So this store did my tires . Six months later I go to have the brakes checked because they are grinding . I check their website and make an appt at 9 am on a Sunday . Hard workers right ?? That would be a no ; they are just too lazy or stupid to know that the store is fucking closed on Sunday so when you actually get there , have someone come with you so you can drop the car off, no one is home and you have taken all morning . These people are so bad they deserve to two star reviews on this sight . I would give them zero stars if I could read more

On June 17 I took my truck to Goodyear 755 21 St.Vero Beach Fl. To have my rear brakes replaced. When I got home I noticed a large scratch and three small scratches on the drives side door that were not there when I delivered the truck to Goodyear. 2005 350z. Got new belts, PS and Brake fluid changed, tires rebalanced, oil change. About $600. Everything was done well. No complaints. I had a TPMS light which I asked to have checked and they refilled all tires to correct pressure. Light came on later. Not there fault as all the tire pressure sensors batteries are low. They replaced one sensor. $152. Lots of money for the sensor job. I will not be paying that for the other 3. Will look for a cheaper place or wait till tires all need changing. Over three years since the first review for them, and continue to visit them when I am in the area visiting family. We had a flat tire and on a busy Saturday, they took a look, told my wife that it could be patched and did all they could to get it taken care of and her on her way. Joe went above and beyond and even while he was handling numerous customers and some kind of internet issue, he was engaging everyone in the lobby and handling everything in a top notch way. I have been to this location for oil changes, buying tires, repairs and overall maint. A deck screw got lodged in my brand new truck tire. It was leaking air fast. It was late in the day when I noticed it. I drove to the first tire store I came to. They could fix but it would take 4 days! I looked on Yelp for another tire store and saw the Goodyear Auto Service store. I called and they told me to bring over the truck. They were very busy too but told me they could fix it in the morning if I could leave it there. I did. I picked it up the next day and they didn't even charge me!!!! Let the guy know my situation and I said "can I tell you the tires I need and you get me quote" he rudely responds "I don't even know your car, the size you need" as if I didn't just say I would tell him all that information. I had a fast leak in one of my tires. I made an appointment for about 3 hours from the time that I called. I aired the tire up and drove it to this Goodyear location. While I ate lunch at a nearby restaurant they patched and balanced my tire free of charge. No purchase requirements or strings attached. read more

The gentleman at the counter was extremely nice, however I paid for an oil change and tire rotation. Also a full service check over. One of my tires had too much air from the computer system inside the car. When I returned for my car and drove away, the car tire pressure was still the same. I was not told that my car needed anything so if an inspection was done, it was not shared with me. I called to see why they had not rotated the tires and was told they could not because two of the tires would soon need to be replaced. Think maybe they could have told me that when I was at the store and perhaps priced news tires? I shared that one tire had too much pressure, you can not properly inflate even if you feel they need to be replaced?? They also charged more than I was quoted on line for labor, really? Is that not included in your oil change price? I have never used them before and I will NEVER return. read more

1920 58th Ave, Vero Beach, FL 32966 is the Good Year that I am referring to. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! First of all I was not at all, they lied about the price!! They miss quoted the price and forced me to pay $400 extra when I picked up my car. I feel cheated. They are dishonest sales men! DO NOT TRUST THEM!! Unhappy with there service!!! The Tires that they put on Charger were dirty, Scrapped up, Scratched up and they looked used!! There is paint on them and it looked unprofessional installed, and I paid more than expected. Second My rims got a lot dirtier after they installed the new tires. There was a lot of glue stuff on my rims. They said there was nothing they could do about it. Third the inside of my car became dirtier as well. My steering wheel have sticky stuff and markings on it as if someone with very dirty hands handled my car, which is my baby! Next, They did not even put a floor mat, that is required, when servicing cars. To make matters worse I had some cash and a lighter in the car, which went missing after they serviced it. When I confronted them they said they had no idea what I was talking about. I know it's petty, but its about ethics. I can't really file a police report a missing $20. But it reflects their ethical standard! On Top of all of that they were very Rude, Eric the service provider, was condescending and mean. they have been changing my oil for two years. its near my house and convenient. last time i had my oil changed they said the oil pan plug threads were stripped and i needed an oversized oil plug to fix it. so they put it on and now oil is dripping off the oil plug. i took it to my mechanic and they said the new oil plug was put on crooked. he is trying to fix it but i may have to have a new oil pan put on at a cost of 500 bucks. the reason it got stripped is because when they change the oil and put the plug back on, they tighten it too much and strip the threads. it was fine two years ago before i started taking it to goodyear. not only this fiasco, but in the past i needed tires and they quoted me 825 bucks, i bought better tires elsewhere for 525. once my brakes where making noise, i had them look at it and was told i needed new brakes at 650 bucks. i took it to my mechanic and he said all it was was brake dust and that i had plenty of brake pad letft, that was a year ago. read more

They offer a free tire rotation to unsuspecting elderly customers gaining their confidence by stating they are veterans or "I am retired police officer" and create a fake safety concern and then sell them tires they don't need. When you ask for the old tires to be put back on the car they can't cause they destroy them immediately. Car didn't need the tires rotated and didn't need tires, they had been rotated less than 4k miles ago and the car had a valid out of state inspection, they sold them anyway. I wanted to get a leak in my power steering fixed. They could not find it even though I was aware it was leaking. They wanted to charge me $53.00 for the inspection even though they could not find or fix the leak. I said I would not be willing to pay if they did not fix it. They finally said I could leave without paying for this failed inspection but do not come back. read more

Our rental car got a flat tire and was going to be a challenge to get fixed by the company, to say the least. I called Goodyear in Vero Beach and James said they fix flats for free if it's in a repairable area of the tire. I dropped the tire off after changing the spare myself and they had it repaired and re-installed back on the car a few hours later FOR FREE!!! It's nice to see customer service still exists. All of the staff was friendly and their waiting area was clean and accommodating. I will definitely consider Goodyear the next time I need to make any tire purchase. Two thumbs up for this location! Asked my girlfriend to take my car in for an oil change when I was out of town. They gave her some great big speech about needing a new battery and that she risked the car breaking down because of it. Must have been very convincing because she agreed to it and they charged her $200!! Funny thing is that I had just replaced the battery last year. They are liars and will rip you off.
