Hubby and I stopped by here for a late lunch. We've ordered from here on door dash before but this was our first time dining in. The food was okay. They love their lettuce because the spring rolls and the bún were PACKED with it. The service was just okay. This place is huge and very cute inside. Coming from the SF Bay area, I'm always looking for a good bowl of Pho. Found Got Pho in Reno, I had to give it a try. I started with the imperial rolls and I was a little disappointed. The rolls were way overcooked and there wasn't enough "substance" in the filling. However, the flavor was good. For the main, I ordered the grilled beef and shrimp on a bed of vermicelli. This dish was very good. The beef was marinaded and grilled to perfection. The shrimps were also very good. I also had to try the beef stew, the soup was flavorful. But, the broth wasn't as rich as other Vietnamese restaurants in the Bay area. The dining room was quite large, tables and chairs were very neat and clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. If you're in the Reno area and want to try some authentic Vietnamese flavor, give Got Pho a try. read more

Food was excellent. I ordered the combination pho and was genuinely impressed by the broth. Normally I load my pho up with sriracha and hoisin, but this broth was so flavorful on its own that it did not need anything extra. Everything tasted well balanced and comforting. FIRST! Marianne is soooo sweet!! And the fresh squeezed lemonade she made was AMAZING. One of my fave lemonades. I needed a little help with the menu, but she helped me find a dish similar to a sample I tried at a Yelp event (and the reason I drove 30 minutes here for lunch!) I ordered bun tomThit Nuong flame broiled shrimp and pork on a bed of rice (vermicelli) noodles (gluten free). I liked my dish a lot. But there were too many pork pieces covered in fat and felt uncooked. Loss of a star. Everything else was great and I had enough for the next day, but a lot of the meat I missed out on because of the undercooked/fatty parts that I just can't handle myself, maybe no big deal to others. Otherwise looking forward to returning and bringing hubs, lots on the menu I think he'd enjoy as well. Not sure if ownership changed but the pho isnt the same. The amount of noodles they give you is robbery. One scoop using the chopsticks I can pickup all the noodle. The broth is just salty now. Always great food! Without a doubt, Got Pho? Is definitely the best Vietnamese and Chinese food in the city. We are now regulars every time we go to Reno. The brazed pork Bah Mi sandwich is absolutely the best I've ever had! What I also really like is Got Pho? serves lunch 7 days a week. The portions are huge and comes with 2 potstickers and a cup of soup. I've never been able to finish my lunch and so I have enough for a 2nd meal. Highly recommended. read more

After reading through the reviews, we knew that we had to get more than just pho to experience this place properly. So, we did. The pork bahn mis was amazing, I mean really amazing. The spicy curry chicken has unique flavor and had the perfect spice note. The roast duck was tender and cooked perfectly to retain all of the juices and flavor. We took some pho to go. What a yummy place to grab Pho when you're on a Ketogenic Diet (LOL). I was quite impressed with this Pho location. With my husband being Vietnamese and Mother-In-Law, they definitely gave this place a 10/10. I ordered a Beef Stew Pho which I didn't know had its own version because all I ever knew about was a typical Beef Stew in American style and Vietnamese style, but in Pho style? Yummy! We love this place for the Vietnamese food, and I love that they have a little bit of dim sum on the menu. There is not a true dim sum restaurant in Reno, so I am always on the hunt for this! Wow. This pho is the best I've had in Reno! I have ordered the #29 Pho Tai (Rare Beef Pho) many times and it is consistently amazing. The beef is sliced thinly and just melts in your mouth. They include about 10 big slices per order. The broth is the best. It's the perfect mix of savory, sweet, and tastes like it is made the way pho broth is traditionally done. You don't even need to add hoison or sriracha to it. It is PERFECT as is. I always order a side of the broth as it feels sooo good on my gut and tastes great too. I always get it whenever I'm sick. Wow I'm sad to have to leave this review. I came by last week, called in an order for wonton soup and picked it up. It was ready on time and tasty, I was happy to have found a new spot near my home! Now, sadly, I'm thinking I won't be back again. Tonight I called in an order for orange chicken and a wor wonton soup, I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. We came a little past 30 minutes from my call. It took over ten minutes to just get to the front to tell them we were there, only to then be told they had run out of wontons and couldn't give me my soup. To top it off, the orange chicken somehow wasn't done yet (or at least wasn't handed over when we paid!!), even though we were now an HOUR past when I had called in. Finally got the orange chicken an hour and ten minutes past when I ordered, and it was COLD. Cold and did not taste good. No orange flavor, very greasy and oily tasting. I wish I could get back my money and my time! Absolutely horrible experience and now I won't be coming back. Didn't know we had a Pho Restaurant in Northwest Reno, so was excited to discover this hidden gem. We went at lunch time and it was pretty quiet that time of day. I've heard it gets busier at night. It was a warm day, so didn't want to go with the Pho, so had one of their noodle dishes instead.
