The company also uses large 4-hour appointment windows (8 AM-12 PM or 12 PM-4 PM) for inspections. As a landlord, I was uncomfortable sitting outside the property for hours waiting for the technician to arrive, as I did not want to appear intrusive or make tenants uncomfortable. The phone representative assured me the technician would call before arriving, but that did not happen. Overall, the experience reflected poor customer service and poor communication between departments from the very beginning. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Capstone Roofing.

Next, there was another leak after our warantee expired. Then, after all of these repairs, the shingles were cracked. The new roof is costing us even more money to replace their bad work. This company is horrible.

If you have any flexibility with your schedule I would highly recommend that you contact Shane, have him come out for an estimate, and get on his wait list.
