We had a contractor that was building an addition for us and they spent 5 solid weeks full-time working to integrate a new roof into the previous roof of our home that was built in 2018. Their so called work led to 3 major leaks, including one that flooded our master bedroom. Not much fun waking up at 2:30am and stepping into an inch of water around our bed. ARRGH!!! The Roofer came in, tearing down all the previous done crap work and doing it correctly in about a week, right on schedule and right on budget. You do not have to look any further for a Sonoma County roofer- Bryan and his employees are truly the best. We got several estimates and we were getting close to the rainy season. As a matter of fact, it rained a few days after they finished. Bryan gave us the best estimate and best professional results. This guy is the worst. A scam artist. Honestly, he should lose his license based on the the work he did on our house. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau about him. He came out to our house to do a roof inspection (which is supposed to be free) and then he started doing repairs on a skylight leak without our authorization, but he didn't even fix the leak! Charged us $375 for probably 15 minutes of repair work that, again, DIDN'T fix the problem. When I called him to tell him the roof is still leaking from the exact same spot, he said he would be happy to come out and charge us a minimum of another $375 to look at it again. The guy is a dishonest fellow, unprofessional, poor communicator, and honestly feels like he stole $375 from us. Stay away from this roofer. read more

Bryan and his crew recently put a new roof, eves and repaired the gutters on our home. I knew he'd be great because my sister, who is an architected, used him on some top end projects. Needless to say, he came through once again. After giving me a very competitive quote, he made some recommendations for a few changes which made all of the difference in the world. Brian communicated everything clearly. He ventilated the new roof thoroughly so our home now smells clean. No more eau d'mildew! The Roofer replaced our shake roof last week with a composite, along with the gutters. The crew was fast, cleaned up after themselves and kept us apprised of progress. When they found they were able to use the existing plywood, they told us and took the cost off the bill. We had a little rain a couple days ago and, of course, no leaks. Our 20-year old wood shake roof needed replacement. Bryan and his crew came through on-time and at the agreed-upon price. The new roof is composite, so all new plywood had to be installed along with new gutters and downspouts. Bryan and his crew were clean and on-time. Brian and his crew were great. When they were called he came out as scheduled for an estimate. He was uncertain as to the extent of the damage of the roof under the shingles. He gave us a quote to include sheathing for the whole roof and another for just the bad spots. Most of the roof was still in good shape but he and his men replaced the plywood that wasn't and replaced and sistered any trusses that were bad. They were prompt, courteous, and on budget. Bryan was referred to us by my boss who is pretty picky. If he speaks highly of someone they must be good. So we had him give us an estimate and he came to our house when he said he would and explained to us, in detail, what was wrong with our roof and what he would do if he replaced it. We owed it to ourselves to get a couple of other estimates and Bryan agreed that we should. It was hard to find anyone that would call back promptly to give us another but finally they all came on the same Thursday. I then called about four references of Bryan's and after hearing from them what a good guy he was and the great jobs he did I didn't wait for the other estimates to come in the mail. I called Bryan and he started on Monday He showed up at the time he said (unlike most contractors we have dealt with). It is now Tues. night and besides the beautiful new roof and gutters you can't tell anyone was doing that messy of a job at our home. Today now that the roof is done we received two estimates in the mail that were both 2,500.00 - 3,800.00 dollars more than Bryan's and using a lighter weight tar paper and unknown costs for dry rot/ etc. If anyone were to ask us if we know of a roofer, we would highly recommend Bryan without a doubt.
