Ordered Pad Thai for pickup. Was told it would take 15 minutes. It took 30. I drove 4 minutes to get home. Noodles were congealed and cold. Chicken and shrimp were dry and overlooked. It was obvious that my food was ready when I walked in the door, but the waitress let it sit for a while. Very poor service. read more

I have been to this restaurant many times, its one of my favorites. Food is always great, service is always good, never have had a problem. My aunt came into town from Kansas and me and my family took her here for dinner. I can honestly say for the first time, our experience here was aweful! The food was great, but our serving Kevan was nowhere to be found the entire time. He greeted us, got our drinks to start. We told him right away we wanted two separate checks. So, we gave him our order. After that, we never saw him again. We were there for awhile catching up, again still haven't seen our server. Then we were ready for our bills. Didn't see our server anywhere. So we all stood up next to our table hoping the server would notice. He finally walked by a couple times but completely walked past us. So we finally asked another worker if she could get our checks for us. She came back with ONE check. Our server never split it. So we told the other server to split it for us, then she split it wrong (not her fault considering she wasnt our server in the first place so she didn't know). We just paid it even though it was wrong. Then i finally spot kevan and he saw we were upset and never even came by to apologize or anything. He completely avoided us. Me and my aunt or both in the food industry and have been for a long time. We are pretty understanding. But this was really crappy. read more

Love the orange chicken! Highly recommend this place! We will definitely be back. Bar atmosphere is awesome too.

If you're looking for an easy and casual place to dine, Gra Pow is the place. I came here with my boyfriend when we just started dating and he loved it. The owner is very sweet and takes time to make sure that his customers are well taken care of and having a good time. The food kinda tastes like butane gas and kinda was a turnoff but the environment is suave and chic! I love coming here with my family and bring all of my friends. read more

The food is good but the service is lacking. I went back to give this place another try. I did another take out order and was told that I would have to wait 35 minutes for my dish. As I came in, the four employees did not bother greeting me. I am not sure why these folks have an excess amount of self esteem or if anyone has taught them basic etiquette and courtesy. When I got home I noticed that my order was not complete. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area. The missing items were not the major issue, the lack is customer service and how long it took an small order was what the main problem. read more

The service here is terrible , we waited nearly an hour for our food,my wives food was sent out 20 before mine finally arrived .I would NEVER go again. If I could give minus stars I would.Dont Go. read more

Service is the worst. Waiting for a half an hour for our food. Waitress's are rude and have attitude. I would never come back

We absolutely love the food! BUT the service is horrible and they never answer their phones. We live close so we would like to order take out and it's near impossible to order over the phone. read more

Good food; eggplant and tofu was very good. Excellent service overall. Music is horrific; B-grade hip-hop and way too loud. I wanted lunch, not a dance club. read more

until yesterday this place used to be my favorite thai restaurant. the waitress on 6 - 13th 2016 at 3:30 took our order and disappeared. the cook served our food.we needed some soy sauce since the food had little flavor and some wine. after having an unpleasant meal, one of us got up to track her down.the place was virtually empty. must be under new ownership, since the elderly man that seated was was unfriendly too. service and food in the past had always been excellent. luckily riverside now has many other good thai restaurants to choose from. read more

GRAPOW great Restaurant been coming here for years. The food is delicious and the prices are very reasonable. The staff is friendly, they all work what ever table needs help. This is why there is no waiting. Tim, Kevin, Isaiah, Nuni, Aey, Lindsey just to name a few are great. The owners walk around and greet you. Neighborhood restaurant feels like a big chain that treats you like family. ......Chuck T read more

They did not sell sushi on sundays which I think is ridiculous other wise the food is spectacular

My daughter to me here to eat really great food. They have a salsa with cheese chip that is so wonderful. I would go just for them . It's a very busy place to eat on the weekends go early to not have to wait long but if you don't it well worth the wait. read more

The food is always good however I've been here numerous times now and the service is extremely horrible takes forever to even be greeted let alone the wait time on your food..the only time I noticed I have a good experience here is when the owner Patrick is there. So disappointed with the service overall. read more

The food is always good but the service can be slow. We always have a good time but we come into it knowing it will take a little longer to be served and get our food. Would recommend the dragon wings, dumplings, gra pow noodle, and mongolian beef. Happy hour deals are great as well! They also have a fun selection of hard ciders and beer! Thai iced tea is amazing too! Come here all the time and food is consistently good. read more

I was introduced to Grapow by a friend approximately 6yrs ago and love my 2 favorites: The House rice and the Shrimp fried rice. Pricey but worth it. I cant attest to the other food items since this is all I order. My daughter enjoys the combination rice. Customer service is awesome , which is amazing because they're always busy daily after 4:00pm and the weekends. If you call during their busy hours you may not get an answer so plan ahead. Ive moved 30 mins away but whenever Im in the area, I go out of my way to get one of my favorites. 5 STARS!! See you soon. read more

Almost every food item I've tried here was awesome. The owner is also a really cool dude. However, the three star review is due to the horrible service I get every time I come here. The service is soooo slow so don't come here unless you have 30 minutes to waste waiting around for your check. read more

I change my rating, i took my daughter to eat there saturday night, even though it was supper crowded, we had an amazing experience, the food was the best thai food i had ever had so far. the service was exellent, for being so crowded. i'll definetly be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I really love the food here. We tend to eat here most often. This is the first Thai food I've eaten, so I couldn't tell you if it is authentic or not, but it is delicious!. Most every night there is a sampler of different foods with soup or salad. My fav is the cashew chicken. Not very original of me, but they have a great slightly spicy twist on it that I crave! My only complaint is the service. They are all very friendly, but it usually takes a long time to get your bill, get your drinks refilled, etc. read more

Excellent food and staff one of the best establishments in Riverside if not Southern California, you don't see this kind of food outside of Seattle. For those of you that say this is not traditional Thai food, you are absolute correct, it is Thai fusion and in no way do they advertise authentic Thai nor do they say this is traditional.... If you read the signs, reviews and advertisements within the restaurant it clearly states this. Read before you make a statement. read more

Although the food can sometimes be "good" the service you get is not always the best. Especially during lunch time.

By far one of the greatest thai restaurants in the inland empire. The food is great and the presentation is even better. Much kudos to the chefs in the back. Prices are below what I expected to pay due to the fine quality of food, service and dine-in experience. Awesome friendly atmosphere that I will definitely love to enjoy again. read more

Just came from Grapow. Made a really good meal from the Dumplings and Thai Rice Soup. The sauce with the dumplings was heavenly. It was the perfect meal for a cold night. This was our 4th visit. We have been working our way through the menu, but tonight just needed warm soup and an appetizer. It was a really good meal. Staff made us feel welcome and not rushed. read more

Went there for lunch and asked to be seated outside. Got seated and was giving a small beeper like device to call for service. Yes indeed, we took advantage of beeper since we couldn't get any service. When our food came we asked the server for chopsticks..didn't get it but when we pushed the magic button the waitress came right before I finished my lunch. Beeper idea is horrible, if I wanted to be pushing button I could have stayed home with a TV dinner. I was annoyed by the I left the restaurant ..probably won't go back read more

Food was very good. I had the grawpow chicken and it was very tasty. The salad was also great.

the salad was good, but small servings, and bad service my wife insisted on giving them a bad review, we will not go there again.

This has been one of our most favorite restaurants. The food is healthy and yummy. However, lately we have been seeing a trend in quality of food and service. If you go early in the week it seems like the quality is not as high. It is always great on weekends. We went last night (Wed) and the chef was heavy handed with the oil and the service was nonexistent. I've never had residue oil on my food before. I asked for chop sticks three times and the waitperson never responded. I finally got some from another waitperson who stopped by to see if we had been helped. No one ever asked if everything was ok, if we needed anything, etc. Waited and waited for the check and no one came. Call button got no response. Traffic was not that heavy and there were 5 waitstaff plus a bartender. We know the food is good and in the past the service has been top notch, but in checking with family and friends, they've also experienced less early in the week. read more

We used to be regulars but over the past year my husband and myself haven't had the time and opportunities to dine out as often as the past. We went to Gra Paw on 4/30/14 expecting good service and tasty food-we got neither. There was only the two of us and my husband had two beers/we spit an appetizer, and had two main dishes. The food was off-the seasonings were not what we expected from the past (the Dragon Wings which are our favorite appetizer were over fried and tasted of over-used grease) also the servers were far and few between courses. They were polite but seemed stretch to their limits. It was an early dinner service but busy and I good have tolerated the service because we have always liked our food but the sauce for the Dragon wings has been changed-thin and oily with a few chopped cucumbers for a garnish. I would have been more forgiving but about 6 months ago I had lunch at Gra Pow and had a similar experience and I thought it was a fluke-I guess it wasn't. Gra-Pow used to be our fun place to eat and take guests but no more. Our bill for the two of us was over $50.00-we have spent more there in the past when we have taken guests. The value of meal didn't match the price-we have a special Asian take out in the area that is now much tastier. read more

This has been my favorite restaurant. However, Sunday June 8, I took my wife, daughter, and son-in-law to lunch. It was a very disappointing experience. The salad lettuce was not as crispy, as one would like. The food was of mediocre quality and appeal. One order came with fried rice, not the steamed rice that was ordered. Maybe this was the chef's day off or maybe the quality of this restaurant is slipping, I may never know. read more

Great food while dining in but ordering take out was not a good a pleasant experience. They allowed our food to sit out,not on the heated area , for 20 mins!! The noodles had soaked the chili powder thus making it taste bitter. read more

The food here is consistently delicious. The presentation is impecable and very appealing to the eye. The service is hit and miss and this is where I feel I have to give this establishment 3 stars. When I dine out I seek the overall experience that makes a customer enjoy the experience. I walk out many times wondering how to bring this matter to the owner's attention as I almost feel sorry I ate there. Step up your game with consistent customer service and 5 stars will be my next rating. read more
