This is hands-down the best car purchase experience we have ever had. And we have had many! Going in that morning to get an estimate and Robyn in service was incredible. So friendly and knowledgeable! She introduced us to Steve Smith in sales and from beginning to end he was phenomenal! No pressure, super knowledgeable, very friendly. He eased our nerves from what felt like it might be a stressful new purchase to the best day ever. We have a beautiful new 2026 vehicle and we didn't even think something brand new would be an option. Steve worked his magic and made our dreams come true! He then took us over to Mario in Finance to wrap things up and Mario also worked his magic and he was so friendly and fun as well. What an amazing team. I will be taking my kids there for their Car purchases and recommend them to everyone I know. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!!! A++++++ Thank you!

The salesman here are amazing and patient people. First we went to Toyota dealership and the salesman were rude and snobby and looked like we were wasting their time the whole time. Same day we went over to Nissan and got a brand new 2016 Nissan rogue from them. They worked with me and my wife on the deal and it all worked out at the end. I highly recommend this establishment.

the service advisor alwaya push to do works that are not need it , be carefull they will charge tire rotation and not do it .

Beware: Unethical and Deceptive Practices by Ratchets N Wrenches Mobile Mechanic:…read moreI'm writing this review on behalf of my 83-year-old mother-in-law, who had a deeply troubling experience with Danny from Ratchets N Wrenches, a mobile auto repair service. Danny was called to inspect and repair a water leak in her vehicle. He initially quoted $360 via text message--no formal documentation, invoice, or written estimate was ever provided. A few days later, Danny claimed additional parts were needed but failed to specify what those parts were or how much they would cost. Despite multiple requests for a breakdown of charges and parts, no information was given. Then, without warning or authorization for any additional work, Danny texted that the vehicle was "all fixed" and demanded $740--more than double the original quote. At no point was a revised estimate presented, nor was consent given for extra repairs. This lack of transparency and disregard for proper documentation is especially concerning given that the customer is an elderly woman. It's clear she was taken advantage of during this process. Danny's reply was, I can come back and remove all the parts and give your money back, what's an 83-year lady supposed to do? Consumers--especially seniors--deserve honesty, clarity, and respect. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. If you have a like story, please post it to avoid this happening to someone else.

He charged me $750 to remove the intake manifold and starter, which I agreed to in hopes that he would identify the issue with my car. After a day and a half, I received a text saying my engine was seized and would need to be replaced. This was confusing because, during the initial diagnostic, he told me the issue was electrical. I don't believe he even used the proper tool to manually turn the crankshaft. I had my car towed back home, and yesterday I checked over the work myself. I found missing bolts, loose bolts, missing coolant hose clips, and the intake manifold was installed incorrectly--with a coolant hose pinched between the manifold and the alternator. I essentially had to undo everything I paid him to do just to inspect what else was missing or improperly reinstalled. Wires were left exposed and not put back into their plastic sheathing. For $750 in labor, plus $150 for the diagnostic, I expected a much higher level of care, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship. Unfortunately, what I received was far from professional, and I'm left disappointed and frustrated that I now have to fix the very things I paid someone else to do. I don't expect any kind of partial refund or apology, as that would only imply accountability for what I've outlined above.
