The fish blossom was on the sweeter side for me. We also had the mapo tofu but the grainy texture of the sauce threw me off. Overall the quality of food and the amount you get was amazing. Ben was fantastic in getting to the venue, setting up shop, and feeding us all, as well as having to go bags for guests to take away. It was early evening when I dropped by but there were a good number of people in the store. I'm pretty sure tho not certain that it's cash only. Either way the items are very affordable-- my concha was $1. Got a concha and a cinnamon roll type pastry and inhaled them on a walk around the neighborhood. They have a system where you grab a tray and load up the pastries you want on it and pay at the counter. Could be a nice morning activity if you like Mexican breads and pastries!
