They've been referred to me by multiple people and I've referred them out myself when asked by others looking for AC service. You can take what they say to the bank. If they're telling you to get a new AC, then that's what you should be doing. If they're saying yours can be reasonably repaired, then repair it. They're always my first call when my AC starts acting up and always the last call.

He helped to confirm our compressor warranty with LG (still under warranty, thank God!), and then he returned a day or two later to replace the compressor.
