I used to stop in whenever I was in the area. That said, I consistently left feeling confused about the customer service. The team never seems eager or willing to help. I've always had to ask if they have my size or if they can check in the back, and even when making a purchase, it often feels like ringing me up is an inconvenience. There are many great stores in this center, but unfortunately, this location has become my least favorite in terms of service. The designs are great and the value is good, but a bit more warmth and attentiveness would make a world of difference. I've stopped going in for now, but I hope the service improves because the products truly are lovely.

The clothes are very bohemian and run a bit large for this 5'5" & 100 lbs gal! It's frustrating since the flared pants will not fit me. The smallest size they offer is 24 which is more like a 25. If you are my size some of bras and Lycra tops will fit you and a few XS blouses. The designs and styles are trendy and I am jealous of anyone who can wear them:). Make sure to feel the material. Some of the pants can be thick and rough. Have fun!

The store associates are always incredibly helpful and kind, and it's really fun chatting with them. It's like having instant girlfriends shop with me. I'm unfortunately writing this after having had an adverse experience this evening at the Studio City location, where they turned me away when I was making a return. They said that their scanners were new and "weren't working" on return orders. When I shared this negative experience with the sales associates at the Sherman Oaks location, I was met with empathy and compassion. They explained to me that this has been a regular occurrence where customers are turned away from the Studio City store when making returns and that this is against Free People's policy. I was so shocked at hearing this, but also grateful that they took the time to explain to me what happened and that I wasn't alone. I didn't catch their names, but I loved my experience with the two ladies who helped me at the Free People Sherman Oaks location! THANK YOU! :)

I'm 5'2", weigh 145lbs and purchased a M/L (the largest size they offer). When I got home and tried them on, it was extremely difficult just to pull them up. They barely came up, and while trying to pull them up all the way, I ended up putting a huge hole in the back/butt area. Honestly, I can't imagine how anyone taller than me could wear these. You would probably have to be under 5 feet tall to comfortably pull them up. For $27, they were not worth it at all, and I wasn't even able to wear them.

I didn't buy anything during this time, but the male that helped me in the fitting room area was friendly and informative. I know alo is the one known for their popular seasonal colors but the tones Vuori comes out with are more my style. Today, I came in to check out a specific top in two different sizes since I sometimes fall in between depending on the fit. There were three people in-store (2 female, 1 male) & I thought one of the girls was a customer. Turns out, they weren't and they were just talking to personal business to one another. One of the women-skinny blonde-finally asked if I was looking for something, then seemed perplexed when I actually answered. She did find what I wanted, but they only had one size available (I'm going by her word since she didn't offer to check in the back). I then ask to see the same top/different color in the other size and she brought one over. I helped myself to their fitting area and tried narrowing down between the tops. When I went back out, I was still debating on buying, but figured I could always exchange it if another store had the other color/size. The male associate ended up ringing me up, and he actually ended up being helpful with my transaction in addition to any questions that I've had. Being a smaller shop isn't a bad thing, as they've had colors or styles I couldn't find at other larger stores. Mixed bag here at this Studio City location, but overall worth a visit.

So cool. The manager and staff were so pleasant and everyone had such a great time. They have some really fun and beautiful trendy women's clothing with colorful and bold designs. The store has a light and airy interior. In general it's a good value for a contemporary luxury brand, and price points are less than comparable famous Italian and French labels. The brand was founded by Stacey Bendet in 2002. I always manage to find metered street parking in this area, but sometimes you can also find free parking (check the signs for permits!) on the side streets off Melrose and there's a large paid city parking structure near the West Hollywood library off San Vincente Blvd. if you don't mind a 5 to 10 minute walk.

They were very kind and helpful. Right away they told me that they had some items on sale if I was interested. I thanked them and went about my day looking for a pair of skinny jeans and leggings. I found 2, one of each and they got me inside their dressing room. I tried both items, it was a bit tight on me. Prices were reasonable and affordable. I felt a bit disappointed because I liked them both very much. Store and the dressing rooms were very clean, & organized. Will definitely return next time I go to the mall. I brought my dress that was too small for a reference because it was just too small in my breast area. I also brought in the dress that I'm wearing to the wedding that is one size up. That's absolutely too big on me. It's a corset top dress from house of CB. I brought the smaller one as a reference, thinking it would help them. Because I requested to try that on for the woman who is tailoring the dress so she could see how it's supposed to fit... but the owner threw a tantrum and told me he would not do it. I never was treated so terribly by anyone in any establishment like this before. He snapped and threw a tantrum because I wanted to show the woman tailoring the dress. What a psychotic control freak. My sister gets all her items tailored there. She's a dancer. I walked in and was shocked how filthy that place was. I'm stunned this place has any stars.
