I went at opening on a weekday, so it wasn't crowded. Lily, the sales associate, was very helpful and had the right balance of letting me explore the pieces and making sure I was attended to. When I asked for help in picking out layering necklaces, Lily was great about giving me options and listening to what I liked. It was a really nice way to spend my birthday and appreciated her service and genuine kindness. It started to get busy when I left, and I had a great experience! read more

Loved the pieces that Gorjana had to offer, and I was glad we looked in person as I ended up purchasing pieces that I fell in love with in the store more so than the ones I had initially selected online. The service was so great and attentive (I would recommend going first thing in the morning as it was not busy), and they gave extra love to my dog which is always a win in my book. I had accidentally left my bag (from a different store) at Gorjana, and one of the employees so kindly ran it out to return it to me. read more

I stop by on a Saturday night maybe 30 to 40 minutes before closing needing help with a gift purchase. The associate Grace was very helpful. I know it was the end of the day but she didn't let that stop her from giving top notch customer service. She answered all my questions honestly , not generic or robotic. In these days where customer service is truly lacking she really stepped up to the plate. I also am very happy about the jewelry that I got for a gift. It was received very well. If your in the area give this place a chance. read more

It feels so silly to be so connected to a store but I have to say that this Gorjana has really been a source of support and joy for me for so long. The staff are so sweet, helpful, and kind, and their manager is LOVELY. The energy is so great, and this store is my go to for gifts for others, and for me when I am marking a milestone. From the first piece of fine jewellery I ever bought for myself (after a break up, no less!), to celebrating and commemorating my dog's 10 year gotcha day, all the way to helping my mum rebuild her jewellery collection after my family lost our home in the palisades fire, this store, and it's amazing staff, have been outstanding the whole way. They are attentive, sweet, enjoyable, and have great taste. I will never shop anywhere else for jewellery read more

Worst customer service ever!!! I was given a birthday gift from a friend from this store and I wanted to exchange it for a gold necklace instead of a silver one and they said that they needed the name and contact information of the person who bought it for me. I provided the info and because they didn't have a record of the purchase in their system they couldn't help me. It was a gift! Is everyone automatically entered in their system? I'm sure some people are not. They told me to RE-gift it. Wow!! They just lost a customer and I will tell everyone to beware of shopping there. read more

This company as a whole has excellent customer service. I've been to this location and the one in century city, and their employees are always very nice. I'm a big fan of the jewelry, and recently I lost one of my gold huggies. I knew I was going to just pop by and get a new pair because I loved them, and when I asked the rep to point me towards them in the store she goes "if you have the one earring with you I can replace the pair". Luckily I did! She just took my one earring, handed me a new pair and I was on my way. I was kind of blown away by this, and I was so happy and grateful that they handled it this way! read more

I love this store and the products they carry. I bough two beautiful layering necklaces and love them both! The selection is great and the prices super low. Sales staff is so nice and helpful too! Nice jewelry store. Part of a chain based in Laguna Beach featuring styles that work for women of all ages. Gorjana has more necklaces than anything else. And they are gorjeous... Love the urban-rustic design of the shop. And they have really nice service! Warm hello at the door. Then an offer of water with a choice of still or sparkling. Friendly, low-pressure help checking out styles, with the option of ordering anything out of stock online. I found a nice pair of earrings and they wrapped it up in a pretty gift box. If you have a girlfriend and a gift opportunity coming up, you may want to check it out yourself. And remember, the best gift opportunity is when she's not expecting one. read more

I visited the Venice location this morning to replace some of my Gorjana pieces that had tarnished and broken. The sales associate was incredibly kind and patient, even though I know it was an inconvenience and a bit of a project for her to look up the info for my items. She couldn't have been nicer about it and helped me pick out some cute new pieces I'm so excited to wear. Will definitely come back to purchase more from here. read more

Beautiful store with great customer service! The woman there helped me find my ring size and answered all my questions. I was very excited to pick up some rings for stacking and can't wait to return. I have two necklaces and two pairs of hoops that I love. Such a great brand and really fun to collect new pieces for layering. read more

I had such a wonderful experience today at this location. I was promptly greeted with a warm smile by Christine and friendly hello from Kayla. I was helped by the store manager, Chelsea. We had a long drive to the store so I had a hungry baby that needed to be fed. Chelsea was gracious enough to let me nurse my baby in the lounge and she also offered my husband and I refreshments. She personally walked me through the store, helping me try on beautiful pieces. She also styled me with jewelry that complimented what I was interested in trying on. Kayla, Christine and Chelsea were all so nice and we left the store with 2 pretty pieces that supported CHOC. Super beautiful store with a back patio and lounge. Will definitely be back! read more

Had a great purchase but not with the help of an associate. She was rude, short, didn't even give me a bag for my purchase. Terrible customer service which is unfortunate because I loved my purchase otherwise! read more
