Disappointing/criminal post sales experience with Tim Moran Chevrolet…read more I purchased a barely used car ~5000 mi from Tim Moran Chevrolet remotely and they charged me for things I didn't get (keys), replaced the mats the car was equipped with using worn mats (easily 50k mi wear from a different model car), delivered the car with no temp registration AND expired tags. They then proceeded to promise to make the issue right claiming they would be overnight sending me the key I paid for (Monday morning 3 weeks ago) and some sort of compensation for getting it programmed and cut, ordering me mats and having those shipped and NONE OF IT HAS HAPPENED. I've been dealing directly with the general manager and sales manager, named below which apparently means nothing. They said $48,000, I asked for a sticker on it, they said it's $48,000come on down, I made the 2 1/2 hour drive, they called me along the way to make sure I was coming, and when I got there, they were super polite, super nice, showed me the Bronco, I said great, I'll take it, when we sat down at the sales table it all of a sudden became $74,000 plus tax and license. Dealer mark up, they said, extras they said. I told them, no, you said $48,000 , they said are you stupid... how about we go $68,000, I said I would think about it and left... This is what is giving dealers bad names.
