The staff also don't seem to care about their appearance WHATSOEVER. One particular individual has an almost entirely bleached t-shirt with bleached hand prints on it...does the owner not supply new shirts for the staff?!?! 8/10 times that I order here, my food is completely wrong. Sometimes I even have to repeat myself multiple times just to get what I'm saying to be written down on the order sheet...it's nonsense. Honestly, I'd rather leave a lower review, but the bagel sandwiches are just phenomenal in my opinion when I get what I asked for on it! It's not the food here that sucks, it's the service! If the food tastes amazing I'm still coming, but I really wish the new owner could figure out something to get things moving quicker and the staff caring more about their appearance!
