Great food great service and owners are amazing. Always clean service with a smile. Nice to see owners interact with their customers and here they make everyone feel like a friend read more

Ate here with my daughter for lunch, ordered Kung pao chicken it was so off. Way to salty it was like they put the wrong sauce on it chicken was breaded just was not right. Won't go back for awhile. read more

The food here was really good, it was my first time at Grapow. The food is the only reason for any stars though. When I first sat, we were asked for our credit card to start our tab. This has never happened to me before at a restaurant, but some places have different policies so I went ahead and gave the serve my credit card. At the end of the meal, the waitress brought the bill and I told her I would be paying cash. She gave me the credit card back and I left cash on the table to cover the bill and tip. A few days later I noticed that my credit card was charged and I called the restaurant to get it sorted out. Each time I called I was told that they'd look into it and I'd receive a call the next day from the owner but never received a call back. I called the restaurant about 4 different times within 2 weeks and I still have not heard back and been refunded. I ended up calling my credit card company and they sorted it out for me, but because of this, I will not be back to Grapow. I understand that mistakes happen, and that is fine. But I would at least expect to get a call from someone apologizing for the incident. read more

I've really started to enjoy coming here. The calamari is really good and the grapow chicken is delicious and spicy. Service is so so .....sometimes it's great and other times it's horrible , just depends what server you get. read more

This used to be a good Thai restaurant. Now it's a loud bar that serves food. Bad, slow service. Used to be our favorite restaurant. We avoid this place. Every once in a while we give it another shot and are consistently disappointed. This is our last time eating here. read more

My bf's sister took me here for my birthday and it was sooo good. I think thai food is either done really well or really badly and I'm glad this place was the former. We started with the Tom yum soup--sweet, sour, spicy with well-cooked shrimp and mushroom served over a lit flame. One of my favorite dishes of the night. We also got the pad thai--very thin noodles, peanuts (on the side), chicken. This dish was really saucy but good in a standard way. The bbq chicken was tender and served in a lime tamarind sauce--good but not amazing. I really liked the snap peas, onions, and tofu stir fry with brown rice. The dishes were about $9-10 each but the portions are really big. We took home half of two dishes. This place is definitely on my go to list for thai restaurants. read more

The bartenders here are so horrible, especially the females. They just stay around the men who order drinks & flirt with them all day instead of helping everyone else who is at the bar waiting. It's really sad because I wish I can give 5 stars due to the food being so good & delicious, but the service here is ridiculously poor. read more

As much as I love grapow the customer service is slowly declining due to one waitress in particular. Everyone is is really great but she makes your time so miserable and it's like she's not happy herself. But overall I do actually love this place I've been coming here for a couple years and one bad cookie isn't going to stop the show. read more

Very good, it was a lot nicer inside than I had thought it would be. Place filled up fast after we got there. The service was a little slow but otherwise no complaints. Our food was full of flavor, were so glad we found this place read more

Very good thai good- Delicious! Gra Pow Drunken Noodles & Pad Thai are our favorites-- Depending on when you come in as service may be a little slow during weekend nights but that doesn't bother us that much. Nice environment to eat as well. read more

Grapow is amazing!! It's not just Thai food it reminds me of Chinese! Their garlic shrimp noodles are to die for!!

Terrible service, poorly managed! The food is good but jeesh if there was any other Thai place in town this would be the quickest vacant-out of business restaurant in town! If you don't believe me go give the place a try. HORRIBLE! read more

Food was tasty but the service was lacking! We were a group of 6. Between first plate served and next it was over 10 minutes wait. It took 3 waves to finally get all our food. The kitchen was a mess - you could see the wait staff trying to get the orders out. Some of our food arrived cold/lukewarm. Others were too hot to eat - yes burned my mouth hot. Check your bill too - they overcharged on Happy Hour specials. Good Food - Poor service. read more

We've been here a couple of times before and the food and service are usually good. I called earlier in the week to make a reservation for a large party and was told that they don't take reservations on Fridays but because the party was so large they would have the manager return my call. I never heard back so I called back and an Asian woman with a heavy accent answered the phone. As I tried to explain to her what happened she rudely cut me off and said "We don't take reservations on Fridays!!!" I tried again to finish explaining who I spoke with and what I was told and she wouldn't allow me to get even five words out before she cut me off repeating over and over "We don't take reservations on Fridays!!!". We liked this place but unfortunately will have to think twice about going back if that's how they treat their customers over the phone. read more

This is my favorite Thai restaurant. The employees are always helpful. And I really like their lunch specials. However, they are usually busy at lunch hours. Make sure give yourself sometimes or call ahead of time. read more

This was my first time at this restaurant, and looking at some of the previous reviews - it's good but not great. There are many other Thai restaurants in the I.E. that are much cheaper, and just as good. I wanted to order pad thai, but when I saw that it was almost about $10 for a plate that was way too much for pad thai. I ordered the yellow curry lunch special, it was very tasty. I think you may just be paying for the decorations and ambiance of the place. Overall, the food I tried was good, but a little pricey. read more

Much nicer than most Thai places I've been. The food is just as delicious as the hole-in-the-wall rastaurants and the service is great. I've been here a number of times and I keep coming back for the chicken Pad Thai, and of course some Thai Tea. Great little spot close to home, and it has never disappointed me. read more

First of all, it was an ok start. It took them a while for them to come and get our order after getting us sitted. Then it took them forever to get our starters and main course. The food was ok. The fried rice sucked, it was more like white rice with veggies thrown in . I guess we came in with high expectations after Bann Thai. There was no authenitcity to the food, it was too westernized. read more

The food here is great, but if you are expecting fast service or any service try ban or elephant Thai! I placed an order to go then waited 30 minutes for it while people who came in and sat down after me recieved their meals. If I had 30 minutes to sit I wouldn't have ordered to go! read more

We got there 15 minutes before closing, they welcomed us in and made a great dinner that my wife and I shared. Totally awesome! It was my pleasure to tip quite a bit more than usual. We'll be back. read more

First time here and I can not see a future without frequent stops here. The food was too good, big serving sizes, great service.

Ordered 4 items togo. 2 boxes had hair in it. Do they wear hair nets here? Totally disgusted.

Came to order chicken pad thai togo. They said it would be a 1 hour wait.... unbelievable

This place has become my favorite lately. Everything is always great. Rainbow roll, dumplings, crab fried rice, garlic noodles and the steak are all my favorites. They have great lunch deals too. read more

Food was delicious but services is horrible they forgot to put noodles on one of the soups, they also forgot to bring two plates out, we also notice people who were there after us got their food before us. read more

My family loved Grapow and ate there frequently. We will no longer be eating there. Check your bill. I ordered 2 entrees to go ($33). When I checked my bank account the next day I was charged $59.00. I called Grapow, they apologized and said the owner would call me back. A week later, no call. I called 2 more times, and 2 weeks later have not been given a refund for the money they stole. CHECK YOUR BILL because they are thieves. read more

Second time in two days at this location. First time the service was horrible. Sat down waited for 10 minutes for server. Someone sat down next to me ordered and had drinks and appetizer before I even received waters. Order came out all together with appetizers too. Spoke with manager/owner. Asked for check, since I waited about 15 minutes for it as the waitress spoke to everyone in the bar laughing and enjoying her self as I waited. The owner didn't seem to be concerned about his customer service to his customers. Terrible people skills..next day watching Sunday football playoffs, friends wanted Thai food. I recommended Grapow despite my bad experience the night before. We ordered to go..they told me 30 min. Well let's try over an 1 hour. Unbelievable place. Apparently they are getting worse.... read more

A friend of mine told me about this place so I had to try it out. It is located in the busy Mission Grove plaza so there are a lot of people during the lunch time. The restaurant is more of a upscale Thai restaurant, however the prices are still on the affordable side. The appetizers are pretty good especially the angel wings and the fried calamari and can satisfy ones hunger until the main course arrives. The yellow curry chicken is delicious as it has a creamy rich taste to it with a light hint of coconut with carrots and potatoes. The portions are big enough to take the rest of it home as most meals come with rice and egg rolls. The meal is not complete without having a Thai ice tea with comes on a tall glass and topped with whip cream. Even though the restaurant is understaffed, the waiters try their best to be attentive. I would recommend this place to any guy who wants to take a date on a affordable date to a semi upscale restaurant. read more

My first time ever eating Thai food was at this restaurant and I have been a fan ever since! Great place for a family dinner or even a date night! read more

You will not find a better Thai restaurant in the Inland Empire. Mind you, this is not classic Thai food, but you will not be disappointed.

Delicious food. All the food is good at this place. Usually I order the tuna wraps and green curry. They hit the spot every time. Love this place! The service is usually slower but they added a call button to the table to get anything you need. read more

My family & I love gra pow! It's close to our home & a great Thai food restaurant! It's really cute on the inside & their patio is super cute as well. They have a great happy hour on the bar side! I usually order their spicy garlic edamame & shrimp pad Thai noodles. Their sushi is so good as well! read more

Great drinks, food, and customer service! Good idea for a date night or casual drink.

Thai place running out of Thai coffee, not cool. But then my cashew chicken was not seasoned well - waaaay too salty and it looked like the sauce was just poured on top. I'm reminded why I stopped coming here. The food used to be excellent, so was the service. read more

I called this place to make sure they were open on a Sunday night they said they were open until midnight so i brought my girlfriend to eat. We arrived at 11:10pm they told us that they were not serving food. What a disappointment, Its my first and last time I visit this place. read more

Always have had great food here. I usually get the salmon grilled with the orange sauce and brown rice. The waitresses have been excellent. Today I had Natalie who catered to each request I had. Kevin also has been very accommodating. Great food and atmosphere. read more

Just left grapow and I'm annoyed as hell. Placed a phone order for Broccoli, cauliflower n beef dish that comes with a salad and fried rice. My co-worker order soup. I went on my lunch break to quickly pick the food up. I paid for my order and received my food which was tied n a plastic bag. (Nope the order wasn't checked upon receiving it‍) I get back to work, in the lunch room only to open my bag and not have received the fried rice. Definitely annoyed and I'm pressed for time. I call back to tell them hoping to go back right quick and pick it up. Instead I received a rude worker on the line who tell me "we always check our orders, hold on let me check."So, I told him, "I definitely have no desire or need to lie about receiving some damn rice" he then places me on hold for what seems like forever and comes back telling me in a curt tone that these are your two options; you can come back now and get the rice or you can get it at another time. Such poor customer service! No apology or showed no concern regarding the matter. Never try to make the customer feel as if their at fault for your mistake. Now my lunch is over, I have no food, no time to go else where and it'll take 3-5 days to get my money back on my debit card. You guys suck! I won't be back. My dollar is too valuable to spend it in places that's not worthy! read more

Good food and prices. Service is a bit slow but just relax and the food is worth the wait.
