I called the company and scheduled a quote. Jason arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. I received a quote the same day and after reviewing and comparing with other quotes/companies, we signed the quote and scheduled our roof to be replaced. When the day arrived there was rain in the forecast, Jason assured me that the roof would be dried in prior to the crew leaving for the day. Not only did we NOT have any leaks, but the crew finished our roof 1 day ahead of schedule! We had a leak in our roof and went with Gary and sons for the repair. Fair price and they seemed very experienced. There was a delay to start the work but the work was done very well. We agreed that with a cash payment they would give us a 3.5% discount which is fairly usual avoiding the credit card charge the merchant incurs. When the works were still underway we paid with Zelle but did not get the discount which was only for 'no banks involved transactions' according to Jason or what I would call under the table. Recently I had a pigeon pest control company come out to my house to see if I needed their service. I ended up not needing them, but the gentleman had pointed out I had some broken tiles on my roof. I immediately began my search for companies. I had three separate companies come out, and Gary and Sons was the company I felt the most confident in. Jason showed up and gave me his estimate. He was very thorough, was honest and I thought his price was fair. Greg came out this morning and repaired the tiles on my roof. Repairs tend to be costly, and if you aren't an expert... you're left wondering if the repairs were done correctly. Jason and his crew are responsive, dependable, and they never cut corners!I've had Jason out twice to fix our home. Once it was a very small repair and he came out quickly, fixed the broken tiles, and the cost was much lower than other estimates. The second time we had to have the entire backside of our home re-roofed after the August 2nd crazy storm that hit Estrella Mountain Ranch. Our old shingle roof was shedding granules fast and was in bad shape. Jason with Gary and Son came out and gave us a very competitive quote. We also had 42 solar panels that had to be dealt with and a flat roof section that we wanted foamed. We decided on Gary and Son because Jason was very helpful with honest opinions and ideas and the price was great. Gary and Son closely coordinated with the solar removal crew (shout out to Green Muscle Solar) so that the removals and roof install went smoothly. We had damaged fascia boards and roof decking that Gary and Son were also able to fix with no problem. We were able to get rid of our two eye sore turbine vents, an old combustion vent and had ridge vents installed. At the end of the day, our foam roof section looks amazing, our new shingle roof looks fantastic and we are very happy with the professionally completed project by Gary and Son. With the monsoons this summer we noticed water damage on a wall in our spare bedroom. We phoned 3 roofing companies and found out all of them were quite busy. We assumed they would do their best and left our info. After a few weeks "Jason" called from his cell phone and told us he'd be out the next morning from 10am-1pm. He never showed up or called. Honestly, don't call anyone else. I was in an emergency situation where my lender wanted the roof inspected. Jason came out immediately and gave me a quote. My lender was a real pain so we had a 10 day escrow hold and they required that this work get done within 10 days of escrow or I would lose my money and my new loan would be in jeopardy. Meanwhile, I was in Northern California and could not be at the new property myself. Our house in Estrella Mountain Ranch was recently damaged by the monsoon storms. We lost some tiles and had an old roof so it was no longer waterproof beneath the tiles. They were very quick to respond via text and understood my situation being very limited on time for repair as the house was under contract to sell. They worked in part of my repair within the next day - coming out to reset tiles on the roof before another large storm was expected to hit the area, ensuring the house did not suffer further damage. They returned just a few days later to complete the repair & their prices were very reasonable.
