While the refund is appreciated, the issue is that a deposit was accepted to hold the vehicle and a delivery appointment was confirmed, yet the vehicle was not protected from sale. For a large franchise dealership, this reflects a breakdown in internal process and inventory control. Buyers leaving deposits should confirm in writing that the vehicle is officially marked sold in the system. Disappointing experience.

I also went in person to try to resolve the issue, and again, no support was provided. This is not a minor problem and appears to be something that may have existed before the vehicle was sold. I would have appreciated transparency or at least a willingness to work toward a solution.
