We were…read moretalking with the sales person about the deals on newer cars and used ones and what would the best price be. We sat down to discuss some number on a used 2025 Hyundai Elantra with low miles and then the sales manager shows up. At first, it was just asking if we loved the car and I said what is the out the door price. I told him that we just wanted the best and final offer not trying to waste his time or ours that if we liked it we would buy it if not then we would go explore our options. The sales consultant/ manger, AJ El Jaouhari began to be rude towards us in a way trying to say he couldn't give us an estime of what the number would look like until he ran out credit and that he does not control the banks. We just simply wanted to know what can they do but he started to be condescent and rude. We mentioned another dealer was able to get us the payments without running the credit. He said that we were not serious and just looking at a number and that the car is almost brand new and that we wouldn't find any other car like this with the deal he was offering that it didn't make sense and that we would be regretting it: which is why we just ended up saying we would explore our options and not interested at the moment. That guy completely lost our business because we were prepared to buy 2 cars if the deal was made, however, it was his loss and not ours. BEWARE with this guys because he will treat you as if you don't know anything and saying he has 15 years in this business and trying to feel superior. He gave me his card which I immediately threw in the trash once I got out there. Please do yourself a favor and go to another dealer that knows what customer service is.

Kelly's wealth of knowledge and impeccable taste were stand out qualities. Not only fixing the "work" but identified the incorrect parts from "the wrong guy" that i let wrench on my break system but he finished some costly transmission repair, by yet another shop. He diagnosed some rear end "anomalies" I guess we will call them. He got the proper parts from top notch performance suppliers, did way more than I had ever even known was needed. And get this all the work was done by Kelly and his crew perfectly and with the touch of a surgeon. He stored my beautiful hot rod indoors and never once so much as grumbled while keeping it until I was able to make it down from Idyllwild to pick up my ride. No price gouge, no nonsense, just good old fashioned customer service, the way it should be. I own Four vehicles that are each a work of art, at least to me anyway. This is my second experience with Autohaus Bavaria, and once again they exceeded my expectations…read more Last year, I brought my car in for a no crank, no start issue. They quickly diagnosed it as a faulty starter and replaced it. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and I haven't had a single issue since. From start to finish, the experience was unbeatable. This time, I brought my car in for a clunking noise from the suspension, a significant oil leak, and an issue with the passenger automatic seat not working properly. They diagnosed everything accurately and honestly. The clunking turned out to be a loose bolt on the sway bar, and they tightened it without charging me. The oil leak was addressed properly and thoroughly. The best part was the seat repair. They fixed it without charging me because no parts needed to be replaced. That level of honesty is rare and truly appreciated. The quality of work is consistently high, and the turnaround time is hard to beat. During my first visit, Paul assisted me and provided excellent customer service. This time, Joel helped me and was just as professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. Both experiences left me feeling confident and well taken care of. It is not easy finding mechanics who are straightforward about what is actually needed and who do not try to upsell unnecessary repairs. I truly trust this shop and now have a place I feel completely comfortable bringing my car for anything. I will absolutely be returning for regular maintenance. Highly recommend Autohaus Bavaria.

They gave me the vehicle back and it couldn't even go over 35 mph. After I took it to the dealership because these guys said they couldn't fix what they had broken. The dealership told me it would need a whole new harness and they shorted my ECM so I in total it would cost 12k to repair. The vehicle was only 3 years old so their excuse of "wear n tear" is total bs. Not to mention they had the vehicle for over two weeks. I'm very unsatisfied and low key feel like this is a lawsuit. They never mentioned any of these things until I went home with the vehicle and noticed it wouldn't accelerate and the engine light was on. In result we had to trade the vehicle in to get another one and are now upside down on the loan. This was for a GLS 450. What could improve this situation is if they paid me back the money I spent to repair the vehicle and the difference in the loan for having to buy a whole new car due to the damage.
