We love visiting this location as everyone there is super sweet, and they make the drinks so well! My favorites are the White Peach Rev Up and the Butter Beer. The employees are super fast but super friendly! Great drive through location!

We recently moved right by this Gourmet Latte and it is so nice to take my dog on a walk and end by getting a coffee or smoothie. The staff is super nice and when it was my first time stopping by, they answered all my questions and gave me recommendations. They offered me a rewards card to work towards a free drink after so many purchases. My pup even got a dog treat :) The drinks are super good and the pricing is fair. The service is quick and easy! My only complaint is they do not have their flavors on the menu or online. I take a long time do decide what I want to try so it would be nice to be able to see all the options and decide before I go. The staff said they have every flavor imaginable but if I'm not able to see them, how do I know what's available? Over all, this place is super quick and easy. It has every drink option you could want and food/snacks too!

Yep. That bee/wasp was in my drink today. It went up the straw and into my mouth.

Yep. That bee/wasp was in my drink today. It went up the straw and into my mouth. I cannot believe it and am so shook. Thankfully I don't have an allergy? What the ****. How can this even happen?! Disappointed and won't be back. Wow.

    Looking for something chilly!!

My Bf's daughter LOVES this place. I've purchased gift cards for her but I've never purchased anything for myself until today. She wanted a Pina Colada shake and I decided to try the frozen pomegranate lemonade twist. Ummmm yeah....this is my new obsession....it was SOOOOOOOOOOOO good!! Refreshing, and delicious! The little stand itself takes traffic both directions, pretty easy to access, girls working there were nice. Lots to choose from, including food snacks, they take credit cards, they have gift certificates, punch cards, everything you need. Go check them out...and definitely try the frozen pomegranates lemonade twist. The Pina Colada shake was good too...and I've been told to try their coffee shakes. I'll be back for sure!

I love this special drink: dark chocolate salted caramel latte with soy. Yummmmmm......

I love their white coffee and they always come off as genuine when they tell you to have a good day.

I've visited The Cottage a couple more times, along with visiting plenty of other Seattle-area…read morebakeries, and I unfortunately no longer think they are top tier. I'm not sure if it's because something changed on the side of the bakery (maybe recipe or personnel changes?) or on my side, having tried more bakeries around the area. On our last visit we bought two loaves of bread to accompany a butter tasting. Both loaves I found to be not nearly as high quality as I remember previously. Pane Bello ($9) - The crust basically doesn't exist in this bread. It's soft and leathery and doesn't give that satisfying crispness of a well baked bread. The interior, while having good crumb structure, is particularly dry and almost crumbly. The taste is mild, perfect for pairing with higher end butters. (3/5) Parmesan Black Pepper Sourdough ($9) - This batard has similar texture as compared to the Pane Bello. It has the addition of plenty of black pepper baked inside, spaced out rather evenly, allowing a peppery bite every time. There's salty and fatty parmesan baked on top, giving a caramelized salty umami. It definitely has more flavor than the Pane Bello, but suffers from the same textural issues. (3/5) We purchased both loaves at 10AM on a Sunday morning and they were consumed within 2.5 hours, so I don't think it's an issue with storage. I ate a bit of their regular foccacia at a work event too. It has a good crispy exterior and is salted well on the top. Unfortunately the interior isn't the best, having a really dense, chewy crumb. I'm honestly not sure what happened. I really loved The Cottage when I first moved here 1.5 years ago. Now? I have a number of bakeries I'd choose over here in a heartbeat.

Then you chose to increase prices and decrease the quantity, which didn't make sense. Less for more? What a waste of a great idea - greed is why your business model didn't work. Your business was so hot when it opened and it actually went downhill about 6 years ago and I am not sad to see you go. Josh - to respond to your comment. My note should have inspired some reflection with the business model but it didn't. Your level of greed was insane and that is not forgiven here. You started hot and decided to squeeze more than your share from this business and this is what happens. You messed around and found out. It's sad because I actually supported the business when it opened but quickly had to end my dealings due to the high level of greed. You did this to your own business by wanting more, more and more, so please don't play the victim here. I'm sorry that you're saddened by this but what you did to the community is far worse than what I said. Actually ripping people off with your product is not having humanity. I'm not the inhumane one here and let's get that straight. I didn't rip people off - you did! You got what you deserved and that's that. You likely have time to turn things around but I doubt you can reduce your greed in time. If you do, I'll gladly come back and support yall. Again - food was great and greed was not.
