My sales guy on Saturday was more than willing to take. My money was not willing to listen where the lock for the tires were so my truck was here an hour and a half nothing got done. They did try to call but my grandkids had my phone not happy this is not the first time they've done this to me. They checked tire for nail or holes or cracks none of which was visible requested a float test and the agreed and said all would be done before 6 and if an issue was found they would fix tonight . Also, it was mildly disturbing to have their people try to upsell me when I made a specific request for service online. I was expecting to have to pay for either fixing and swapping my spare with the fixed tire or worse case my original requiring replacement. But I came away pleasantly surprised and they definitely earned my future business. They fixed my flat and put it back on my truck and didn't charge me a thing. Excellent service and staff. I came here on a Monday about 30 minutes before close and called ahead to see if they take walk ins. They do and were very kind over the phone. When I came in for service they were attentive and eager to assist me and other customers and one of the guys acknowledged me while I was in line and said "we will be right with you, ma'am". The gentleman who assisted me at the counter (Brandon) really valued my time and gave me his honest recommendations for my car. There wasn't any upselling or salesman tactics that made me feel uncomfortable or pressured. Instead what he did suggest in terms of "extras" were things, I too, recognized needed replacing and he let me know I could always choose to visit other Discount Tires if I plan to get these fixes done. They worked quickly on my car, about 30 minutes and there were other people infront of me so I consider that very efficient given I've been to tire places that took 2 hours, everyone here is excellent. All in all, I would not only come here again, but recommend this place to others, because of the friendly, above-and-beyond staff, the great service and quality tires. I bought the road hazard warranty that Includes free rotation. Their sales rep refused to rotate my tires because he said the outside edge was too worn. They basically only want to rotate new tires the sales tried to tell me I needed to replace my tires even the new one on the back was replaced 3 months ago by them. He didn't bother noticing the tire was new. This company is like mafia. When you pay them to take care of your requests they refuse. They're only in it for profit putting fear in their sale gimmick. . It should be my choice as a customer whether my tires can be rotated or not. These are sad corporate days. They first measure your tires before they'll perform a service you've already paid for. It cost me a 90 minute drive and probably $40 in gas to waste half a day. But hey they don't care. I'll just stick to my local small family owned tire business and the suckers can keep buying from Discount Tires. I was told by Matthew, the assistant manager, that my tire could be patched on Saturday, and that whatever pierced it, didn't stay in the tire- which made it leak fast, BUT it was in the middle & could be repaired.... it would just have to stay at the shop until Monday, because they were overbooked and closed on Sunday, which was no problem. Monday comes around... now my tire is not repairable, and needs to be replaced because there's a nail in the shoulder......... there was no "nail" in the tire on Saturday, so where did that come from? I was told that he didn't see not only one but TWO nails, one of which was in an unrepairable place. moral of the story, ANY WOMAN WILL BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I could sit inside but holy cow a blanket can't save me from all that. The temperature is going to give someone with medical/prescription problems issues. Very disappointed in this place. It was recommended to me so I made an appointment for my car and my husbands car(2 different cars). When we arrived on time for the appointments they only had record of one appointment in the system even though I booked 2 for the same time on the same day over the phone a week prior. We left the one car there and called about an hour later (they stated an hour guarantee for your car with Appointment over the phone AND AGAIN while we were there in person) we called about an hour and fifteen minutes later to see how much longer on the car and found they had not even started working on it yet! We were finally able to get the car about 2 hours after appointment time. Needless to say, I will not be bringing my car there for new tires since they don't stand by their appointments or guarantees. read more

I was impressed with the seriousness taken by the business and employees following COVID 19 protocol when I had Discount Tire replace four tires on my Mazda. However, I was really surprised to see how marked up each rim was upon return. A substance adhered to each rim and appears to come off with much scrubbing. I will have to wait for the weekend to clean the rims to see if there is any real damage. I was real surprised that they would let a car go back to the customer in this condition, I did clean a portion of one rim, and it took several minutes and I cleaned less than a quarter of the rim. I didn't get any real savings buying tires from Discount, so next time I may consider a different tire store because of the marks made on the tire rims. read more
