I purchased four tires from TireRack.com for my 2004 Miata. The local Installer was Tire Kingdom, Sebastian, Fl. I was quoted (at Tire Kingdom) $16.99 per wheel, for mount and balance, plus $4.00 per tire disposal fee. $16.99x4=$67.98 plus $16.00=$83.96. After I had dropped off the wheels/tires and went home, I got a call from Tire Kingdom, stating that the quote was incorrect, and that that balancing was an additional $9.99/ tire. So, along with a $10.80 "shop fee", the bill for mounting and balancing 4 stock size tires, on factory rims, was $135.43. Buyer beware! read more

I took my car to Tire Kingdom on a Saturday due to a slow leak in my tire, which was due to a cracked rim. I agreed to pay $99 extra to have 2-day delivery, because I was scheduled to leave to go back home to VA on Thursday. They called me Thursday morning to tell me the rim had arrived on Wednesday evening, however they reported that "the company sent the wrong rim." It was the wrong color, however the salesman said he would put it on if I didn't mind it being a different color. I did mind, because it would negatively impact the resale of my car. And I didn't want to purchase the one they received as well as another correct one, because each rim is over $600. I suggested that they put the rim they received on my car, and they could order the correct one to be "swapped" at a sister-shop near my house. The manager refused to do this because, "Then I won't get my money" (because one the rim is installed it cannot be returned). Long story short, he told me to come get my car and suggested I keep putting air in it to drive it back to VA. His only concern was getting his money; or not losing money. There was absolutely no concern for customer satisfaction or dealer reputation. Because I was scheduled to return to VA on the day he told me to "come get my car," the additional days in Fla while another shop gets and installs a new rim are at my expense. I would NOT recommend this shop to anyone who needs efficient service. I would NOT recommend this shop to anyone who would like an empathetic manager when an issue arises. As shown on the picture, my rim was not in any condition to "drive back to VA and keep putting air in it." read more

Absolute disaster!! I'm not one to leave a negative review but people need to be warned! This place is sneaky and dishonest. I was supposed to get a wheel bearing replaced and found they had torn the CV Axle boot and never told me. Went to several layers of management and no one would help. I was taken advantage of and had to get a whole new axle. Be warned! You don't know what they are doing while working on your vehicle. They were dishonest with me, they could be dishonest with you too! read more

My son took his car in for a new tire,they proceed to put the tire on a cracked rim,of course shortly there after the tires shot ,the rims cracked and they charge him for another tire. How's that right? They didn't own up to anything they did wrong and we felt taken advantage of. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BRANCH AGAIN!! Waste of my time. I made an appt thru their online portal about a week ago. Got there today at my scheduled time, and was told they can't fit me in. When I asked why, the counter person got angry, and asked me if I could see all the bays full of cars. I asked him why they take so many cars in when they have appts to work on. He said these were all appts! So I left wondering why their portal overschedules work, so that they have to waste customers time and send them out the door unhappy. read more

I scheduled my oil change and tire rotation online and they told me it was gonna take an hour to do but they actually were finished 10 minutes early which I thought was good at the time but then when I looked at my receipt I saw that they did not rotate my tires so I called them up and they just said they didn't think that I wanted them to do that. What an inconvenience! I am angry with that since I am keeping up with my services that need to be done on my vehicle. read more

Shon the manager was excellent!! Came in for an oil change and tire rotation informed me of the wear on my brakes explained everything to me to so I understood. Had my car ready for me very quickly. I get very disappointed when I stop in on a sunday at noon and ask how long a wait to have four tires balanced. Without even looking at the schedule I'm told at least a couple of hours. I had a worse experience a couple of years ago when before going on a trip I took my 4 x 4 in and asked for them to service it and make sure all fluid levels were good. After driving a couple hours I started hearing a slapping noise. Upon my return from the 1800 hundred mile trip, I find out the noise is coming from the transfer case. I had to replace it and of course no help from this store. So, now that I tried to give the store another chance, I got disappointed again. I'm pretty sure this was my last shot. read more

Very disappointed. Women beware! My mother had a blow out on 1 tire. When we called, salesman tried to sell her 4 new BF Goodrich tires with a bunch of extras last me tire rotation. Bill would have been over $800! When I drove to her house(3 hours),I saw the other 3 tires were in great condition. Went to Moody tires and got a new tire, and oil change for $ 240. Car needs some brake work done. Dealership told me what was needed but figured get another quote. Called, they said bring it in we will look at it and quote you. Take my lunch hour to bring it over and drop it off - they won't even look at it until I pay them over $100. I know what is wrong, just wanted a quote on the work. Choose them since they say they have a "master Toyota" mechanic. FYI - the job says 2.8hours in the book as confirmed with other shops that friends run just was trying not to have to drive a few hours for it - but I'll never step foot back in this Tire Kingdom. read more

After calling and speaking to the empathetic staff, they checked that the tire we needed was in stock and even offered to stay open after closing in order to change the tire.
