handles me her name is Lucy she is super nice in the way she works with my lash her work and talent are great. Thank you Lucy for making me look beautiful read more

I was reading through the reviews. Keep in mind this lashbar has been taken over by new owners. I get my lashes done here every two weeks with Jess, she's amazing. I make the drive from Temecula! I don't trust anyone else to do my lashes. I have pretty difficult lashes (super short, straight, Asian lashes) and have had some bad experiences. They'll take care of your lash health while still making sure they look fantastic. They also started to do LED extension which increasing retention! read more

Great customer service! I highly recommend Amber. She was so kind and very informative. One of the best lash experiences I've had. The studio is cute and calming. Easy to take a nap. I love my lashes! read more

I came here almost two years ago with different management and quickly walked out due to cleanliness. The new owners reached out and wanted me to come in and check out the new updates. I'm so happy I did. Not only was my lash tech very kind and knowledge but extremely clean!! I've been getting my lashes done for more than 15 years now.. I'm getting old. I lived in NYC before and have got them done all over the city but usually Korea town and I know the differences between a great spot and horrible spot. This location, under new management, is wonderful. They actually rinse your lashes and they have great hand hygiene, which is important, because these are your eyes:) I will def be back! read more

LashBar - Scripps Ranch - After a long day of work.. but the lashes are perfect! - Eyelash Service Near Me - San Diego, California

This place is great! The girls get so much training that you can be sure anyone you book with will do a fantastic job... Amber happens to be my FAVORITE! Every time I go to her my lashes are PERFECT! And on top of that their salon is always super clean. It's just a great experience all around... DEFINITELY suggest trying this place out! read more

Writing another review because I LOVE this place so much! I always did a mix of either classic or volume lash extensions because my lashes NEVER curl. I used to get the D curl lashes because I love how it gave my lashes volume and curl. I have long, stick straight lashes -- not even a lash curler with heat can help curl these bad boys. Ever since Lashbar came out with their Yumi Keratin lash lift service, I HAVE BEEN HOOKED! I always make it a point to make an appointment with Julie to do my lash lift. She's such a sweetheart and expert and makes all her clients feel comfortable before explaining the process. The Yumi Keratin lash lift lasts me about 10 weeks. It's definitely worth the investment for anyone who has the same issue as I do with non-curling lashes! With Valentine's Day coming up, I wanted to try something different with my lashes. I saw they were providing hybrid lashes -- a mix between classic and volume lashes. Jazel was my lash artist that day, and she was so sweet and kind. She showed me a chart of different lash styles, different curl types and what my dislikes are for lash styles. After getting my lashes done, I have to say hybrid lashes are the way to go if you're indecisive about whether or not to go with class or volume lashes. Jazel did an AMAZING job with my hybrid lashes. I'm so excited to go back and get my lashes done, and it's only been a couple of days! If it wasn't for Lashbar, my lashes would be looking stick straight and I wouldn't be able to take lash naps. Haha. read more

Had my first ever eyelash extensions done here - loved it. I booked a Classic Senior Stylist Full Set and my stylist was Susie. After a brief mentioning of how I wanted doll style lashes and that I wear glasses, Susie took it all into consideration - especially the fact that it was my first time getting eyelash extensions. She knew exactly what I needed and went conservative on the length and drama, emphasizing the curl so that my lashes wouldn't hit my glasses. The lashes were natural-looking while enhancing my eyes. My fiancé loved the look, while at first he was apprehensive about my decision to modify my features (he was scared the lashes would be too gaudy). Susie was clearly experienced and knowledgeable on the look I wanted. The lashes lasted a good month and some days so far with about 60-70% retention without a refill. This is my first time to get eyelash extension so I'll just share my experience with Lashbar. In terms of messaging them for inquiries, you'll get professional response which is very important to me. Also same day I was lucky to get an appointment with the stylist Jazel. She is very professional and and very skilled. she explained to me everything that I need to know. The process was smooth and she is very light-handed, I didn't feel any weight on my head or forehead as she was doing my eyelashes. The ambiance inside was very relaxing. I didn't feel any discomfort throughout the procedure. I even found myself napping because I felt so relaxed on the comfy bed. I would recommend this place and Jazel who hs been very patient and very professional and friendly. read more

I was hesitant to start getting lash extensions, I was honestly nervous about keeping still for that long, and the fear if I stopped getting them done my lashes would be gone forever. But my experience at lashbar has been nothing but the best. Jazel is so friendly and easy to talk to, I never want our appointments to end hahah She always knows exactly how to execute what I want, even when I give her confusing explanations of how I want them to look. Her knowledge of hair growth stages and products also eased all my fears of my lashes never growing back (I took a break for a few months and THEY GREW BACK THICKER) but I'm so happy to be back looking like a beautiful butterfly Love the crew here, love the vibe here, LOVE MY LASHES read more

LashBar in Mira Mesa is hands down the place to go for all of your eyelash extension needs! This is my third experience getting lash extensions and in comparison to the first two, my lash tech Julie has made it a night and day difference. She's extremely skilled in what she does.. steady hands, great conversation while also being mindful of what YOU WANT while making sure your comfort is her number one priority.. NO RED EYES from irritation! Lashbar is a very open, clean, aesthetically pleasing establishment. The energy from everyone is so welcoming and peaceful. I've went to LashBar for about a year. Then I took a break and got lashes done from an independent stylist. And then that stylist moved away, so I've recently got back with LashBar, and I'll just say right now that there is a significant difference in their method and quality of the lashes. I never had an issue with eyelash extensions while I was getting them done at LashBar compared to other experiences. I appreciate how seamless their booking process is and the offered flexibility of cancelling my membership at one point. Call me a long term customer - I'm a fan :) read more

I have been going to this lashbar for years during my lunch break and they are so accommodating. I'm pretty sure I have seen everyone here by now... Tati, Julie and Cindy are my favs. They go above and beyond to make sure I leave happy with my lashes. The location is easy to get to and always clean. They truly care about the health of your lashes and use the best quality products. It's totally worth the price, I've heard terrible horror stories of infections from places that are not as clean. If you're looking for a place to get your lashes done, definitely consider Lashbar MiraMesa. I've been getting my lashes done by Julie since they opened and I only trust her to work on my lashes. I've never had an issue with my lash extensions falling off or ruining the integrity of my natural lashes. She takes care of my extensions and is very informative. She will also suggest ways to take care of your extensions and always makes my lashes look beautiful! The Lashbar MiraMesa location is nestled in a small plaza off of Mira Mesa Blvd and Black Mountain Rd and has access to lots of parking. The location is clean, friendly, and staff is professional. What I love is that the staff always welcome you by name and makes sure you're comfortable for your lash nap :P. Plus, they follow the covid protocols and to keep their customers safe. I decided to get lash extensions for my best friends wedding in 2019 and I never stopped since! My best friend recommended her friend and of course if she trusted her I trust her! And this girl has yet to disappoint! Jazel has been blessing my lashes since day 1 and I am forever thankful for her! She's definitely not only become my go-to lash girl but she's becoming a really good friend! She's so easy to get along with and gives you exactly what you want! I had no clue where to start when I first came in and her recommendations were spot on! I fell in love with them! I always said I just want natural and I got just that! I even eventually moved from classics to hybrids! I stopped wearing tons of make up a few years ago so getting lashes was a bit of a move for me. But now I can't see myself without it and I feel way more confident now that i have them! Yes, it may be on the pricy side but trust me Jazel's work is QUALITY and it's worth the money! It's been an amazing 6 years as a client here. I had to take a few breaks in between due to my location and use other lash businesses, but nowhere compares to the service, professionalism or structure of LashBar. The newer location of LashBar is beautiful, spacious, and clean. All of the staff is so professional and knowledgeable about lashing and the products. Cindy is an angel and always sets me up nice and comfy before my "lash nap". She is so detailed, precise, and meticulous when she fans and attaches the lashes. Never once have i experienced my lashes getting glued together (painful- happened before at an outside source). And the lashes here at LashBar can last me 3 weeks! That's how you know they're being installed with care and knowledge. It's important to know the entire staff is trained all of the same information. This makes it easy if you ever need a different time slot with another employee. I love LashBar. I'll never go anywhere else for my lash needs!! read more

I've been coming to Lashbar Scripps Ranch (formerly Mira Mesa) for the past few years since moving down from North County and I have to say that I've been pleasantly impressed with each visit! I don't typically have one designated lash artist since I tend to book last minute based on Friday availability, but I can always feel confident that whoever it is has been well trained to be meticulous, attentive, and gentle with my fills. Even when I come in with the stubbiest lashes, I am always surprised at how full they can get them to be! The ambience is so relaxing that I always end up taking a nap, and the best part is getting to wake up with full & gorgeous lashes. read more

LashBar - Scripps Ranch - Thanks for such a great job! - Eyelash Service Near Me - San Diego, California

Worst lash job I've ever received, and service. Gaps in lashes, quite a few clumps fell out soon as I got in the car, lashes weren't even glued at root they were mid lash attached on some lashes. You can see from pic the whole inside part of my eye is missing lashes so only 3/4 of my eye has lashes. Asked for cat eye got all sorts of different heights. Looked like someone took a fine tooth comb bristles and glued it on my lash line. Called them right away and let them know they' said to come in and they can fix it. I couldn't go in the time they gave me so I called twice and no one ever called me back to get me in. This is an inconvenience for me to go in and they don't even have the courtesy to call back and schedule. I wouldn't waste a dollar more at this place. read more

They fit me in for a same-day appointment! Came in and was very impressed by the look and feel of the location. I was immediately offered a beverage. I believe the girl who did my lashes goes by Preston? (Correct me if I'm wrong) She was so sweet! She sat with me and showed me each type lash option, pricing, and recommendations for me. All 3 girls in the place that day were really friendly. Loved the vibe and the r&b music. I'm 39 weeks pregnant but my artist managed to make me feel very comfortable. She gave me extra pillows for support and checked to see if I was doing ok throughout the process. She was very knowledgeable about lash care and told me not to hesitate to call if the lashes fall out and she'll fit me in ASAP. Found my new lash spot! Definitely coming back here. read more

I've gone here twice now to get my lashes done. Both times with a junior tech. Everyone is very friendly. Once you walk in and check in, they always offer you a beverage while you wait. The last time I was there, the owner was in with a client. She actually knew my name even though I wasn't getting my lashes done by her. I love how everyone is so personal. My lashes look bomb every time and I love how I don't have to wait a day to get them wet. I will definitely keep coming here! **UPDATE** I've been going here for the last 6 months now, nothing has changed. I still love the service I receive. I officially have a lash girl, Maddie, who touches up my lashes ever three weeks. She's super sweet and really fast and does an awesome job. My first threading experience at LashBar with Judy was great! I was excited to come back the second time. I was surprised when it wasn't Judy though! At first, I noticed that the threading was a bit harsher and not as gentle.. The eyebrow artist said she would put an oil on my eyelid because there were some sore spots, so I wasn't too worried. Then as I was leaving, I noticed that an area of my upper lid had a small cut in it. When I washed my face that night, my eyebrow area burned and I noticed that a lot of the brow hairs under the arch weren't plucked. Then I noticed that there were many cuts around my lid. Now, people keep asking me what I did to my eye and I have to respond "well.. I got my eyebrows done." read more

I'm sure they do well with lash extensions since that's their main attraction but stay away for lash lifts. My first visit to Lashbar was on March 1st. It's now March 11th and I maybe have 10-20% of lashes left on both eyes. I got my fill in the morning and later that evening noticed lashes falling out everywhere--I hadn't showered, washed my face, gotten them wet, or brushed them at all since they were put on 6 hours earlier. The days following, I would *very carefully* use my spooly to brush out the ends and experienced lashes falling out even with the slightest touch. Now, I'm not new to lash extensions. I recently moved back to San Diego and have been getting eyelash extensions every 2-4 weeks from a few different private lash artists in Santa Barbara for the past 1.5 years. I've experimented with classic, volumes, and hybrid sets. I'm actually pretty disappointed considering the massive amounts of positive reviews, how nice the girls where, and how nice/clean the Lashbar location was. I wonder if the glue they use is different than what I've had done before--you're typically supposed to wait about 6-8 hours after application before getting lashes wet, but they told me their formula was different and that it would be okay. I'm also not rough with my lashes at all, but for comparison I've gone to other places where I could comb my lashes bottom to top and not have a mess of them all over the counter afterwards. I did sign up for a membership and have an upcoming appointment in five days--at this rate, I could very possibly show up to this two week fill with zero lashes. Due to my work schedule I can't make any appointments sooner during the week (work too late) but I might call later today about moving it up. Unfortunately if the lashes continue to fall out at this rate I will have to find somewhere else to get my fills done. read more

Went in to see what the fuss was about and I was so impressed. It was my first time doing eyebrow threading so I had no clue what to expect. I also did the eyebrow tinting. Ask for Judy. She knows her stuff. My favorite things were: -I had this weird nerve twitch thingy that my face does and she magically made it go away -free drinks (or shall I say "dranksss") -beautifully decorated facility -clean bathroom -Judy kept me laughing and comfy the whole time & even offered brow home care advice (I'm one of those people that need lots of directions- trust me) -relaxing space -good parking -conveniently located near the freeway I'm definitely a fan if you can't tell.
