NOT fantastic threading. arrived 10 minutes after posted opening time, no one was there. called the number that was on the door, i was sent to voicemail. decided to give them another go, so i brought this up on my next visit. she denied that i called her. she told me her phone number, i then showed her my call log & it was the same number. when she worked on my eyebrows, i told her i wanted them to be on the thinner side. she absolutely botched my brows to the point that i was left in tears. she then had the audacity to blame me & tell me it was my fault that my eyebrows were ruined bc she gave me the mirror to look at them?? i have been getting my eyebrows threaded for over 8 years now. this place is a complete joke. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. read more

First time and most likely my last. It started off okay until the small talk started. We have expressed the difficulty me and my niece have with growing out eyebrow hair. I lost hair during my postpartum and my niece mentioned she has lupus. The person who was threading us kept criticizing the spots of hair missing and how we need to grow out our hair more. During my threading I felt more than just hair being pulled. I look in the mirror and see so many red dots. My eyebrow has been in much bothersome pain since yesterday. If I ever go back I will like to have someone else help. read more

Long overdue review for my visit back in May. I finally decided to try this place for eyebrow threading for the very first time and I'm absolutely obsessed! The pricing was totally reasonable, the owner was genuinely sweet and welcoming, and the service was incredibly quick without feeling rushed. I honestly should have spoken up and asked her to make my arch a bit lower, but that miscommunication was completely on me for not being clear about what I wanted. Despite that, she did such a clean, precise job and my eyebrows still turned out amazing. I'm definitely going to be a regular customer now! Next time I'll make sure to be more vocal about my preferences once I let my brows grow out a bit and come back for my next appointment. What I loved most was that no appointment was necessary. I came here for the first time since I had a dentist appointment on the other side of the strip mall and my eyebrows needed clean up. The shop is small but super clean and I was able to get my eyebrows done right away. I usually go to a different shop closer to home, but I'm seriously considering coming here more often since I'm really happy with how even my brows turned out. read more

I love Fantastic Threading-- a hidden gem in the PQ Town Center. Pali is always so sweet and remembers details. I have very sensitive skin and she makes it a point to apply witch hazel prior to threading. She also knows my brows don't grow well and I prefer them to "thicker." Needed to find new place since the "other" place I was going to is always closed, always telling me my gift card "expired" (during COVID)and their Customer Service has just gone down hill...needless to say I will a regular at this place! Pali who did my eyebrows was excellent! She was very professional and made sure to sterilize everything that touched me-she was even wearing a mask which isn't even required anymore, but I appreciated! She was quick and thorough, made sure everything was perfect and it was! I appreciate her answering the phone when I called, taking me as soon as I walked in even though she had another person in another chair bc she knew I would be quick and the other lady was a walk in and had several items and her daughters brows to do....glad we have an alternative in PQ! Pre-covid, I used to have my eyebrows waxed. However, that always irritated my skin and left me with redness for a day or two.
