First of all you truly can't tell when you're in the restaurant that you're in a hotel. It feels very cozy inside. We've been here several times over the years and have never been disappointed. We went with the littles and they had the typical pasta with butter and chicken fingers. We shared their special heirloom tomato and burrata salad over arugula. So fresh. So delicious. For our entrees, hubs had the porterhouse steak and I had the ravioli Norma (eggplant). Both were beyond delicious. The porterhouse steak could literally be cut with the side of a fork. Cooked a perfect medium rare. They make all the pasta in house so obviously it's insanely delicious. The sauce couldn't have been better. Our waiter was very attentive, kept our water and wine full, kids liked him. Just a really friendly guy. Cannot recommend this place enough for locals or tourists.

We started with their focaccia and it turned out to be the very best thing we ate. I had the special pasta with chicken -- which was okay but it was so heavy that I could only eat a small portion of it. Too much cream, too much butter. Others had the salmon (said it was ok, not great) and one person had the special pork chop (said again, it was okay, not great). The menu is so limited -- that we all ordered things that weren't what we would have liked. And it was expensive. So we won't be back.

Celeste has an Iberian influenced (Spain/Portugal) menu as opposed to Trio which was Italian. For apps we had the Patatas Bravas (incredible) and the charred octopus. Being Portuguese, I know good Octopus and this was ELITE. For Entree I had the Romesco Cod (again Portuguese approved as we LOVE us some cod) My date had the Halibut which is her usual (she lives in Gansett and comes here often) I tried her dish and it was perfect! We shared the pistachio tiramisu and it was a perfect way to end an unforgettable dinner. The waitress was on point the whole dinner. I believe her name was Anastasia. They didnt have any cortados in the coffee menu, but Anastasia said she could make one for me and boy did she nail it! The location is also great. We went for a stroll on Narragansett beach ( a short walk from Celeste) after dinner and caught a beautiful sunset. I haven't posted a review in a while, but I had to share my experience. Highly recommend. Only took one photo as we were a bottle of wine in when it occurred to me that I should document the experience for Yelpers.

We honestly couldn't have asked for better staff interaction. Everyone was friendly, personal and genuinely cared about our time there! Also hats off to the chef! Jared told us he was the best and I can agree! This was quite possibly one of the best meals I've had all year! We shared a special of the night ( goat cheese, beets, peaches and hot honey) and the salad that is set to be a new menu item. Everything was locally sourced and these dishes were a 10/10! It was hard to choose and entree so Emily C and I split the cod and the steak sirloin. The cod was to die for. The best I've ever had. The sirloin was chefs kiss and the sauce and asparagus it paired with (and potatoes too) were all out of this world! While i was already full, the dessert menu is a must. We went with a lemon dessert and oh my goodness was it to die for! Drinks were amazing too---I had a spritz and a very tasty mocktail! Ambiance both inside and outside are beautiful. Since it was a sunny summer night we sat outside, but inside is equally stunning. It is very upscale chic and so pretty! Thank you for a wonderful experience! I'll be back for the staff, especially our server David, another drink, the eggplant sandwich and more of the dessert menu! I see why Yelp raves about this new spot! It is !

We decided on ChopHouse Grille last minute and was able to get a reservation. We saw other reviews…read morethat mentioned the food and service was good so we thought we would give it a try. We drove up to the building and there really is nothing special about it, very few windows and some over grown trees in the parking lot. I didn't have high hopes. When entering into the restaurant the appearance of the bar and dining area was actually decent. Wood floors, wooden tables and a nice atmosphere at the bar. There was a bit of a cleaning supply/bar smell when you first walk in. Again I wasn't expecting much. The kids ordered a small Caesar salad and pasta with butter as their main dish. My husband and I both ordered the marinated grilled chicken with vegetables and potato. A fresh hot loaf of bread with butter was placed on the table right away. It was definitely out of the oven hot and delicious. The kids devoured most of it and we ordered a second one. The waitress, Grace was very attentive and ensured we had everything we needed for the table. I have to say the service was excellent as expressed on other reviews. Definitely a plus with kids! Our kids devoured the Caesar salad. It had fresh lettuce, shredded cheese, croutons and well mixed in dressing. They loved it! When our main dishes arrived, it looked promising, two pieces of nicely grilled chicken on the dish. When I tasted it, I was impressed! It was delicious! Perfectly grilled, not rubbery, and very tasty. The meal came with a side sauce of our liking. I chose the lemon butter on recommendation of the waitress. Perfectly paired! The kids pasta and butter was buccatini and was nice and hot, with a side of potato chip fries. Very good and very unique. They ate it all! Overall, ChopHouse Grille exceeded my expectations. While it isn't on the same level as a special occasion restaurant like the Coast Guard House, it offers solid food, excellent service, and a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. We never felt out of place dining with our kids, and the staff made the experience easy and enjoyable. I would definitely return to try one of their steaks next time. If you're looking for a comfortable spot for a family dinner with consistently good food and service, I'd happily recommend giving it a try.

My best friend loves the spot because they have a lot of GF options. Tonight we got cocktails, soup and opted to split a sandwich. We asked if the tots were GF, and Max, our amazing waiter said that they weren't. He not only split our anarchies in half on separate plates but gave me the tots and my best friend fries. It was a small gesture, but it meant so much! This spot is beautiful and worth checking out! :)

Nothing fancy inside or out, but who cares when the food served and service provided are outstanding. FIVE Stars does not fairly measure our level of satisfaction with our dining experience from food to service to cost. Warm crusty bread loaf with EVVO Dip was brought to table right away. The dip was the most flavorful I have had in a restaurant. Orders included: Blue Mussels Appetizer in a Gorgonzola broth with onions, a special. (Large quantity $13.) Amazing! Seafood Risotto -- Outstanding! Perfectly cooked rice base with lobster, scallops and shrimp. Seasoned skillfully. Filet Mignon -- with a blue cheese sauce was tender and flavorful. Lazyman Lobster -- Seafood stuffed (1 1/4 pound) was my selection. Surprised the crumb topping enhanced the rich buttery seafood. I usually toss it aside. Would order again! (Only $34.99) The sides were also very good: Smashed garlic mashed Homemade warm golden hued Kettle Chips Al dente Broccoli Medley of seasonal vegetables Only one exception: A side order of French Fries was not appetizing. It tasted greasy and was over salted. Fries were on thin side and stuck together. Overall, food exceeded our expectations, and we are eager to return. We are interested in trying one or more of their FOUR Calamari Apps. I am intrigued by the Thai style one with a peanut sauce. They have a Lounge Menu and a Dining Room menu with creative seafood and steak options. We believe Mariners is far superior to nearby George's Restaurant in Galilee in food prep, service, and cost.

Very nice dinner at Mariner Grille last night. The restaurant was nothing fancy, inside or out, but…read morethe food was tasty & the prices were reasonable. There is ample parking around the restaurant, which is located in a plaza. We asked for a table rather than a booth & were accommodated. I ordered a glass of Chateau Ste. Michelle Riesling & my friend an Aperol Spritz. Our pleasant young waitress had no knowledge of the alcoholic beverage menu, explaining that she wasn't old enough to drink. We literally had to point it out on the menu so she could copy it to her order pad. The wine pour was generous. We were served a complimentary loaf of bread warm from the oven with an olive oil dip. Delicious! For our mains, I ordered the broiled sea scallops ($26), one of their nightly specials. I chose rice as one of my sides & asked if they could steam some broccoli for the other, which they did. My friend ordered the Garlic Parmesan Mushroom Chicken ($20) with angel hair pasta. Both were large servings & very good. We ordered a piece of their chocolate cake to share for dessert, which the restaurant generously comped as it was my friend's birthday. The entire bill came to just under $72 before tip. Unfortunately, there is a 3.5% upcharge if you use a credit card, a practice I truly dislike.
