Took the car to two "mom and pop" repair shops who both kept it a week and couldn't figure out the problem. Gosch had it diagnosed, part ordered, and completely fixed within 48 hrs. Have a 2016 Flex. Windshield washer quit working so I took it to Gosch. Was told the fluid reservoir had leaves in it and that was causing the no spray problem. They would have to replace the reservoir to fix the problem. Of course it wasnt under warranty either nor could they explain how leaves would get into it with the cap on. I passed. Took it home and found a disconnected fluid line from the reservoir to the spray. Googled it and it is a common problem on Flexs. Guess the hose comes off under use cause of the pump. Also checked the reservoir with a camera.... no leaves. Whole story was BS. Wont be back read more

Because of a Ford Service Advisor's neglect to properly inform me about my vehicle after it was repaired by them, I'll))t has resulted in my vehicle needing an engine, the 2002 Ford Mustang GT only has 97,755 miles. Here now for an oil change , a bit dissatisfied. I was called for an oil change and set appointment for a 1:30. Got here and was told parts were not here and would take 2 hours for oil change. They called me for appointment and made it? Sitting in trailer which is their customer lounge , old coffee, tv stuck on one channel. Bad experience. The absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The service representatives know zero about customer service; they act like they are doing you a favor and then when they tell you it could be one two or maybe three days they act as if it means nothing for you to be out of you car while they take their sweet azz time repairing your car. I use "repairing"lightly because every time I have gone there I get the infamous "we can't re-create the problem" BS answer. pretty pathetic when you buy a 52,000+ dollar car and you get treated like you drive a 1970s Ford Pinto. I would never buy a Ford car ever again just based off of the pathetic service after the sale I received from Hemet FORD. And it's not only the customers they treat poorly they treat themselves poorly. I heard a service representative trying to get somebody on the radio about six times to come and repair a windshield wiper they got tore off during a car wash. they can't even get their own employees to work together I don't know how they expect to treat customers properly. I have a 2017 Ford Escape for the last 2 years, and absolutely loved this vehicle... bought it as a certified pre-owned vehicle from a reputable Toyota dealership in my home town under the value listed on carfax, I researched the heck out of smaller SUV's and for my 107lb dog and I this was the perfect car... I drove it with kid gloves for over 2 years only driving less than 18k miles- Carfax sent me an alert that my mileage dictates that I should change the sparkplugs which is where this nightmare begins: I took the car to the Ford dealership in Temecula which is where I was staying while waiting for escrow to close on my new house in Hemet they told me it would take a week to schedule an appointment to change out the plugs, so I took it to Firestone complete care where I found very quick but incomplete service, they changed the plugs but could not reset the warning lights which they told me I would have to take to a Ford dealership, so having moved into my new home in Hemet I was pleased that there was a dealership 1/2 mile from my home. I brought it into the dealership and was told that I needed to leave the car for 2 to 3 days. Really! to reset a warning light? I didn't have the time to do so, having to drive 22 miles to work in 2 day's but was told I could get 2 recalls done for the time I had and could bring in on my next day off for the warning light the next week, sounds like a great plan right? Well, a few days later after getting the recalls taken care of, my beautiful pampered car no longer drives and after towing it to Gosch Ford Hemit it has sat for over a week- 7 fricken days for what is told to me diagnoses, my service advocate "Paul" tells me he'll keep me informed; but doesn't and he even had the nerve to give me grief about calling his boss' I've left multiple messages and am always told tomorrow or the next day- it's now 8 fricken day's "Paul" WHAT WILL BE THE ESCUSE TODAY??? read more

I got a letter in the mail for an urgent recall on my airbags, and it said to call the service center for a free repair, and a FREE loaner vehicle. I call, make the appointment, and ask about the vehicle. He said it has absolutely no charge, and it would be easy to get the vehicle. Fast forward, i get here and and everythings set up, i go to get my FREE loaner vehicle. Apparently its not free. Theres a 50 dollar charge to a credit card or debit card. Now, i asked 2 seperate times if it was actually free, i was reassured both times that it was, only to find out that it is not. Im extremely dissapointed in Ford. read more

I've been going to the service department here since 2013. They have always treated me really well. They have never tried to hustle me for work that didn't needed to be done. In fact they repaired an item on my truck for free as it was just barely out of warranty. The service personnel and cashier are always polite, professional and helpful. Recently I purchased a new car here. I had to make 2 trips, because the 1st trip they were playing the game. I came back a second time . I told them straight up, cut to the chase or I'm out. Definitely recommend this place ..devon or deavon forgot the sells man name but he helped us buy our Ford Fusion...it's been 10months so far and I'm still in love with this car..then we came back months later to see if my husband can get out his old car and they was able to help him too !!!! This is seriously the best place ever to get a new car if u have a good down payment . Credit wasn't really an issue they have many different options. My Payments was pretty fair for a brand new car .. I would say that at the beginning I was upset because the sales manger forgot his name but he made us feel uncomfortable because he basically didn't think black people like us made decent bread .he asked us for a w2 and all kinds of other stuff to verify my husband and i income . But we got everything they needed . It seemed like they wasn't expecting us too ,it even seemed like they thought we didn't have the down payment ready Like literally but the next day we brought in our down payment all verified documents and we drove home with our new car. After getting bait and switched and wasting time at Nissan next door, we tried our luck here . What a mistake . We came in and let them know EXACTLY the price my son could afford and payment we could afford and they said NO problem and proceeded to show us 4 cars that "met that criteria "to test drive . After a credit app and wasted time waiting for results and 3 hours later , we were then unpleasantly surprised with a interest rate that was 2x the going rate and car prices 35% over budget . Not only that we looked up blue book values of the cars they tried to sell and they were trying to sell the cars to us OVER blue book value at dealership by 10-20%! So much for Labor Day sale ! More like Labor Day sucker or that's what they thought we were. We went home feeling defeated, tired, scammed, and wasted a weekend day we could have spent doing something more productive . Also my credit and sons credit was DINGED 10 times ! He's a first time buyer and they checked his credit with banks that do not accept first time buyers ! Do not go there. This company and their management have shady business practices. They will tell you they have to run your credit per their policy even though you're obtaining financing on your own through your own bank. They do this so they can try to get you into their financing to make more money on the deal. Additionally they will try to sell you a vehicle purchased by another buyer and then later returned, and claim it as a new vehicle using the fancy term "rewind." Well last I checked, once a vehicle leaves the lot with another buyer, it's a used vehicle. Moreover, they will sit their and claim emphatically that the invoice price they show you is the cost the dealer paid for that specific vehicle; even though it's a fictitious number and there is significant holdback for their profit on that vehicle. Keep in mind folks that the invoice price they show you hasn't been the actual price paid on a vehicle since at least 1995, and dealerships have worked those numbers to better line their own pockets by pulling the wool over their customers' eyes. Lastly, need I mention that Yelp detected several reviews entered by the same IP, probably to inflate the company's rating? Do yourself a favor folks and go somewhere else. read more

Gosh Ford failed to inform me that my 02 Ford Mustang GT needed work, when I specifically asked the service advisor if the knock I heard was taken care of, he assured me that it was nothing to be concerned with. Now my vehicle is sitting in my driveway and needs an engine! Then when I wrote Ford Motor Company, they responded with sorry there's nothing they could do to help me. I couldn't be more disappointed in a customer service department. I purchased my 2015 Ford F-150 at Gosch ford and was given 5 free oil changes. I called yesterday and told the girl that I still had some free oil changes so she looked up my account and booked my appointment. So, today I drove 40 mins to get my free oil change and the service rep tells me that it is expired and I have no more free oil changes. When I asked why the girl didn't tell me this and save me a 40 minute drive, he just shrugged his shoulders. I asked what they can do and he said they can do the oil change but it'll cost me "around" $65. I could get it done closer to my house for less then that. What a joke and that service rep is a horrible employee that could care less about customer service. read more

Even though they're a Ford dealer, they don't offer Ford extended service plan, and sell Automotive First Protection plan. With Ford fusion hybrid it has a 10 year 150,000 mile warranty on the battery, a 5 year 50,000 mile warranty on the power train, and a California emissions warranty so they're only covering less expensive parts They install theft devices on all their cars, and if you don't buy the $900 plus plan, they still make you pay for the device even if you don't want it. Just me writing them a check. At my scheduled appt, Not only was I left there or 3 hours while he was waiting on other "new car buyers", to only showup trying to sell me extended warranties, etc....I understand there is paperwork involved.....but this was just plain disrespectful. I received the paperwork this weekend from the sale and he had filled out the title name incorrectly. When I called his supervisor, I was told to go to AAA to fix it. Just what I want to do....waste more time because the young man didn't know what he was doing. We have also been frustrated with the service when we get the oil changed. I recently bought a CPO C Max vehicle from Gosch Ford after my identical car which I had just had serviced at Gosh the previous month was totaled in an accident. My replacement C Max was exactly what I was looking for but needed a few minor fixes. My service manager Daniel Ventura made me an appointment for service the following day.  I dropped off my vehicle I was thrilled when Daniel surprised me by arranging a free rental for the day. The next morning when I came to pick up my car Daniel had provided for it to be completely detailed. It looked like a brand new vehicle which was great because when I bought the car the staff had stayed on duty to help me past closing time, so needing to rush, it was not super clean on delivery.  On top of that Daniel had gotten my mudflaps from my totaled C Max installed on this vehicle. Yipiee!! All these services were provided free of cost. I asked Daniel how he managed to work such magic. Okay raise your hand if you like car shopping, I sure don't. So what I do is research the heck out of the vehicle I'm interested ( consumer reports, Edmunds, etc). Once I decide on a vehicle, I go to the manufacturer website and build the car and shoot to at least 10 dealerships. Then the frenzy begins. Dealers calling and email me 24/7 for days, weeks, you can tell the professionalism by how the dealers treat you on the phone, now that's a scary ride. Now, to get to the reason for this review, I got a call from Spencer the Internet Sales Manager at Gosch Ford in Hemet, CA. I was so pleasantly surprised by his professionalism, he went out of his way to earn my business ( which is not an easy task) I spoke to him on Saturday and told him what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay. He located the vehicle and we set an appointment for this morning at 8:30 to finalize the transaction, Spencer's was ready and had the car cleaned and filled with gas by the time I got there. He even had a nice surprise for me when I got there, the dealer originally wanted to give me 500 dollars for my trade (which I owed 1400) he spoke to his manager, and was able to get me my full trade payoff ( I know you think they added to my purchase price, not so).
