We visited with our RI Food Fights Sandwich coupons and were super impressed! First off, a good sandwich needs to start out with quality bread and Pasta Patch used bread from Buono's Bakery, which is the best around. We ordered an Italiano and a Beef Arosto, which were both so delicious, and were a very good size. The sandwiches were made right in front of us, which was really fun to watch. Pasta Patch seems to be very popular, and there were quite a few people in and out while we were there. This is a take out business and there isn't a seating area inside. They also have homemade pasta, pizzas, and prepared items such as lasagna, chicken dishes, eggplant parm, meatballs, and soups. When I looked at the menu online, I thought the prices were high, but after visiting and seeing the quality of the food, I think the prices are very fair. We loved our sandwiches and I'd like to go back and try other items as well.

Went for the homemade pasta which is what they are known for and will be going back for the homemade pasta! PP prepares heat and serve Italian food to go which is perfect for busy days when you don't wanna cook at home! Aside from pasta and variety of meals, they have fresh bread, wine biscuits, variety of soups, variety of sauces, pizzas, and salads. The fresh Pasta was a knockout no doubt! Super fresh and will prob get a sauce to go with it next time! I also got a chicken parm and lemon chicken entree. The chicken parm was pretty good, nothing to go running back for as well as the lemon chicken. Would prob give some of their entree selections a try though!

Excellent food, large serving sizes at a reasonable price. My only complaint is that they run out of some items quickly.

Food is good but much more expensive than it was in the past. It used to be my go to in a pinch or for a party.

My aunt just brought this fresh pasta, pink sauce, and prepared chicken parm, and I will tell you, it was quite good.

The place was crowded ... that's for sure. So they must be doing something right. Sadly, not sure…read morewhat that is as this was as mediocre (if not slightly below mediocre) a restaurant as we have visited in a while. The food ... Probably the least impressive part of our meal was the food. Everything tasted bland and thrown together with no care. The menu has all the typical bar food staples ... nothing really imaginative or special. Including the taste. Seasonings are minimal. We had the grilled chicken Caesar salad ... bland and zero taste other than the lettuce. The best thing I can say about the salad was that the lettuce seemed fresh. The $8 add on chicken was half a chicken breast ... very dry and zero seasoning. No herbs, no salt ... no flavor. It had just been tossed into some kind of panini press and had some weird crusty reaidue on it that didn't look like chicken. The salad dressing was basically white mayonnaise. No lemon, garlic, etc. flavours ... just mayonnaise. It was described as 'house made'. Better to buy bottled, in that case. The pizza was bland too. The cheese had no flavour at all. Not even cheesy ... it was just kind of on the pizza. The crust was like a cracker. The chicken had some onions on it, which was really the only existence of any taste ... the rubbery chicken bits were probably the other half of the panini pressed chicken breast from my Caesar salad. The beer and cocktail list were good with a lot of IPAs, although not as many local names as we expected. The beer was shockingly expensive. A single can of Greater Good IPA was $12. With the tip and tax on that, you could buy a 4-pack at the store. Cocktails ranged between $16 - $18. The food prices as well were in the stratosphere. We just got back from a wedding at Disney World and the restaurant prices here were actually more than the prices of the Disney restaurants! If the food was good, I wouldn't complain about a $25 chicken Caesar salad or $24 burger. A salad with steak tips added would cost almost $35. For average food that didn't taste very fresh ... this isn't a place we'd return to. It's kind of a 'hey brah' vibe at the bar and the 'restaurant' space isn't very big. Most of the tables even in the restaurant are high tops, so be okay with that if you plan to dine there. The best thing I can say about this place is the vibe was cozy and the music was good. One real big red flag was that we watched a staff member drop something on the dirty floor that would be used on the tables by diners ... pick them up and continue to put them on the table. We also watched a food busser empty trash cans and then pick up plates of food and bring them to a table without washing their hands. Otherwise the staff was very personable.

Parking is available in large parking lots. When we went it was during lunch time and was not too busy so we were sat down right away. We ordered lobster mac and cheese and Caesar salad to start. Caesar salad was nice and light. Lobster mac and cheese was delicious. We ordered bucatini and frutti de mare for our entree. Bucatini was tasty and thick pasta was interesting. Frutti de mare was flavorful. Lots of seafood and great flavor coming from it. Service was excellent and servers were very attentive. Overall the place was good. Food was good and service was excellent. Price is a bit on the higher side. Solid restaurant.

For the most part, I loved everything! The staff was really nice, the food came quickly, and the drinks were good. The scallop entrée with risotto was really good. I do wish there were more vegetables than carrots and peas, but not a huge deal. The Arancini was really good, but it needed more sauce. There was a little green sauce at the bottom of the plate, but I wish there was more . Unfortunately, I did not love the calamari. It felt over fried and was quite crunchy so I would not order that again. However, I would definitely go back and I would try a ton of new items.

They have the regular hanging sandwich menu boards, a regular Friday menu, and a specials menu. It was a difficult decision to decide what to have to eat. I chose off the specials menu - Chicken Pomodoro. Omg, heaven on a plate! Lightly sauteed chicken cutlets with the most delicious sauce, with a whole plum tomato. I chose the capellini pasta as recommended by Tracy, Chef's wife. Sooo, sooo good!! My husband chose the lasagna from the regular menu, with extra sauce on the side. It was a huge piece that he couldn't finish (but brought it home), full of meat and cheese. Service was great, there were quite a few tables that were being served, but we didn't feel like we were neglected. When our dinners came is when we got our bread with the most delicious dipping oil. My husband already decided what he wants to eat the next Friday night we decide to go here. Definitely no frills, but there is a full service bar. Not sure if they take reservations, but we went early enough. Parking lot could get tight, especially if driving a truck. The hostess put me on hold to get the manager. When the manager (or whoever Tracy is) picked up, she just said hello. After a long pause I told her I was just waiting for someone to get back to me and she said she was that person. I let her know, again, that my order was missing an item. She then told me that she confirmed with her chef and wait staff that the item was made and it is not currently in house. I was immediately annoyed because I didn't call to argue with her about it. I let her know that I definitely did not have the item to which she responded with an exasperated sigh. I again asked to be refunded the cost of that one item. She had the nerve to ask if I would prefer a gift card instead. I let her know that I would have no use for the gift card since I won't be back because of her horrible attitude. She then told me she doesn't have an attitude and that she was just letting me know her understanding of the situation to figure out what went wrong. I told her, which should be common sense, that she should definitely figure out what went wrong from the restaurant but that I didn't need to be part of that conversation nor was it my job to help her figure out where the staff messed up. She finally relented to say she would refund the card. On a positive note, the food that we did receive was good, but there is good food everywhere. The service is definitely not just lacking, but is overly antagonistic, completely inappropriate, and not fit for any restaurant.
