So many really cool items here!! Ready made meals, cheeses, pizzas, pastry, fresh pastas, jar sauces....and so much more! My friend bought a variety of items to make meals fore a few days in a row, she said it was all delicious!

We just finished dinner at Pasquale's across the street, so dessert was of course the next thing to do. Especially since they are related. We walked across the street and walked right in. It's a smaller store but has a lot to offer. They have various Italian items and Gelato. You can get a few meals, cheeses, meats, desserts, pastries, grocery items and much more. I could have looked at items for a while if I had the time. We opted for some gelato. Gosh, it was so good! So light! There were about 10-12 different flavors when we visited. They were nicely packed in. We all got different flavors so it was nice to try each others. They were all so good. Gelato just hits different. The staff were kind, and helpful. They managed to help everyone and get them through the line with ease. This is the perfect spot for an afternoon treat, an easy dinner, snacks for a girls night or just a sugary treat after dinner.

Owned by the same folks who own Pasquale's jut accross the way in South County Commons, Neapolis brings a delicious concept to the area. Fresh, fast, ready-made Italian pizza by the slide (roman style), and various types of sandwiches made to order. I believe the slice certain meats themselves in house, which just adds to the freshness. Some of the breads are also made in house and the sandwich I had was the Classico. It was made with DOP Buffalo mozzarella, Parma Prosciutto, olives and EVOO on house made bread. It was so delicious I didn't even snap a picture - my bad. I ordered a few roman style slices, one with peperoni, one with spinach and a few other veggies, and the one pictured - prosciutto, arugula and burrata. They were all delicious and the prosciutto is amazing quality. You can ask to have your pizza or sandwich heated. There are a few dine in tables and some imported foods straight from various parts of Italy. They also offer gelato, which I unfortunately was unable to try that day, but it looked so good. The service was fast and friendly, and the staff are knowledgeable and passionate about the food the make. My only complaint is that this establishment is 40 minutes from my house which means I can't patronize it as much as I want. Would highly recommend if you're in the area, and even if you're not, you should make an effort to stop by! It's also great to bring over to the local brewery in South County Commons - Tower Hill - for some seriously delicious eats while enjoying the beer over there. Can't wait for my next visit.

What a great find. This shop is amazing from fresh pasta, pre made meals, deli meats to Italian products. I could go on and on. The service was great, helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was very welcoming. The caprese pasta salad so good. Eggplant parm delicious. Tiramisu was labeled the best my friend has had in years. Marinaded olives were delicious and did not last long. The butternut squash soup so thick and tasty. Will be returning soon to try more of the many options.

Discovered this place a few months ago my son and I walked in here after eating pizza across the street and we absolutely love the gelato and now that it's colder my husband and I love the authentic tasting cappuccino's taste just like the ones we used to have at the Sicilian bars. Amazing customer service very chill vibes in here with Italian music playing in the background and real Italian bar feel to it minus the crowds from Italy.

Was craving porchetta so. I stopped in, also grabbed a selection of pastas and a jar of yellow tomatoes. then I picked up some eggplant, chicken parm, stuffed shells and a great hunk of cheese, we ate very well! Really nice people behind the counter.

Neapolis is a small Italian grocery with pizza by the slice and gelato. They do have a small counter seating area inside if you wish to eat your pizza or gelato in-house. There is one public bench just outside their door as well. The store offers many pre-made food items to go such as lasagna, eggplant parm, soups and more. They also sell the raw ingredients you may need for cooking such as olive oil, boxed pasta, flour to make pasta, canned tomato, etc. The staff were super friendly and helpful. In reply to my inquiry, I was told they make the pasta in their pre-made meals. I definitely need to get me some of those. This visit we bought flour to make pasta, olive oil and gelato. That coffee gelato is molto bene! Wow did I enjoy that. And the price on the olive oil was good. Definitely plan to return. Check it out.

Grabbed a quick pizza slice early afternoon and it was okay. The dough tasted stale, but the ingredients were more fresh. $5 was the cost for a slice that wasn't too big. The slice I bought had prosciutto and broccoli rabe on it and they were actually generous with the amount of meat. On the pricey side for a slice like this and I noticed everything else in there was expensive too. I won't give it 3 stars because the place to get pizza is right across the street at Pasquale's and they probably have better gelato and other products.

One of the best sandwiches of my life! Love that it was made to order. The bread was so fresh, the pesto outstanding and that pistachio crunch

    saddest meatball sandwich ever

Stopped by for lunch dying to check this place out because we love Pasquale's. Ordered a meatball grinder (made to order) & chicken parm from the grab & go cooler. The chicken parm was good but pretty overpriced for what it was. Not worth driving back for but this was the best part of our visit. The meatball grinder was so disappointing. It had 4 tiny meatballs in the whole sandwich with next to no cheese or sauce and was 90% bread. For the price this was a huge rip off. My husband opened it and laughed out loud at how crazy it looked. The taste was as mediocre a it looked, dry and needed salt along with a handful of other things to save it. What a bummer especially for our wallet.

Stopped in for a quick bite, grabbed some pizza and was delish! Homemade ice cream was fantastic! Can't wait to stop back in!

That price is INSANE-some on now....smh

Yes the prices are steep but the food is delicious. I frequently stop to get a slice or some calzones. Dont forget to grab a gelato before heading out.

My family wanted to stock up on fresh pasta before the recent snowstorm, and after I had purchased their fresh pasta during the Newport summer Farmers' Markets, we decided to take a trip to Tiverton and check out the brick n' mortar. The shop has ample parking outside- you won't be staying for long, as the inside consists of a counter, a freezer, a fridge, and a display case, all chock full of made to order pastas and frozen meals (love the chicken parm!). You'll be in and out quickly with high quality and affordable noshes in no time. The pasta can be easily frozen and stored to last, so stock up while you can! It's a small space, but the quality of the product is unmatched. We called ahead of time to ensure they had the fettuccine we were seeking, and the clerk was pleasant and professional both on the phone and in person. Until the Farmers' Markets restart in May, the Little Rhody Pasta Co.'s shop is fully worth a check out!

We went on Thursday and we were the only people in the store. When we walked in, there was a table that said bread, but there was no bread available. There was one cooler that had frozen raviolis and then another cooler that had fresh pastas in addition to fresh ready bake meals like chicken, veal parmesan and meatballs. I bought the spicy rigatoni, which was fresh and frozen prosciutto and cheese ravioli as they were not any fresh ravioli. The price I paid was pretty reasonable and comparable to the other store that I go to. My friend bought six meatballs, which were made of pork, beef, and veal with one package of frozen prosciutto raviolis. Her total came to about $30. I was so excited to try the prosciutto raviolis. Tonight, we followed the directions, even though we've made raviolis many times, but the raviolis split apart and the ones that didn't stuck together. There were 10 raviolis in the package I bought. They were very filling, I ended up eating about four of them, but didn't like the flavor. They were very smoky and tasted like bacon not prosciutto. I did like that they had an Narragansett Creamery ricotta in them though. Overall, I was disappointed with the taste and the quality of the raviolis. I'm glad that they have very good ratings and people like them because I always want to see a small local business succeed. The taste and consistency just wasn't for me. I'll stick with my other place as a ravioli are fresh and I've never had one thing from them that wasn't a 10.

Decent ravioli, not the best dine in experience…read more Came here as a lunch option for the area. The inside is well decorated and there was a lot of coolers with pasta and raviolis. We went to the front and ordered the butternut squash ravioli in butter sauce and their lobster roll special. Food came out in a reasonable timeframe, we perused the oils and vinegars while we waited. The lobster roll was a flop. Dry lobster on top of lettuce barely warmed on a non toasted hot dog bun. It's a ravioli shop, so I didn't have high expectations, but figured they have worked with lobster before so I had higher hopes The ravioli we got were also a pretty big flop. Raw uncooked pasta in broken butter sauce and no seasoning. The butternut squash filling was puréed to heck and reminded me of frozen butternut squash sides you buy from the grocery store. Not bad, but lacking. The fries and onion rings were good. Bagged but good quality, the highlight of our meal. The staff were friendly, and the space was small but cozy. I highly suspect the faults of the kitchen are mainly due to them not having dine in orders frequently. I would stick with the prepared pastas and make whatever you buy at home.

They also now have desserts and I loved the personal size fruit tart, and oh the to go with your coffee in the morning is a must try! I absolutely love Belmont and rave about it to people, it's kind of become a destination to me…read morewhenever I'm in the area. Their selection of prepared foods, including vegetarian friendly ones, is massive, and I often get a bunch on "lazy weeks" and they are such a big help with meal planning. Their fresh desserts and breads are amazing, I always get their mini bagels. I shopped the last hour of the day on a weekday most recently to avoid the usual crowds since the aisles can get tight, but almost everything was gone except cinnamon Raisin bagels (for obviously reasons lol). I was sad to see the selection so low, but I guess these are hot items and sell out earlier in the day?? I had no idea but will plan around this next time. They have a lot of interesting dairy free and vegan options in the dairy section that I don't see elsewhere, or that I saw at Belmont years before I saw in other places - they are ahead of the times! Some items here will run you $1-$2 more than they would in another grocery store though, so in the future I think I will stick to specialty items I can only find here, and will drag myself to another grocery store for my basics, because the upcharge here is a little nuts. A frozen bag of broccoli florets was at least twice if not triple the price it would be at another store, and it was a basic brand I'd never even heard of. I do love their natural self care section and what I'll call the "items perfect for gifting" section as soon as you walk through the door - I always have to smell the local lavender. There are a ton of unique sections and offerings here that make the upcharge on other items kindaaaaa worth it (if I don't think about it for too long). All in all I'm a huge fan and will continue to look forward to future trips here! A couple small areas of improvement though: - Something about their prepared foods makes them seem to go bad pretty quickly, like within 3 days - the oils just go rancid on certain things, or they start tasting off. I know prepared items don't have a long shelf life in general, and I don't know what it is about these specifically, but they seem to turn quicker than options from other places - Service is typically pretty helpful when checking out, but on my last visit, the cashier and bagger didn't even greet me and were too busy talking and laughing with each other to even really acknowledge me. I got home and realized the instant coupon on something I bought wasn't even scanned, which was annoying because that was a big reason I bought that item specifically, and it's RIGHT THERE - isn't that cashier 101 to scan the instant coupons??
