I needed a replacement basket for my beloved air fryer. It was pretty pricey to replace the basket, handle and holder, however I didn't have to replace the air fryer. As business owner i order the air fryer to my company in which i receive packages every day. The rep along with the supervisor was condescending and kept telling there was an issue with my address , i advise i receive pkgs every day and i double checked my shipping address . Because they had an issue with the address they ship the air fryer back then claim they sent me emails , i had to send bout 3 emails to inquire what happen to my order . Good and Bad. The good is I love my air fryer. It is SO easy to use, especially with the pre-programed feature. Clean up is easy, and it uses less energy than my oven. The bad is the experience I recently had with their "customer-service", a misnomer for sure. I placed an order on a Wednesday night. Later that evening, upon reviewing my order, I noticed I had ordered the wrong size. I left a text message with the provided link. Not leaving anything to chance, I initiated a chat first thing next morning. I provided my order number and explained the issue. Agent said hold & they'd check on it. After 20 minutes, I got cut off. Long story shortened, after another chat session any exchanging emails 2 or 3 times, my order arrived Friday. Of course it was the original (wrong) size. read more

Recently purchased a GoWise Air Fryer from the GoWise website. Site was easy to use, delivery was fast, and item was just as advertised. This is the second GoWise air fryer I've bought this month. Liked the first so well that I bought another as a gift. Both are the 7-quart size and plenty large for a family's use. My only suggested improvement would be for GoWise to make available an accessory kit with larger pans. I contacted the company to ask which set worked with my 7-quart unit and bought what was said to be the biggest available. The set is designed for fryers in the 5.8 quart range. I would really like pans and racks that my larger 7-quart fryer can use. Accessories in the 8.5 or 9 inch range would appear to work - if I could find them. Thanks. read more

I have their LED lighting system for RV's and it quit working after 15 hours of use. Sent them photos and asked for a replacement strip of lights. I knew it was out of warranty and just wanted to purchase a replacement strip. They told me none are available. Obviously, they import production runs and that's it. When they're gone, no more parts. It's hard wired in my travel trailer so now it all have to be removed and I'm in my own for a replacement product. I will never do anything like this again. read more

I did a google search for a smokless indoor gril made in the USA and Gowise USA was the first to pop up. With the google search and the name Gowise USA I purchased the grill. Was I ever surprised when the grill arrived. The first thing I noticed on the box was MADE IN CHINA. Disappointed, irked and felt lied to. GoWise usa should be named Be stupid CHINA. This company, Gowise.usa, is a parrot company. They like to claim they are an American company in Arizona, but they are Chinese. This will be obvious to you when you end up dealing with Customer Service, and you will. Unlike American companies who place the utmost importance on quick and professional service ...this company utilizes diversionary practice's and delays and takes an extended period. My wife's Air Fryer, a Christmas gift from me, arrived damaged...no damage to the box...I contacted them by phone on the 28th. The requested an email containing photos of; the damage, proof of purchase from merchant (which was them in this case), the label/serial number on the bottom of the Air Fryer, the shipping label on the box. I sent that immediately after the phone conversation. Having not heard a peep from them, I again emailed them, called them, and chatted with them....They claimed after a week to be so busy dealing with holiday customer service emails that they had not yet gotten to my email. I told them that this was unsatisfactory, customer service needed to be more proactive and professional....that it was obvious to me that their company in Arizona was a patriot company as it demonstrated none of the American ideology concerning Customer Service. It would seem that a HIGH volume of customer service issues sufficient enough to cause a week or more in delays raises question on product quality. It also makes me wonder why extra employees or overtime would not be used to handle the delay....in short VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. read more

My husband purchased this air fryer for me for Christmas. I wanted it to replace my old rotisserie that is about 8 years old. The first time I used it, I put a steak in the basket. It would start to go around then quit. The second time I tried to put a chicken in the rotisserie. It would start to go around and then stop. After about 20 minutes of trying to readjust the chicken, I decided to put it in the old rotisserie. I called the company the next day but didn't get to talk to anyone. I had to go online and they said if we send it back, they would try it and if it worked, they would take 15% off for restocking fee. We also had to pay $25 to send it back. I don't see why we should have the restocking fee or have to pay to send it back. It didn't work right. I can't believe they are going to sell it to someone else. read more

I ordered a 9.5 Quart pressure cooker. We opened up the package, put the ingredients in the pot and tried to turn it on. Well, the arrow button for the time and the temp didn't work. We tried over and over again, read the instructions, looked on YouTube but nothing helped. My husband, finally said turn it off, it may be dangerous. I contacted customer support by phone and email. I finally talked to someone, I received three of the same email from customer support wanting more info. I gave them everything except a video of the error but I never received a response. This is my third day of trying to get an RMA and a return shipping address but the only thing that I receive is the same email over and over again wanting more info. This is unreal. I reviewed the company up at BBB found out that they have lots of complains. It is clear to me that they do not want to refund my money even though, I am still in the 30 days return policy. What a nasty company. Stay away from GoWise it is not worth it. I will also write a letter to CFO, Chris Brandt and GM Dave Black. read more

Terrible customer service! I purchased a GoWise air fryer off of Amazon in June 2017 as a present for my parents and siblings, who have no prior experience with air fryers. When I visited in April 2018, I realized that the air fryer was not working properly - the fan was not turning, rendering the "air" fryer useless. I spoke to a customer service associate who told me to provide the serial number, invoice, and a short video of the air fryer as proof the fan wasn't working, and they'd issue a replacement. I did and emailed to the provided email address, only to be told the next day that I would have to ship the air fryer back to GoWise. Here's the kicker - they want me to pay a return fee, wait for them to check it out and determine if the item is defective, and then - just in case "they" determine it's not actually defective, they won't issue a replacement, but can ship me back the original - if I pay for it! Now, for the most part, I'm a patient customer. None of this is good customer service. I paid $70 for an air fryer that doesn't work, and they want MORE money to fix this issue? My Air Fryer arrived unbelievably fast after ordering! I enjoyed the two foods that I prepared in it. One problem I had was when I went to wash the pan/pot & fryer basket the release button went so fast that the pan/pot dropped & chipped about 2' when it fell onto our linoleum floor. I don't think that it will affect the cooking but it is right in front & doesn't look good. Apparently the plastic is not high impact. read more

Give this some serious thought. I don't usually write reports that are negative but i will make an exception on this company. I bought the 14 quart model, which is a very large unit. The second time i used it i made a pot roast. It worked fine but when i had to open it to add the potato, carrots, etc, of course i released the pressure and opened the cover, added the ingredients and put the cover back on. NOT!!!! I could not get the cover to close until the unit cooled down. I thought well, i did something wrong. A few weeks later i used it again, and again the same problem. I called GoWISE USA customer service and they sent me this small gasket, which did nothing. I called back and had to pay a 25 dollar fee to get a "reduced rate" to return it. So, i had no choice. I returned it. Today i received a message from Ryan asking for a good review since they were a small company and needed good comments. Just a while ago I received an email telling me that they inspected the cover and there was nothing wrong with it and it would cost me another $25.00 to get the reduced rate to return it to me.. I explained to them, by email because they were too busy to answer the phone, that they had to cook something in it and then try to add items that don't require long cooking time, like the potatoes and celery, onion and then try to put it on. It just will not close. So, what i am saying is, I will send the the $25.00 to get the thing back but will Go to COSTCO or WALMART to purchase one knowing that i can return it if it fails. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEIR PRODUCT IS CRAP, STICK WITH A BRAND NAME FROM A RELIABLE COMPANY. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT SUCK. read more
