Try their orange chicken or gra/pow noodles. This place is really yummy, and owner is so sweet.

First time... feining Thai food , I'm new to the IE. Great find! I do rec. you eat there, nice chill, ambiance and they even have a Happy Hour.. Soju baby! Call to make sure they have it on hand, from what the front staff mentioned they go through it fast! I had the Pad Thai w. shrimp and chicken. Chicken was dry and flavorless. shrimp was awesome! I had my Thai Iced tea to go.. I should have sipped on it there they put coconut on top in a nice big frosty glass. YUM-O Seriosuly it's nice, food is good, reasonable price BIG portions. I'm def.going back for the Happy Hour! read more

Great food, poor service. Our group of 5 sat down to dinner at 6:00 on a Saturday night. It was busy and we expected some delays. We had to flag down the staff to get menus, to order, and to get drink refills. 3 of us received our dinners in a reasonable amount of time, but waited for the other two to get their food - which had somehow been missed. The last two dinners arrived 15 minutes after the first three. Once we all got our food, it was great. read more

A great place to eat. Kinda small but worth the wait. Try the thai chips n salsa. The dragon fried rice is a spicy-smokey treat. I would recommend. read more

I love Grapow !! I am always there and the food is amazing and the service is wonderful!! Best Thai food around !

My son loves the crab fried rice. That's all he ever eats here. My go tos are the yellow chicken curry and the gra pow chicken. Like their spice rack. Wish they had smaller plates as they take up the entire table. read more

Listen, I LOVE Grapow. Their food is amazing and the staff can be very friendly. Also, the atmosphere is awesome. However, the last few times I've called to place a to go order have been nightmares. 1) the phone is answered pretty rudely and I'm instantly put on hold- now they're a busy restaurant, so being put on hold doesn't bother me, it's how it's done 2) I will be on hold for 30+ minutes. Not because they're busy, but because they forgot about me. Hang up, call again, then they take my order. Not that big of a deal but super inconvenient. read more

First time here- loved it. Awesome atmosphere and staff was so helpful and polite. Prices are fair and food is delicious. Place was packed and I agree that food does come out slow, but worth the wait. Hey this isn't McDonalds after all. Kick back and enjoy your drink and the music. If you are in a hurry, not for you. As far as the reviews that say service sucks... that's not true. They are warm, friendly and as accommodating as can be. The place is packed and food is quality. I recommend the calamari ( best I've ever had) , great sushi, dragon fried rice- VERY spicy , Grapow drunken noodles and orange chicken. I normally don't even like orange chicken but this was light, crispy and not cloyingly sweet or overpoweringly orange. We will be back. Heads up- our server Sandy was great! read more

Crazy Friday night. Unfriendly. Finally found two seats, which two kind people offered to us, then server said "sitting here and it's not even clean yet" and then walked away. Hmmm perhaps he should have said "here, I'll take those out of your way so you can have a clean space." But no. He was an a&$hole. Didn't stay after that and I don't care to ever go back. read more

Service takes for ever. They processed four tables around us that arrived after we were seated. Offered refills once and was still waiting for our food one hour after being seated. Watched cooks grabbed tickets out of order and bypass our orders. And, we were a party of 8. Very poor, poor customer service! read more

All I have to say Best Thai food in town... I have been going here for years and I will continue to go.

We tried 8th warriors, dragon roll, and spring rolls. They all were delicious and we enjoyed. But the service was just ok.

Honestly my favorite Thai restaurant!!! Food is AWESOME! Service is spotty though, so ask for Eduardo, he's fantastic, professional and prompt. He's very kind and cares a lot about presentation and experience. read more

I love this restaurant! The atmosphere is chill and the staff are so sweet. I order the salmon roll and I looooove it and the crunch roll! This place a gem in Riverside. read more

Received a gift certificate for this restaurant so we decided to give it a try. We were so happy we did! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Clean. But best of all the food was delicious! We lived it so much went back the next week! read more

I ate lunch during this visit. The food quality was good but the service was horrible. At check in indicated the server appeared to be high. His eyes were blood shot, his appearance was disheveled, his timing was off, and he made inappropriate comments. This is the first time in have run across this problem at Grapow. Usually the food and service are on point. I hope the young man who waited on is either improves his craft or he finds a new place to work. read more

If you like food that is Panda Express quality and taste, come here. I came here for lunch the other day and the rice tasted microwaved and was chewy like it had been sitting in a pot somewhere for a while. The wait staff was attentive but it wasn't enough for me to want to ever come back. read more

Food is great. I came in for a to go order and Lucas helped. Even though it isn't his responsibility to take care of to go orders he really stepped up and did a great job. read more

I have been coming to this restaurant since it first opened. Whether dining-in or ordering take-out, I have been eating here several times a month for many years. I really like most of the servers, especially Sandie, and I have always been treated well. Though the service and food is still great, I have seen a major decline in the overall experience since they took over the place next door and opened a sports bar. They likely make more money from the alcohol than the food so that's obviously where their focus is. The sports bar has become quite popular and with that popularity the restaurant has lost a great deal of its draw. No matter how you enter the restaurant, you're forced to walk through the outdoor smoking section filled with train-smokers polluting the air, so you walk into the restaurant nauseated. The whole place is excessively loud and the clientele the sports bar is attracting these days is rowdy and obnoxious! When we arrived to pick-up our food, there was a very large mob of people standing in the parking lot. We quickly realized a fight had ensued and it was now right next to our vehicle and we were literally afraid to get out of the car. That went on for more than 10 minutes without anyone intervening! When we finally made it inside, our food should have been ready but we waited another 15 minutes. We finally got our food and left as quickly as possible but, when we got home, realized we had a missing item. I called the restaurant 3 times before anybody picked up the phone (another regular occurrence) and then spoke to Chris, who was supposedly a manager, but who sounded like a complete moron. He was seemingly unconcerned with what he was hearing and, after I laid-out the whole experience, offered only to replace my missing item on my next visit. WTF? I'm done! This is what happens when restaurant owners put greed above quality! read more

Love this place! Came here to night around 8pm and I had the best time!Customer service was great! My waiter Marcos was very helpful and attentive. Recommend a great IPA, can't rember the name. We order some sushi that took awhile to get to us but I didn't mind the wait as I was enjoying myself. The staff kept us updated on what was going on and when the sushi did come out it was sooo good! The sushi chef is the best!! read more

Always a solid choice to eat here. Love the Thai rice soup and the garlic noodles. Never had a problem but only 3 stars because I simply have a problem paying about $5 per plate more that the other regular Thai restaurants we frequent. We live nearby but usually go elsewhere. It's good but not that good. read more

Best happy hour in Riverside! Can't beat their prices and selection. Their fried calamari is a must have every single time I go

Best Thai food in town, so many Asian fusion styles. Lunch specials are great and well served.

Nice place to eat and hang with friends. More my wife's thing but theirs a few things for the steak and potato guy.

GraPow was my favorite restaurant since it opened. Unfortunately I went with my Wife for dinner tonight. Without question it was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. The service was horrible as the waiters stood around talking to each other and on cell phones. Our meal was served my wife first and then me not at all when I finally walked to the kitchen they did not know when my meal would be ready (a medium rare steak) . Minutes later the waiter showed up with a plate that had 4 or 5 sliced small pieces of steak cooked well to say the least. Totally gray inside and dry as a bone. It took me 45 minutes to get a beer I had been waiting for before that. I said get this f'ing thing out of my face. The waiter said "what did you say to me. I repeated in a larger voice "Get this this thing out of my face" . Did I need to fight him? It seemed so. Patrick my long time friend, you need to get to work, your establishment is going down. The service is horible. A bunch of 20 somethings without good management. I will not be back ever. You have lost me. Even after I shot a reality show at your restaurant and have had so much fun there over the many years. I will not be back. read more

I love this place. Warm, cozy ambiance. Service is great and the food is outstanding. This is one of my favorite places to visit. I have NEVER bad experience here. If you're in the area I Highly recommend you check it out. Enjoy read more

I've been here before many years ago and really enjoyed the service and food. Decided to give it a try with COVID and take out options to be really confused as to why they have INDOOR dining? The "no mask no service" sign on the door was somewhat reassuring to walk into a PACKED and busy restaurant filled with people, no masks. Walking around, loud music and rude employees. I placed my order around 7:50. She told me it would be about a 30 minute wait and they'd call when It was ready. My partner and I arrived around 8:10 and waited in the car for the call... since they said they would call when it was ready. We then waited until 8:45 when no one called us to walk into covid central where our food was just sitting on the counter. I asked the waitress how long the food had been ready and she assured me that it just came out since we didn't get a call yet! I was thinking wow great timing but no, got to the car and the food was cold. Really upset with the experience and the overall business due to its lack of care about their food, and everyone's safety. read more

I use to live right up the street and this was my go to spot for Thai food. Always perfect, always extremely satisfied.

One of my favorite restaurants. The food is beautifully prepared and super tasty. The menu options are endless and they have the best happy hour. I love, love their curry. My only complaint is the site is too small, I usually have to wait 15+ minutes to be seated, but the food is always worth the wait. read more

The two stars is because the food here is decent. Not the best Thai I have had but it is good. The issue is the customer service. I have not lived in the area long but have come here for takeout 4 or 5 times. They always say 25 to 30 minutes. After the first couple of times I realized this just isn't true as I have had to wait longer once I got there. So I began showing up 10 to 15 minutes past the time they said and STILL had to wait. Today was the last straw. Came 15 minutes past the promised time and still had to wait 40 minutes to pick up my food. But that is not the worst thing. Everyone here are masters at avoiding eye contact. Several people saw me standing there and everyone averted their eyes instead of asking if I was helped. When I finally got someone, he took my payment and disappeared into the kitchen. I had to flag someone else down 20 minutes later to check on my food. When enough of us started piling up waiting for takeout, suddenly everyone was asking if we had been helped. I understand that kitchens get backed up, and unexpected things happen. It was 100 degrees out. An offer of a glass of water or even asking if I would like a drink from the bar while I waited would have gone a long way. Instead, nothing. Never again. read more

We never got the opportunity to try the food at Grapow because we stood in there lobby for 10min and were never greeted by anyone. A employee came out from the bar to answer the phone and take reservation while ignoring us. The waitress walked right around us and also ignored us and did her best not to make eye contact. She glanced at the reservation sheet and walked away never greeting us. I was referred by a friend to try Grapow but it's hard to get past the front door! Very sad....So Chilli's here we come!!!! read more

There is no doubt this is my favorite place to eat and hang out. I will even go by myself to enjoy an appetizer and drinks. The food is Always incredibly awesome and the service is top notch. Keep hoping that the food will be better than the previous visit but sadly it isn't. This place used to be great, but now the red curry is water downed and overly spicy. .probably a 7 out of 10 hotness. The food was served quickly even with the slow service so they get three stars for that and the good salad. And if there was 1 oz,of meat in my dish I'll kiss yer #/!$. Ridiculous and overpriced. There are much better options for Thai food around. read more

Amazing food, amazing service. Love the ambiance - very energetic. Would highly recommend the pad Thai and the duck

We are vegetarians so we ordered two tofu dishes. The Kung Pao was AMAZING!! We didn't care for the mixed veggie tofu, but when we told our server, Stephanie, she immediately apologized and offered to make us a different dish. We didn't take her up on it but she still insisted on not charging us for the dish. We will definitely be back! So glad to have a yummy restaurant in the neighborhood! read more
