I want to extend my thanks to Allstate Roofing for doing a great job on re-shingling my roof. I had considered a few other roofers with good ratings, but Allstate did a much better job of estimating the exact cost saving me allot of overhead the other roofers were building into their estimates. The Allstate roofing crews showed up on time and did a professional job on both the removal of the old shingles and the installation of the new ones. They even went over my yard with a magnetic device to pull up any old staples that could have been dangerous. The foreman made an extra trip here during the first night to be sure that the felting process held back rain as we did get rain that first night. That shows Allstate is dedicated to providing their customers great service beyond other roofers. Also, the Allstate roofing crew corrected several mistakes created by the prior roofers from decades ago. The unfortunate time came to have my roof replaced, due to age. Like many of us, I contacted Allstate Roofing, and 4 other competing roofers, small time companies to large companies. Had my roof replaced 5 years ago by Chad and team. I had called a few other roofers as there was some storm damage that needed to be repaired. Allstate and Chad worked with my insurance company adjuster to obtain authorization prior to starting the work, something none of the others offered to do. Chad matched the replacement tiles perfectly to the existing tiles and all around did a fantastic job. I did spring for a little extra protection from the heavier grade underlayment which I am very happy to have done so for the minimal upgrade cost. We knew some places required wood replacement and all materials and costs were provided upfront for those repairs so no surprises. The roof has held up great in 5 years and shows no signs of rework needed. Allstate started and finished the work as scheduled and with an amazing amount of quality put into every step. I was very happy to have dealt with the owner of the company rather than a standard salesman type from a larger outfit. Chad and his team are a top notch quality group, dedicated to providing the consumer excellent service at the price quoted. Other than charges for wood which were clearly indicated as extra at the original meeting and on the quotation, there were no extra labor charges for installation of wood, removing old gutters or tarping due to rain. Chad is honest and direct, his team very hard working and self directed. Work progressed on schedule and the finished product is excellent, as was my entire experience! I recommend Allstate Roofing for any roofing job, big or small. Chad is knowledgeable and sensitive to issues related to curb appeal, neighbor sentiments or HOA restrictions. In my case an obsolete tile design meant that a section of roof would need to be different to replace broken tiles currently on my house. This discussion and a recommended solution took place at the initial visit to my home. The crew and superintendent Nelson assure timely completion and a quality job, and the property is left clean. The workers are meticulous, hard working, pleasant, and produce a very appealing result. They clean up after themselves, were very reliable, and SOOOOO hard working (had to say that again). They really go at it. Very professional. Chad the owner was very accommodating and kept me informed of schedule updates, priced the project fairly - not cheap, but very fair. Roof looks great - all tiles that were re-used were cleaned. I got the 30-year guaranteed product (2 X 43#). Nelson the superintendent was exceptionally helpful (cut back a few branches from the roof, of trees that interfered with worker access, helped me rectify a mistake I made on checks I gave the workers as appreciation (I definitely wanted to show my appreciation), accommodated a favor to my next door neighbor, and had infinite patience with my questions to understand the process). On the south 202 this morning at 5:45am, one of the short Hispanic employees wearing a hat was driving in the HOV lane going slower than the rest of traffic. As I approached him from behind he started driving in 2 lanes putting other drivers in danger. He finally moved over and then FLIPPED ME OFF as I passed him. HE was the one doing wrong, but apparently he felt the need to harass me. Looks like he was reported in a review prior. This does NOT make your company look good at all and I would NEVER use a company that employs "people" like this. Word of mouth also prevents people from using companies, especially when they have idiotic employees that drive putting others in danger. HOW DOES AN EMPLOYEE IN A COMPANY VEHICLE HAVE SUCH DISREGARD FOR THE COMPANY THEY WORK FOR AND ACT LIKE THIS!!? He needs to be fired. read more

I had three companies come out and give me their opinion on what condition my roof was in, the quality of the tiles and underlayment. Chad came off the roof with pictures and why we had a leak in one area. He gave us a very thorough report of what he found, and gave us several options. He assigned us a fabulous superintendent Nelson, who kept me informed, the job site clean, and made sure everything was done right. We replaced all our underlayment and any broken tiles. Nelson replaced any rotted wood decking, and made sure all vents were in good shape, screened to keep critters out, and painted to match roof. This is a company that does it right. I live in Surprise, AZ. I noticed some tiles that were out of place on my roof. I figured it must be from a microburst that had happened a while before. I called Allstate Roofing and made an appointment to have it checked out. Chad came to assess the damage. He was very nice and on time. Allstate Roofing is a very professional organization that I believe did a great job replacing my tile roof at a very reasonable price. They also offered dual layer of felt that provides a 30 year warranty. No one else I spoke with never offered that. The only criticism that I have for them is that they need to do a better job of helping people who have solar panels. There was a delay in re-installing the solar panels which could have been avoided if Allstate had notified the company who did the removal / re-install of when the job would be completed so my home could have been put on their schedule. read more
