I cannot say enough GREAT things about Glendale Roofing. in 2014, I had my entire roof redone by another company. From the start, I knew something wasn't right. After more than 10 months of start and stop work, I finally stopped the company from returning and no longer listened to their excuses. Long story short, I wound up in court and was very lucky to come in contact with Alan from Glendale Roofing. Alan was not only someone that came out to my house to view the damage and prepare an estimate for me, but testified to the damage in court against previous persons work. I was very nervous about having to find another company and Alan put me at ease. His boss called me personally to answer all of my questions and after meeting with several companies, I chose Glendale Roofing to do the job. I was quickly scheduled (2 weeks out) and they were prompt on the first day of work. The job took 4 days from start to finish. The team had to completely remove the tiles, underlayment etc. Each day, Alan would call to give me an update and I also learned he drove out to Gilbert each day to monitor the work. They were professional and my property was spotless at the end of each day. A few days after they were finished, Alan again came out and used a giant magnet to ensure there were no nails on the ground for my kids or pets to step on. Did a great job on our 1930s historic home. We had the old roof removed, new asphalt shingles put on, and all of the custom crown molding replaced (our home doesn't have eaves or fascia boards). Their carpenters were amazing and did perfect work. Both the demo and roofing teams were prompt, courteous, kept a clean jobsite. read more

I cant say enough about how well they do roof work. The entire staff is above and beyond some of the nicest people you will encounter. This is the fourth time I've used them. The roof took 4 days from start to finish as the underlayment gave up after 22 years. They had to remove/replace the old tiles, install new drains, flashing, caps, underlayment, and trim. They made sure the job site was clean and safe upon completion of work each day as we had dogs. My wife even commented how nice the roof looks. I know what I'm looking for in a roofing company; honesty good price and value. read more

We had Glendale Roofing replace the roof on our home. They were very straight forward and were easy to work with. I got four different estimates from different roofers. Glendale Roofing was not the lowest, but they were not the highest either. The salesman was thorough, and I felt was very honest with the repairs we needed. When it came time to do the repair, they were on schedule and the crew appeared to do quality work. They did a good job of cleaning up at the end of each day. I am quite mechanical though not so much regarding construction and remodeling. Any questions we had were quickly and courteously answered. They finished the work on time and on budget. We have had a lot of remodeling done on our house. Some contractors were really difficult to work with. Not so in this case, Glendale Roofing did a great job. read more

This place is amazing. We had a leak in our roof that ended up under an insurance claim. They had worked on my in laws roof and they came highly recommended. THEY DID NOT DISSAPOINT. They did everything from start to finish. Coordinated with our solar company for removal. They are dealt with the insurance company in case we needed to expand our claim. It's been such a smooth process! Took a while because of insurance calls back and forth but we barely lifted a finger and now have a new roof and security! read more

Yelp should allow for 0 stars. Watch out for bait and switch. My onsite estimator said a few sheets of plywood on the roof might need to be replaced. I signed a contract and then asked for more clarification. They sent a new contract for 50% more than the original estimate. In spite of needing me to sign the new contract before proceeding, they kept 20% of the original contract as cancellation fees. What a bunch of crooks. read more

My husband and I purchased our house March 2013. We had no idea we had a leaky roof until the monsoon season. Initially it was just a few drops so we put it on the back burner. By the time this last monsoon season ended we had buckets in several corners of the house. We yelped a few businesses and had some come out to inspect the roof. We we're not pleased. Fortunately, I remembered that a former client of mine owned a roofing business with her husband and son. Once we called them the ball started rolling quickly. Glendale Roofing was able to squeeze us in before the holiday season. During the inspection they noticed the a/c unit was not where it was suppose to be (don't know how the other roofing companies missed that). The crew showed up a few weeks later. Unfortunately my husband and I had to work that day, but it was a relief to know that when we got home everything was taken care of. Those buckets are now in our shed. We highly recommend GRC. They are professional, reliable, honest and not terribly expensive. I hope to never need their services again, but know we're in good hands if we do. read more

Their pricing is fair and their work is exceptional... from a repair they did 13 years ago to a full roof replacement they did this year. I just got a new roof on June 19th from Glendale Roofing. I had gotten 5 quotes from different companies and they were not the highest and not the lowest. I was impressed by the knowledge of the estimator who came out and explained what was involved in tearing off the old roof and what to expect. He looked at the roof overhang and the side board trim and pointed out which boards would need to be replaced. they offered me several price points on shingles. They tore off the old swamp cooler and replaced all the boards, they did a double layer of tar paper and then shingled the entire roof. The job got done in 2 1/2 days...they even worked Saturday to finish. I waited two months to write this review after having 3 heavy torrential monsoon rain storms in August and September two of them with high winds. the roof is great. These guys know what they are doing. They did what they said they would do and at a fair price. Thanks. read more

Following the memorable 2010 hailstorm that had everyone in Phoenix/Glendale/Peoria replacing their roofs, I decided to go local and called Glendale Roofing. They came and did the roof partially, and then after much complaining, finished the job. It then took months for them to come for the balance and when they did, they wanted 100% because their guy had stolen the original 50%. After getting all that resolved, a year later they came back after me for another several thousand dollar payment. After getting THAT resolved, there were problems within the first couple of years. Twice since it was replaced, it has had to be repaired as have interior rooms where water got in. Glendale Roofing claimed that the people "doing business as" Glendale Roofing during the hailstorm frenzy were no longer affiliated with the company. So they accepted no responsibility; only money. Now, less than 7 years later, I have a failing roof. Swaths of it are literally coming off (it is a flat roof). I would not recommend Glendale Roofing. Though they may have rid themselves of their crooked counterparts, they accepted my money without accepting any responsibility for their work. read more

Glendale Roofing made the whole process super easy. They also had the best price out of 3 quotes I received. It was done fast and clean. I was surprised how well they cleaned after the removal. One of the ladies on the crew was nice enough to knock on the door to let me know they were done going in and out of the gate, so I could let my dogs out. They other reason I chose Glendale Roofing after a customer referred me, is because they have been in business, in the valley for a long time. Avoid at all costs! We had our roof repaired and all went seemingly smoothly. Until about a year later. A big storm came through and the roof leaked. I called and they sent a guy out to look. He saw where the water was coming into the living room and said "I know right where that's at." Enough said. Several months later, another big rainstorm came through and water ran into my living room again. Again, two guys came out and said they'd be able to take care of this. When it started leaking again a year later they suddenly had no record of ever having worked on our house. After searching for two years I found the contract. I called our insurance company who sent an inspector. The inspector made several notes of "shoddy workmanship." It was done in a hurry, and failure to correctly seal air conditioning mounts resulted in rain pooling, and if it was a very hard rain, running up and under a row of shingles, and into the house. Now that it's been fixed we're having to repair the damage to the interior walls. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. read more

We had a very good experience with Glendale Roofing. We had a couple of leaks that had previously been repaired but did not hold. JD and his team came out, prescribed a permanent fix and were able to schedule us within a week. The workers were on site working exactly when they had promised and the work was completed in 2 days. The crew went to great lengths to insure the worksite was clean on completion. I didn't have to do any clean-up. Glendale Roofing completed the removal and replacement of our clay tile roof in June 2016. They removed the original 25 year old tiles along with the deteriorated underlayment and battens. They installed new underlayment, battens, and bird stop, and replaced some of the old wood. Then they re-installed the original clay tiles. They were prompt and professional from beginning to end. Their estimate fell in the middle of three we received, and the work was excellent. The estimate was complete and thorough, and explained in full. The work was completed in the time frame promised. And the quality of the work by the three man crew was meticulous. They worked in extreme heat for almost six days, but there was a major difference in the appearance and installation of the new roof when compared to the original. They did a great job. read more
