    *DO NOT BUY FROM THEM* I purchased their Propane pizza oven, the item came completely damage. The vendor I used could not help me, because they would not respond. This went on for weeks. Now I am stuck with a completely useless oven. Customer service is awful & quality of their product seems to be garbage! Even the vendor agreed & I listed their response from them in the photos.

    Bottom two posts are bent and one is missing a plastic cap

    We received an outdoor fire pit as a gift. Two of the four bracket posts came out of the box badly mangled. When I spoke to customer service I was told that the replacement posts they had were in worse condition than the ones I had. Clearly there is a problem with the way the product is packed for shipping that leaves these pieces vulnerable to damage in the shipping process but the representative placed the blame on the shippers. Since he made it sound like others had similar issues it is clearly a problem with the packaging.

    Danny was awesome!!!! We came in knowing little about our patio heating options, and he took the time to explain the different aspects of heating and guided us to what we were trying to accomplish. The products we purchased were high quality at a very reasonable price. Thanks again for being so customer focused. ~the Johnsons

A mattress should improve sleep, not create health issues. The warranty claim process was extremely difficult and frustrating. Filing a claim took far too much effort, and when an inspector was finally sent out, it felt like the decision had already been made before he arrived. My claim was denied because he said he found a stain on the mattress, which came across as a convenient reason to reject the warranty rather than a fair inspection. I would not recommend American Furniture for mattresses or major purchases. As a social media influencer with millions of followers, I believe in sharing honest experiences, and I will be releasing a full video soon detailing this experience so others can make an informed decision. ----------------- Response to AFW comment: Hello, Thank you for the response, but I respectfully disagree with how this was handled and would like to clarify a few points. While the mattress is over five years old, that is exactly why a long-term warranty matters. Normal use over time should not automatically invalidate a warranty claim, especially when the primary issue is loss of support causing back pain and physical discomfort. Also, to be clear, there was no major stain on the mattress. The claim was denied based on a minor mark that does not affect the structure, support, or performance of the mattress, which was the actual concern being reported. When customers purchase a mattress with a warranty, it is the store's responsibility to clearly explain what can void that warranty at the time of sale. It was never explained that a minor, non-structural mark could result in a complete denial years later, regardless of the defect being claimed. The issue here is not whether mattress covers are recommended. The issue is that the warranty process felt designed to deny claims rather than fairly evaluate them. The inspection appeared predetermined, and the stain was used as a blanket reason to dismiss the complaint without addressing the actual problem of support failure. Saying this is "industry standard" does not make it acceptable. Customers reasonably expect a warranty to protect them from defects, not to be nullified by common, non-structural issues after years of normal use. I am sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions, and I will be releasing a full video soon detailing this process and why it felt unfair and dismissive.

I found a couch I wanted to buy, asked if it was in stock and it was. I said I would like to buy it and asked what delivery was like. ($200 for delivery? That's CRAZY. As my home is 9.5 miles from this store, in the Valley.) but whatever. I was then asked if I wanted to use my Conns credit account to pay. I said no as I don't have one and would instead like to just pay for the couch. The woman said I should open a conns account. I said no. She then said no problem and we started talking about delivery. she is asking me for my name, address and phone number (which makes sense) then asks for my social. To which I say no, and why would you need it, I'm not opening an account. She replies "Oh yeah my mistake I was on the wrong screen" She then needs to speak to her manager. Why? The manager comes back and asks why I dont want to open an account, I explained I didn't want one and would just like to buy the couch outright. He says no problem, he has to get the stock number and what not and will be right back, and they both walk away. A few minutes later they come back explaining to me that if I do choose to open an account they can offer me discounted delivery (which was $200 to begin with but the discounted delivery would be $100). I say no. They then attempt to offer me a $500 warranty (on a $2500 couch) to which i say no. They then both have to leave again. A few minutes later they return again and explain that opening an account with them has some cool benefits even if I don't want it right now, I may want it later and again say the only thing we need to open the account is your social, we already have everything else. To which I say no I don't want it at all and only want to pay for the couch and leave, they then say they have to call the office and will be right back. At this point I am very frustrated and decide I don't want to buy anything and the entire situation is fishy. I left and bought a couch at AFW instead. 10/10 would never recommend, I felt like I was dealing with a greasy used car salesman instead of a furniture store. I won't be back.

    I ordered the double sided futon roller from Fantasy futons and paid for extra Priority mail…read moredelivery which said that delivery would be in 4- 5 days. I didn't get the empty package until about 2 weeks later. I contacted Fantasy futons to tell them that when the Priority mail envelope finally arrived that the package was empty and that it part had pushed through the envelope of which I sent a picture of. Allen who I believe is the owner, told me that I had to buy another one and once the USPS sent them a refund for the item then and only then would I be refunded. I felt as though Allen thought that I was trying to scam him out of a $13 piece of plastic! I have never heard of such a policy. He definitely doesn't have good customer service in mind. I told him that I just wanted a refund. He told that I would still have to wait for him to get the reimbursement from the post office and it would take about two weeks. Three weeks later I hadn't heard anything from Fantasy Futons so I called and spoke with Allen. I asked when the refund would be credited. he was very rude and I had to push him to refund my credit card immediately. After all it wasn't my fault that he had sent a 3 inch hard piece of plastic in a thin cardboard envelope without any packing material. He acted like the $36 refund which included the shipping would make his company go into bankruptcy. I asked for confirmation# of the refund he said that he didn't have a confirmation # because his credit card processor didn't provide one, which I knew wasn't true because I have used the same the same type of card processing service. To his credit he did figure out how to send me the copy of the refund transaction. My credit card was refunded fully.
