    Spicy Chicken Plate and Mandu

We stumbled up this restaurant while searching for a Korean Restaurant, and boy were we pleased! This joint surprised us with the quality and taste of the food! Owner is friendly and cooks the order fresh. My husband isn't a big fan of Korean food, but this place, he craves! Lol Our go-to orders are Spicy Chicken plate + Beef bulgogi plate - which comes with picked veggies, rice noodles, two Mandus, and two tempura shrimps.

The menu is a perfect blend of traditional Korean dishes with a modern twist, and every bite was bursting with authentic flavors. The beef bulgogi plate was tender and perfectly marinated, served with fluffy rice, japchae noodles, and fresh veggies that complemented it beautifully. The taiyaki with sweet red bean filling was a delightful treat, and their boba milk teas (I got the matcha!) were refreshing and perfectly sweetened. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. If you're in Prosper and craving authentic Korean cuisine, Goyaki is a must-visit! We'll definitely be back! Kitchen looks clean and so were the restrooms.

I was really excited and hopeful about GoYaki, especially since it's the first of its kind here in Prosper. Unfortunately, the experience fell short in several key areas. While the food was flavorful, the quality didn't quite match up. The galbi, for instance, had good seasoning but was overly chewy. And when it came to value, I expected more. I ordered the bibimbap, and as you can see from the photo, it had hardly any meat and was missing several traditional ingredients. Most surprising of all--there was no kimchi included. When we asked about it, we were told it had to be purchased separately, which is disappointing given that kimchi is typically a staple of the dish. I really wanted to love this place, but the food lacked authenticity, and the overall value just wasn't there.

The food here is delicious! We ordered Togo the spicy pork, spicy chicken ,Galbi plate and the red bean taiyaki for dessert . It's very flavorful and great portion size. Everything was so good. The owner is very friendly and food came out fast. I'm so glad it's close by. I'll definitely be coming back and more often to try everything on the menu. highly recommend.

Goyaki is a great spot!! We ordered to go. Everything was fantastic. We loved the LA galbi, bulgogi beef, japchae, shrimp tempura, and mandu. It is so wonderful to have such a good Korean restaurant in Prosper. We highly recommend and can't wait to go back.

Omg.,,when I say this is the best spicy pork bulgogi I've ever had and I'm not even exaggerating. It's legit korean food and they make it fresh when you order!! def will be coming back here to try the other stuff on the menu!

Fabulous Korean food, kiosk order and nice clean seating area. We ordered the spicy chicken bowl and beef bulgogi bowl. Both were fabulous. After seeing the Bungeoppang delivered to the next table, we had to order some. Oh my goodness, so good. You can not go wrong with a warm crispy pastry filled with Nutella. We will visit again.

I have never experienced anything like it! For starters, the staff was phenomenal! Our waitress was so sweet! And while we were enjoying our feast, they even broke out into dance! LOL! Dinner and a show! I will say, there is no menu...I know, bare with me! But the entire meal is family style, and all you choose is your protein which is then brought out family style as well enough to feed the table! At first I couldn't believe it and then they brought out the salad and then followed all the sides! And I am talking mash potatoes, green beans, biscuits, gravy, corn! It was endless! And sure enough when we finished something, it was quickly picked up and refilled! I ordered the catfish and my partner got fried chicken and let me just say...10/10! They brought out the crispiest fried fish and chicken ever and it was enough to feed us both with leftovers! I would definitely recommend this place for any family celebration or outing with friend! It was a perfect dinner! We cannot wait to return!

When I arrived, I was waiting on two family members who were about 10 minutes away, so I went ahead to put our name in. The hostess told me I could go right in, which made it seem like a table was ready, but she never took my name or wrote anything down. After I explained I was waiting for two others, she said "okay" and then started taking names and numbers from other parties, leaving me off to the side without her saying anything else. It was odd, so I sat down. After sitting for maybe 5-7 minutes, I noticed she was taking names for parties of 2 and 3, which was confusing. When I asked about it, she said she already had my party and name even though she had never taken it. At that point, it felt like the Chinese restaurant episode of Seinfeld, where somehow you're waiting but also not really on the list. She finally took my name for a party of three and quoted a 30-45 minute wait, without accounting for the time already lost. My family members arrived shortly after, and we still waited another 20 minutes or so. Once we were seated, the service didn't improve much. Our server was extremely slow, and everything came out at once. We barely had time to get drinks, salads, or biscuits before the food arrived. Refills and additional requests felt more burdensome than attentive. While the food and drinks themselves were great, the overall service felt very disorganized and subpar.

Ambiance 1 STAR Came in on a Sunday afternoon. It was a bit busy, but the tables were DIRTY. Please make sure someone is wiping down the dining area tables and keeping it tidy. On the way out after I finished eating. A gentleman finally came out to clean the tables. Service 3 STARS The staff were pleasant. When I needed ketchup or honey packs. They quickly obliged me. Food 2 STARS I chose a combo with a slider, one chicken finger and fries. I opted for the regular slider since there are no more mini sliders. It was just too thick to eat. I think they were a bit stingy with the slaw. The fries were decent. The chicken tender was juicy, but very average. Not sure if it's this location. Since I usually visit Plano. I wasn't happy with my meal at all. I left unsatisfied and not full. My meal looked better than what it tasted.

We each ordered the chicken sandwich combo, my husband chose fries and I chose the mac-n-cheese bake. We found our seat, and the whole place was clean for it being lunch rush time. The lady running the food and I thinking running the drive thru came and told us our chicken would be a few minutes because they were being thrown in fresh (no complaints here) so maybe 10 min later she brought our food and it was fresh! She apologized and asked if we like to try Boberries. We both told her it was ok and she asked if we had ever had it and of course we haven't so she insisted on us trying it out for the wait. Oh goodness, I'm so glad I had the opportunity to try it because it was delicious!! No for the main meal. Fries were good, crispy on the edges and hot inside, kinda a steak fry vibe. The Mac-n-cheese bake was gooood, very similar to Luby's. Mannn the chicken sandwich was crunchy, with good flavor, piping hot paired with homestyle pickle and some mayo. I WILL be back! Very impressed with the food, service, and I loved the atmosphere. Come check it out.
