Our server was attentive and the bartender/manager was engaged and fun to talk to. Our entrees were fantastic. The Chicken Parm Sandwich is a unique open faced sandwich and full of sweet and savory flavor. I subbed a salad in place of potatoes. It was served ahead of my entree which was nice. The salad was fresh with a tasty blue cheese dressing and sesame seeds. The French toast is also a good choice. The serving sizes were good. Sunda brunch also offers bottomless mimosas. Returned to Goose 120 on a rainy night. Cocktails were good. Trish's daiquiri was unusual but good. There was an extra flavor in it not usually found that was intriguing. Dinners were good, vodka chicken and chicken piccata. Service was technically good, but after we didn't bite on dinner or wine upsells, I got a vibe that was not warm and fuzzy. Going out to dinner is expensive in 2026 and I want to get as much bang for the buck as I can and not be made to feel unappreciated for it. read more

This is our second time being here the food is always so good. Love to hit happy hour for half priced house wine. I got the fettuccine Alfredo with crispy chicken. It was so good and rich. Highly recommend their bread platter and trying their orange rosemary honey butter. The flavor is unmatched. My fiancé got the Chicken Piccata which he said was good but wished his chicken could have come crispy like mine. I wanted to love Goose120 because it's right by my house and it's from one of my favorite restaurant groups (of Taxi's, Stokin' Goat, and Stokes fame), but unfortunately, Goose 120 is a notch below the other offerings from the restaurant group. First off, the ambiance is very stuffy. It has the old timey feel that Taxi's sort of has, but in an actually older style feeling, not just for the show of feeling like you stepped into a '70s era eatery. The service was excellent and I did enjoy the little geese decorations, but other than that, I felt out of place, like I was too young to eat here. We started with the parmesan truffle fries, and they were pretty tasty, but simple. Not anything to write home about, but a nice little starter to just munch on while the main entrees are on the way. My husband and I got two entrees to split. Both were pretty heavy, even though we tried to go on the lighter side. The grilled salmon was a pretty large filet, set atop asparagus and rice. But because of the large size, it was pretty dried out and not moist and flaky like the best salmon filets are. Our other entree was the Bolognese Bianco, which had beef, veal, and pork, a white cream sauce, and parmesan on top. This was lighter only because it was pasta vs. a big hunk of fish. The sauce was delicious, so I would recommend this if you're in a pasta mood. Dessert wise, we had the tiramisu, and I didn't even get a photo of this because we did not enjoy it at all. It tasted like it was made with just plain cream cheese vs. mascarpone, because there was zero sweetness to this. Just a plain cream cheese flavor with espresso. One of the worst tiramisu versions I've had in Omaha (it's my favorite dessert so I've had a lot). So I would say for me, this is the bottom of the totem pole in the Restaurant Inc. family of eateries. You may have a different experience if you try it out, but that was how we felt about Goose120. read more

Very lively and huge space for lots of people to come and dine in! Love the outdoor seating also. Food was amazing I had the pesto and I'm not for sure if it was just me but the pasta was super salty. This place is consistently good! We had a party of 13 for lunch and were seated in the "blue room" which was perfect for our chatty group of gals. Our waitress Madeline was awesome and made sure we were well taken care of. I had a cup of the smoked tomato basil soup and a side salad with pomegranate vinaigrette. Both were so good I would definitely recommend I wished I would've gotten a bowl of that deliciousness instead of the cup. This was not my first time there and will not be my last. read more

This is a 3.5 for me. The food was good but for the price it left me a little disappointed. I tried the vodka chicken and stuffed mushroom sausage appetizer. The stuffed mushrooms came in a soup container and filled with liquid. I have NEVER seen them served this way. It just be like this for delivery but it was strange to me. The sauce was good though and they were tasty but they were very expensive for what they were. I believe almost $18... for an appetizer. The Vodka Chicken was pretty good too but I felt like the chicken did not have much char and felt a little underwhelming. It needed another minute or two to develop some flavor. The chicken was extremely lacking. Portion wise it wasn't even full of pasta, it was very little pasta for again a very steep price of $30 or so. I am sure the other food is also pretty good but I just don't see this food as worthy of the price tags they are assigning to them. If it was another $5 cheaper then what it is I would say it would be a decent place to go to.. but for now, I'd probably skip returning. read more

I had heard a lot about Goose120 on social media, so I was excited to try this new spot. However, based on the food, service, and general vibe of the place, I will not be back. We started by ordering two bread baskets and an order of the brussels sprouts. After about 20 minutes, our server brings out two charcuterie boards. We told him we didn't order this, we ordered the bread basket (an almost $40 difference in total.) He was quick to apologize and left the boards for us to eat, as well. This was great until we got the check and saw the charcuterie boards remained on the tab; this was remedied, but annoying. The brussels sprouts were not good. They looked incredible, but the flavor was odd/overly salty and the sprouts themselves tasted undercooked and hard. The bread basket ended up being delicious. It look a LONG time to get our meals. We had been there for over an hour by the time our food came out. I had the potato gnocchi with pesto. It was good, but not great. That seemed to be the consensus of every member of our party; the food was good, but it would have been as good if I made it myself. There was nothing spectacular about it. We finished with dessert of tiramisu and hazelnut creme brulee. Both desserts tasted like they had been taken out of the freezer and not left to sit long enough before being served. The tiramisu was severely lacking in coffee flavor and the ladyfingers were dry. The creme brulee had a delicious flavor, but the custard was thick and solid. Note that there are no offerings for birthdays. What really disappointed me was the service. Not only was it slow, but we also rarely saw our server. I would have liked to order a second drink once we started dinner, but we didn't see our server again until the check came out. With so many fabulous eateries around Omaha, I cannot say I will ever return here or recommend this spot to someone. read more

I wish I could say something good about Goose120, but after waiting for about 10 minutes to be seated right after opening, we decided to leave. They were definitely not ready for customers. A party of five came in just before us, and experienced the same thing. There was no host, and the only workers were two guys clattering around in the dining room setting tables, apparently. We recently dined in to celebrate my moms birthday and all enjoyed our meals. We started with sausage stuffed mushrooms which were good but topped with a chunk of buffalo mozzarella that was not melted, which was a bit odd to me. We sampled a bit of everything for mains -steak, pasta, burgers, etc. my ribeye was huge and perfectly cooked. The consensus of our table was that all of the meals were really good, but not necessarily "great." I love the location, our server was attentive and I enjoyed the drink list. We recommended some great appetizers, and I really enjoyed the bruschetta. It's little crunchier than say the Stokin' Goat's but I really enjoyed the dressing on the arugala. I opted for the salami sandwich and it was GREAT. My palate isn't super seasoned but I swear one of the pieces of meat is bologna, but has a super Italian name. SYNTHETIC OIL OR BLENDED? First, I want to say something about Mel. She may be the best waitress in the country. Competent, knowledgable and a joy to be around. That said... The reviews on this place are outstanding, so we tried it, and were highly disappointed. Many people like this kind of Italian food menu, some do not so what I write here is probably centered more on personal taste. No spaghetti. No lasagne. No stuffed shells. Only expensive sounding things that were, well, expensive. It must be new wave that the upper crust of us has the sophistication to understand, but the only word I could think of after not finishing my dish was flavorless and oily. I had the closest thing to spaghetti that they offer, very thick spaghetti noodles covered in a near-flavorless oil with a few--very few--pieces of some kind of cheese thrown in and two small slivers of crostini on the side. Kathy's veal dish included a very oily but also low-flavor risotto, the most prominent taste of which were English peas. She chose this dish because she had heard that veal is supremely tender. It wasn't. It wasn't tough, but it did require chew. Is this normal? The fried calamari was delicious. It was thick cut, and rather than in rings with a lower breading ratio. But is was $16. Curiously the custard desert was creme brûlée rather than a budino which is probably the best Italian custard desert. With this one the flavor was actually too strong and totally unexpected for a typically delicate Italian desert. Other's may love this type of Italian fare, but, for us, this was a busto. In 7500 miles we will return to Jiffy Lube for our oil change. read more

I finally got to try Goose120 after hearing so many good things. My wife and I stopped in for a lunch date a few weekends ago and we were so impressed by our whole dining experience. The staff are all very friendly and helpful no matter if they are serving your table or not. One of the big things I noticed throughout our meal. But the food is what really sets them a part. Everything is chef inspired and it is very apparent. From the menu descriptions all the way to the presentation and taste. They offer brunch and lunch menu options on the weekends so you have a good variety. We went with lunch and chose the salmon sandwich and the chicken Milanese Sandwich. Both were cooked to perfection, seasoned and full of flavor. Definitely would come back just for these sandwiches! We added a side salad and Parmesan fries too. The first time eating here it was a fantastic experience. However, as I kept going the food has gotten greasier and overall, more "disgusting." My chicken alfredo was so greasy I couldn't even bother to continue eating it and door dashed Wingstop. The only reason I am rating it 3 stars is because the appetizer was fantastic and the waitress was great. Also, it smells like rotten cheese in your restaurant please fix that. read more

We were looking for a lighter meal before a movie. Showed up at 5:45, got in immediately. Pleasant atmosphere, bad sound system, very tinny sounding 80s music. Had the stuffed shrooms. They were okay. Nicely seasoned, the sausage was oddly chewy, but flavorful. Hubby had the prosciutto arugula salad with chicken. The salad was delicious. Well balanced and fresh. The chicken breast was just that. No seasoning, just a 4oz piece of meat for $8. I had the Italian wedge salad with shrimp. It was a generous serving size. Lots of blue cheese and toppings. Shrimp was rubbery and again, lacked seasoning. Bathroom was clean and waitstaff was attentive, but not overly do. Overall, will try again and 4 enthusiastic stars to this visit. read more

Visiting goose 120 was highly anticipated. I was in town for the weekend and grabbed friends to come with me. The happy hour menu was nice - all day on sundays. The bbq flatbread was lovely with a nice pop of pickle. Pomegranate Prosecco was the flavor of the day, and was also enjoyable. Thundergoose salad with shrimp was lovely, as well as the dinner salad at our table. Thundergoose dressing was delish, the ranch was not. I would love to see homeade dressing at a place of this level. The pasta bianco was well done - pasta aldente, with a surprising white bolognese. Bread, however, was not even edible. They were very nice about bringing a fresh peice. Meatball sub/fries was great- and chicken parm were well received. restaurant was very clean - however both men and women's restrooms could use some attention. Areas for improvement - first impression customer service - friends were greeted rudely and seated sans welcoming vibe. A LOT of staff, for not great service. They have been open long enough to have worked out the kinks, poorly timed salads and hard bread should be a thing of the past. Waitress Gabi was sweet and positive. We've been wanting to try this place since it opened and we were not disappointed! Made a reservation so we were seated immediately. Our server was AMAZING, just the right amount of attentive and had such a great attitude that it made my night. Ambiance is casual, and it seems the customer base is on the older side. We went for dinner; for an appetizer we chose the Cacio e Pepe Flatbread, and for entrees I had the Chicken Milanese and my partner had the Meatball Sub. Everything was delicious - EVERYTHING. Mine is a review of dining at the bar, 'cause this place fills early. The good ones do. Parking is sufficient in the lot. Seating is plentiful, so that's saying something positive. It was near full when we got there, but there were still a few spots. Still a few seats, too, at the bar. The bar it was! The bartenders were prompt and sociable. Service was solid. Drinks were well-executed and tasty. They took our dinner orders shortly after our drinks and provided utensils in a napkin. The selection was good and varied. I went with a plate, and she did a sandwich. Both were delicious. We exchanged bites and dug in. Portions were generous. The meal was great. My wife and I had a nice birthday dinner for her at goose 120 last weekend and I wanted to share a quick review. First off, make reservations as the place was very busy, which is always a good sign. When we were first seated by the hostess it took a while for our waitress to come over, but once she did the service was good, no issues other than that initial wait. The dining room is nice, I like the color scheme and how open it feels, plus they have a decent sized patio for outdoor dining. They had a full bar with some classic cocktails and signature drinks, which looked good, although I thought the beer selection was a little lacking, the wine selection however was very good I thought. We ordered a charcuterie board as an appetizer and it was excellent, the waitress said they rotate the meat and cheese selection quite often. For entrees I had the hot naked pasta with shrimp and my wife had the chicken marsala pasta. Both were good, and the pasta was cooked perfectly al dente. If you want something lighter I'd go with the hot naked pasta, it was an olive oil and butter sauce with tons of roasted garlic and burrata. The menu is definitely pasta centric but there were plenty of other things like sandwiches and salads to choose from. read more

A few in my party ordered mules and we did have to wait for copper cups to become available, so if they got more of those I think they'd benefit greatly. Great place for lunch or dinner with family or a group. I love the space, decor & friendly staff. We started out with Brussels sprouts that have a good amount of prosciutto, but I'm not a big fan of the chilies-that flavor was something that I haven't had before with Brussel sprouts. I ordered the salmon sandwich that was cooked perfectly and the thick slice of focaccia bread with lettuce & tomato was lightly seasoned/oiled along with a side of avocado made it even better! I did opt for a side salad instead of fries & I'm Happy I did because the citrus vinaigrette is my new Fave!! My hubby ordered Meatball Bucatini lunch portion is served with one large beef, veal & pork meatball on a bed of thick spaghetti. He said the sauce is phenomenal & the meatball has good flavor. My uncle had the Chicken Milanese that he really enjoyed & said he will order it again! We all agreed we would order the same again but they have other options that I'd like to try! Great new spot in town. We decided to try a bunch of small plates instead of a full entree. The stand out for me was the meatballs. The sauce was very good and fresh. I wish it came with a bigger piece of bread for dipping. I also enjoyed the smoked salmon flatbread. The small plates are big enough to share, which is nice. Make a reservation they were very busy.
