No one can find the appointment that was made. And they told me that their direct supervisor doesn't work on the weekends and it's only on week days. So then, a different advisor comes, he checks on my windshield, he took photos, he said that someone would reach out to me on Monday. I said okay. Then asked about the update my vehicle needs, he said they cannot work on it because there was no scheduled made for it and will need to get it scheduled. I tried purchasing a used vehicle here a few months ago. I wouldn't even say their advertised prices are great, they are reasonable. Only draw for me was they had the specific car I had with the lowest miles within a 50 mile radius. But I came in and after getting the runaround, test drive, all that. We sit down for numbers and there is almost 4000 dollars of non negotiable fees. Not taxes, DMV, or doc fees, just made up bull shit. Went through two managers past the original sales guy and they weren't going to remove anything. I just left. They kept trying to fear monger and say every other dealership does this. I called another dealership on the way home and was able to just get an actual good deal from a better dealership the same day in way less time than they spent.
