Yesterday, they worked on my tire for at least a half an hour, I thought they were going to hit me with at least $100 bill. I now live in Palm Bay, and it is well worth the trip over to Tim's because they are so honest and reasonable.

The rental car company would send a tow truck and give a ride to the closest location. Not an optimal situation and one that would likely take hours. Joe came out immediately and was super helpful. They didn't have the right size tire but he was able to direct us to the Sam's club down the road who did. He filled our tire up twice just to make sure we could get us to where we can get it repaired. He even offered to go to Sam's club and get the tire. We were really grateful and appreciated all his help. If they take care of random people this well, I can imagine they treat their customers superbly.

He took me right away and had the tire off like a NASCAR pit crew. He put the tire on the machine and couldn't find anything. Then he took the tire off and inspected the inside. He still couldn't find anything but he said that there was corrosion on the rim. He proceeded to wirebrush the entire rim on both sides. When he was done he put it all back together, and reinstalled it. I don't think I was there more than 20 minutes. After all that he only charged me $20. The best part? The tire hasn't lost any air since. Thanks guys!

Both Joe and James explain their repairs clearly and and take their time to answer all my rookie questions thoroughly and respectfully. They stand by their work. Highly recommend.

This shop is run in the backyard of a residence, the father and son business leaves a lot to be…read moredesired. The kid works at $100/hr. unsupervised, and without any certifications. They have poor reviews on google and BBB.org, yet the father challenges I wasn't screwed over by his kid, denying I'm a customer. Well he barked up the wrong tree. Not only did his kid screw up my car, he screwed up my sons car as well. "Linda" was certainly a customer who gave him a bad review as well on bbb.org so the whole world is lying and just trying to get him, or we truly took the time to try to save others from getting ripped off. The kid called me and said my car was fixed, he replaced an O2 sensor. After I paid him, I couldn't start the car to leave, the battery was dead when it wasn't even a year old yet. He jump starts me and doesn't look any further. When I got home the battery was still dead, and the voltage regulator was fried. I replaced the alternator and battery myself. I did in fact talk to the father and he said nothing his kid did (in his absence he chases mobile repairs all day and no one supervises this rookie learning to fix cars while charging you for it) is related to the electrical system. Sure, the car just failed by coincidence, some fluke out of nowhere. Ridiculous! Then after I drive the car the next day the check engine light came on again! Dumb kid didn't troubleshoot the problem at all. I fixed the car myself again, replacing sensors on my TBI unit. It's fixed, why go back to argue with his father? All he does is deny all accountability for his kids shortcomings. He said he's BBB credited, so attached is his only review on BBB, and "Linda" had the same experience I had. Not good reviews. Stay away from this fly by night business.

As im leaving the shop all of a sudden it is making a whining noise. Never made that b4. Get home let them know and his response was they all make a noise. Not a bring it back in well take a look that was thursday night. Fri after work I noticed a puddle on driveway. Sure enough power steering pump is leaking now and one of the 4 mounting bolts 1in away from the line they replaced is missing with shiny spot where it was. No way to not see the bolt when replacing the line it is right in the way of it so much you can not get the bolt out with line in the way. Now I have to find a damn bolt too! Total deliberate sabotage! On top of that they charged me $50 in shop supplies? What shop supplies are needed to change out a damn line. When you already charged me $15 for power steering fluid. Then they charged me $30 for hazmat B.S. Total $550 for 1 high pressure line. At the time I wanted them to change out other line as well. When I picked it up they told me other line was on backorder and only took off $35. Price of part only and not any labor. I called 2 other diesel shops after the fact and they were both $80 cheaper. Now I just wasted $550 for original work and now have to spend that again plus another $150 for a new pump. Which was working just fine when I brought it in. My leak was at top next to reservoir. Now it leaks like a siv at pump harder to turn wheels and worse off then when I brought it in. TOTAL FRAUDS and CROOKS. I guess the other bad reviews were spot on. You have been warned. I am now contacting B.B.B and whoever else I can to report this shady crooked experience. Ppl like this should not be in business! I will edit this review if owner responds and says things that are not true like I seen he did on other bad reviews. My story is 100% true and accurate.
